Booked 2 rooms for my band as we were playing at a near by venue. Clean rooms, friendly service and good value! Lots of parking underground and out back however pickups and most suv’s will not fit underground due to extremely low ceilings! My rating would be a 5 if they either provided a free parking spot or a continental breakfast. Regardless, I’ll likely book with them again when I’m back in town

Nice hotel, $200+ is not for the room itself, it's simple, nothing special, showering isn't for those above 6 feet but the soaps don't dry you out. Great location to parliament and other hot spots, parking does fit a giant SUV and their in room coffee has a dairy free creamer option which is swell. Would recommend:)

Was there on a business trip. The space is clean but a little basic compared to Le Germain on the same street. The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel is surrounded by pharmacies and small restaurants which is great. Watch out for a few impracticals like having a staircase instead of flat ground or a ramp in front of the hotel (awkward pulling luggage up).

Hotel and conference rooms are clean. Nice in-house restaurant with good food but a bit pricey in my opinion ($20 for a hamburger with fries for lunch. Not too bad). Friendly service. Enjoyed my time.

This is the perfect place to stay with kids. The suites are roomy and. Bright. The hotel is located in walking distance (for a 5 year old) to the canal and parliament buildings. The museum of Natural History is a 5 minute drive. Just around the corner is a good selection of restaurants and little shops. Great place to stay. Only thing that could be improved is the number of dishes in the kitchen.

It would be great if it started a bit earlier through the workweek, but that's due to being a very early riser. Nice place. Didn't start great arrived from Toronto Friday night around 10:30 was told you have to park across the street. I think the staff that was working at the front desk that night enjoyed watching us unload the car at the front door and carry everything up to our room. Truly loved my stay here. Although brief, the staff was helpful and friendly. They chatted with me about many things. The room was beautiful. I also love when there is a channel list, talk about amazing. The shower was able to actually get hot and had decent water pressure. Good value for what you pay. I stayed here for a week in Aug 2018 and the room definitely showed its age, though it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hopefully rates won't rise too much once they finish renovations. Great location -Close to highways. A lot of restaurants nearby . Staff are great, bar has great food and staff. Good quantity to good for very reasonable prices. Bed was super comfy. Very clean room. This is not a bad spot to spend a few days in. I brought the kids and they had a lovely time. The pool is open from 6am to 10 pm and I find that to be a sweet deal. Dined here on a very busy night and despite that, both the food and service were incredible. Our server was very patient with our young kids and made great suggestions to accommodate them. Gatineau is an old town of Quebec, and the British Pub reflects the best of town. Located on a sweet street that ends up on a river scene, the place is built in 1800s and decorations reflect the history of not only the pub but the town. Their rose sangria is so amazing if you're down for a light and tasty cold refreshment.

The location is good. You can experience the French Quarter in Quebec and see the Parliament Hill in Ottawa. It takes only ten minutes to walk to Ottawa. The decoration is old. The sanitary conditions are average. I probably won't choose this one next time.

The location is excellent, convenient for traveling, and the first place to check in and take photos. You can walk across the Capitol Hill to take photos!

The balcony is very comfortable and very close to the Canadian Museum of History

Nice clean well maintained hotel with breakfast service. They rooms are spacious, tidy and nicely finished. The staff is nice and friendly.

Since around 2005, this has been my GO-TO hotel in Ottawa. Not a better deal in the city. I stay here about a week EVERY year. You have to up or down one short flight of stairs to get to your room, BUT they have a lift. It is run by Christians and the care, courtesy, kindness shows. A great hot breakfast. All day coffee. Clean comfortable rooms. Very accommodating for business or personal travel...

We have stayed at Adam's several times over the years. It remains consistently excellent in many areas! The rooms are spotlessly clean, very spacious, and quiet. All the employees are friendly and accommodating: front desk, head cook, and housekeeping. They go the extra mile. The parking lot is well maintained in the winter. Breakfast is generous and phenomenal ! I fail to see why it is considered...

Always an enjoyable stay. Great breakfast included. They always give me a doggie bag when I leave as most times my flights are early morning 5am before their kitchen opens.
