The hotel is okay if you are looking for one night stay. It boasts breakfast included facilities, for which I had booked it, but first there is not much spread other than toast cereals and eggs. And when we stayed was boxing day, so maybe the crowd was high, but still the stuff of the counter was very limited and people had to wait in line for things to be placed for breakfast. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We were able to book it when it was going for a deal so the price was great. Easy to find with easy parking. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. For the money, I thought this was great! The rooms have a mix of older and newer updates, but are quite clean. Got a good price and when we checked in we got a free upgrade! Room was lovely. Coffee pot was missing filters which sucked. Wanted to order a movie but at 24.99 a pop that wasn't going to happen! Bed was comfy and jacuzzi tub worked great. Will be back to stay again.

I requested a room near to services because of a handicap. I was given a great first floor room, close to breakfast room and entry hall. Only one grab bar in tub and toilet was very low, but I survived ! Room appeared clean, bathroom clean and lots of nice towels. Mattress was firm (I happen to like firm) and comfortable. Linens were clean as was quilt. A/C worked and we could have room cool for sleeping...

We stayed 3 nights in a king bed room. Service is so so, and is pricey for what you get. This room was refreshed and nice but the ceiling in the bathroom is wet, peeling and coming down. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talking.

We spent 1 night here room was overall clean but floor was wet or slimy and slippery... My daughter had many allergies in the room. Overnight front desk (no service) I just stood there waiting to get extra blankets which they do not have in the room like everywhere else.... All and all we had a good stay even though. We where pretty amazed that we had no noise from train nor highway. Would recommend...

The total experience is 3.5/5 The exterior of the hotel is old but the interior is updated and the rooms are kind of spacious and clean. We were family of 4, two adults and 2 youths and we took the 2 queen bed bedroom, while the room was somehow spacious, the beds didn't feel like queen beds. It was all the we needed, 2 queen size beds, clean bathroom, good breakfast, close to some great museums. Check in staff were good, staff helping with breakfast were great. If your on the lower level, they give you parking right outside your room window, super convenient for luggage in and out of the room. WiFi and TV is great entertainment. Great hotel , everything from my stay was wonderful for being a gold member I was upgraded to a suite which was a nice suprise at check in . The rooms were very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was great upon check in and check out. Breakfast is as good as it comes at a continental breakfast . I will re visit this hotel my next trip to Ottawa.

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was great! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The only suggestion is the chairs in the dining area should probably be cleaned a little. Thanks for the great stay!

The staff are friendly and the service is good. It's a fair deal for the price if you have a car. There's not much to walk to from here. Breakfast and coffee are marginal, at best and no fresh eggs available. There is fresh fruit, bagels and bacon/sausage available though. Also, there's a great chinese restaurant across the street.

Really great free breakfast included with your stay: Eggs, bacon, pancakes, sausage, sorted breads and buns, muffins, fresh fruit, cereals, juices, coffee. There's a small gym and pool also on site. The WiFi is actually decent, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is quite clean, and the rooms are well kept.

Location was good but the ambiance can be updated. I have seen the reviews and reply from manager after confirming my booking through my corporate account, so don’t wanted to change. The hotel is great. Centrally located and easy to find. Staff are helpful, polite, and very nice. Rooms are very clean, very large, and comfortable. I believe almost everyone of them has a full kitchen. Enjoy your stay while in the pool, gum, spa, or just relaxing in your room. The included breakfast is great with loads of options for everyone.

Luved the stay. The rooms are quite big...Heard they are going on a renovation hope they will keep the rooms the same size. Very clean and the staff were great, very helpful and make you feel like a real Prince. The breakfast is hot and served fresh. Parking is extra...and walking distance to all amenities. Very nice location within the city. Rooms were clean. We had an issue with the tv at first, but we called the front desk and sent someone up right away and fixed it. The complementary breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. The only issues that we had were the low ceilings in the parking garage and that this hotel was not pet free.

I love staying here in this motel. It’s got a beautiful outside yard and is well kept. The staff are kind and it’s easily accessible to amenities and restaurants.

To be honest, when we first arrived here, I was less than impressed. The hotel was not what I was expecting of a hotel with the Ramada name. It's older and it shows. The staff are phenomenal and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Very clean accomodations and comfortable beds. We could hear some noise from the other guests near us, but it didn't bother us as we are heavy sleepers.

Good Staff service, No breakfast offered, no microwave in the room, paid parking, bad location since lot of homeless people in the neighborhood. Not suitable for family location wise. Very convenient to visit the parliament hill. Check in and out was smooth. Guys at the front desk are helpful.

Our stay in Days Inn was wonderful. Great location, comfy and clean rooms, and the personnel was excellent. They help you with anything you need . I'll stay here again for sure.

The location is apt for walking around the parliament and for major sight seeing. The hotel has access to major transportation facilities. The hotel rooms are small, and they have a tv with blur connection. Otherwise it's good.

Good place to stay if your on a budget. The location is good, parking lot is a bit small so if u have bigger trucks good luck parking. No microwaves in the rooms but the mini fridge works good. Lots of places around to eat. Overall decent place to stay

My stay at the Swiss Hotel was very pleasant. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, even though it was one of their smaller rooms. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. This place is wonderful on the inside. The whole staff is so incredibly welcoming and helpful! What a wonderful place to stay in downtown Ottawa. The room was large, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff and the owner Sabina were wonderful. We had to stay an extra night than planned and Sabina made that so simple. The complimentary coffee in the morning was lovely. It's so close to the Rideau Centre, Parliament and Byward Market. Nice unique place, friendly staff. Bed was too soft for my liking. Major problem is location, not the hotels fault But it has a major impact on your trip. Beautiful, cozy B&B in the heart of Ottowa, a beautiful old brick house, a small hotel that also has a family touch thanks to the hostess. The rooms are tastefully furnished and still offer all the comforts. In the bathroom I found everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable.

A little dated but clean and well maintained. Biggest down is the underground parking. It's tight with low ceilings. A pickup or large SUV won't fit. Biggest up. Went here for a work event, my first ever. My first impressions are great; staff was friendly and very attentive to our part, great Dj, awesome food. I had a great time, same with my party. I loved that we were able to park right in front of the sliding door to our room. The staff at this property were amazing. Great place to stay! The room was so very spacious! Many amenities, and so close to everything in town! We arrived early, and we were able to check in. We were grateful for it. Traveling with a car full of things helped to check in early. Friendly, helpful check in. I would recommend to stay here, if in the area.

Stayed here over weekend family trip/work trip. Suites are well sized for price and have good amenities, exception is no restaurant/coffee shop. Note there is a small grocer next door for supplies.

My stay here was nice. They upgraded my room, it was clean and the bed comfy. Is was the smell of cigarettes on the third floor that bothered me. Maybe it doesn't always smell that way but seemed pretty set in. Frankly, it's an affordable downtown option. The rooms are large, have patios and all the amenities a suite should offer. My room had a dish washer. If you can handle the smell give it a go

The front desk staff were SUPER helpful at all times. We don’t speak French and aren’t vaccinated, nor do we follow these new government enforced guidelines on mask wearing. We needed a comfortable home base for a string of medical appointments, and didn’t want to be downtown Ottawa. Comfortable room, decent size and well maintained. The breakfast was better on the second day than the first, but not bad at all. Bed and pillows could have been more comfortable, but again they weren’t bad. We found it very quiet and that was nice!

The room was clean and as expected. The service was excellent, as expected. The continental breakfast wasn't that great, and not really worth setting your alarm to make it down there by 9:45 or so... Sleep in and enjoy lunch somewhere else.

We were using a conference room for a training class. They had provided coffee and baked good that were tasty, and the tables and chairs were in good shape. The only criticism is that the doors were unable to be unlocked so it kept locking people out who went to the restroom, and the ambient music was playing outside of the conference room meaning we couldn't leave the door ajar.

Holiday Inn Express at Ottawa Airport This place was a nice stopover and quiets stay. It’s roughly $8 cab ride from the airport. Check in was pretty smooth which was nice. They offer a breakfast buffet in the morning and it was adequately stocked and the seating area was clean. The business centre was pretty standard and gym and pool were average. I've stayed at numerous Holiday Inn Express's over the years. This one was perfectly located, rooms/hotel has been updated, but, the walls are still a little thin. You hear all the doors slam shut, people talking in the rooms next to you and the staff in the hall. I didn't notice too much as I am a deep sleeper, but the better half did. This is a great hotel as far as the rooms and breakfast which is free. There is a fantastic Lone Star restaurant next door and it's very easy access to the sports center airport and downtown. The parking is great and there is lots of it. The only downfall was staying a couple days and no cleaning service or fresh towels or coffee in the rooms which was the only downer.

Highly recommended. 5 mins off hwy 417. And everything looks new and careful cleaned. Quite and King bed is so comfortable..For $120 including breakfast I am totally satisfied with this hotel.
