Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport Richmond, an IHG Hotel

Wonderful service at check in, so helpful with upgrade and later check out, as we had 11pm flight.
Room was exceptionally clean with everything we needed
Restaurant, perfect for all our needs. Great perfectly cooked dinner and lovely breakfast.
Staff excellent in all areas.

There is a restaurant on the premises along with McDonald's. The hotel is very clean and the cleaning staff is very friendly. The front desk staff are very professional and really do try to accommodate you.
The reason not giving 5 stars the location nothing else around the area.

Shuttles arrived on time from and to the airport. The room was cleaner than some of the luxury hotels.

Realized that I forgot something at the room when I arrived at the airport, called the hotel right away. They mailed it to my Alberta address as promised. Much appreciated!!

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating, and the restaurant food was suburb. We needed a late check out, and it was granted. We needed a shuttle to and from hotel and that was not a problem. In fact, the shuttle was delayed leaving the hotel to go to the airport, so we were ordered a taxi by the staff, and we didn't have to wait. The taxi was paid for by the hotel. I recommend anyone wanting a clean, comfortable room with staff that pay attention to detail, stay here. Thank you for an enjoyable, restful stay at your beautiful hotel.

The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The staff were always hilarious and kind, as well as accommodating to our requests. The pub that's in the hotel is also excellent for food and service.
The breakfast buffet served there was also so good! I've never been at a hotel where they had more than cereal and muffins - it was a nice treat to have a hot breakfast available.
Thank you for the wonderful stay and will definitely be back in the future!

One of the more comfortable holiday inns I’ve stayed at. Unfortunately I had an early flight. Great friendly staff as I said nice room and cozy. I had one hiccup which wasn’t the hotels fault and Ralph and his team sprung into action to resolve it right away. Great experience all in all. I’ll be back.

A great little hotel that provides a shuttle service from YVR (like most do, but it's still nice) and is located approximately 10 to 15minutes from the airport.

Checking in was easy and fast. The room was super comfortable and relatively quiet, with the only drawback being the ice machine in the corridor that seemed to be extra noisy. As the room I was staying was located across from it, the noise level was such that I had to go and give the machine a shake.

There's a typical north american restaurant chain on the premises and despite its bar vibes, I was surprised by the decent quality of its food.

A small but functional gym room is also on the premises and the only thing 'missing' would be a spa and pool.

If you're on foot there's not much in the area, but public transportation is easily accessible.

The check out process was super easy and painless, and the hotel provides a storage for luggage.

Great place to stay with the Fogg n Suds downstairs. The staff is awesome. There is free EV charging available.

The best part is they're pet friendly. We had two puppies we brought with us and we're very well behaved. Thank you Holiday Inn for being pet friendly.
