The location was perfect for what we needed to accomplish for this trip.
Staff we professional and friendly.
Felt a bit gouged by the price and I thought we did not get what we paid for.
Oh well! Lesson learned.
The service was fabulous, with the staff being very welcoming and helpful. The room service food was delicious and arrived on time.
The only improvement I could suggest would be for better bathroom lighting in the shower area and perhaps a magnifying mirror for us senior clientele. 🙂
The location is great but the public transportation around the hotel is not so good. Lucky, taxi services are available and reasonably priced.
Staff very friendly and let us check in early and kept our bags for us today after we checked out so we could go downtown without the suitcases.
Edward was really good and organised us a trip to Whistler where we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel by a delightful man called Zac.
