Great hotel with a convenient location for both the business and leisure traveler. The room I was assigned had a problem with a noisy AC, but I was moved to a wonderful new room with stunning views out the tower window. An on-site Starbucks with quick service and ample breakfast selections made the morning easy. Thanks for a great stay!

I have had many exceptional experiences at the Sheraton Wall Center Hotel in Vancouver, BC. The rooms have always been impeccably maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere with comfortable linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to assist with any requests, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay.

One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly its unbeatable location. Being conveniently situated in the heart of Vancouver has allowed me to easily explore the city and its attractions, making my trips to the area even more enjoyable.

During my most recent stay, we experienced an unforgettable private event watching the Symphony of Fire from the 34th floor. The breathtaking views of the fireworks display made the evening extra special and created lasting memories for my family.

I have returned to the Sheraton Wall Center multiple times, and each visit has been consistently outstanding. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in Vancouver.

Decent hotel. Nothing to stand out. But nothing wrong with it either. Have stayed a few times Check in was easy. Close to many amenities in the area. Rooms are clean. Would stay again next time I am travelling for work not sure I would stay for leisure. The restaurants are in the south tower and I have always stayed in the north tower. So there is a walk to that. But it’s not bad. Just not clearly marked in the elevators where to get off. It’s the 3rd floor.

On the whole my stay at the hotel was a very good and nice experience. The location is great and so is the views from our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and professional though I felt that the hotel was kind of short of staff. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The hotel lacked a spa and beauty salon services which I think, is very important in such a busy hotel full of different groups of tourists.

I have stayed two nights at Sheraton Wall Centre in a two Double Bed High Floor room. Room was clean and staff were nice. I liked the view of the room. Breakfast was almost $35 per person and it was a nice buffet. I like the view of the bridge that connects north tower to the south tower.

The negative point was that they didn't have the slippers in the room at first, so I had to ask for it. Also, they were out of toothpaste. From my point of view, the furniture and carpets are kind of old.

I was in Vancouver for a business trip and stayed at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights. I was placed at their south building so it's not the one where the main driveway is located. So I have to walk a bit whenever I call an Uber or order food to be delivered. Unlike if I was at the main building I could wait in the lobby instead of standing outside in the cold or under a rain shower (I was there end of February).

The room was very nice and spacious and the view of the city was not bad. There was a daily supply of bottled water but nothing else. There are free sachets of tea and coffee and a single dispenser coffee maker. I didn't get to try the restaurant inside the hotel as I wasn't sure if I will have enough time to enjoy breakfast before work starts and would not want an expensive toast. So I just ended up ordering food for delivery. Overall the room was clean and maintained clean on a daily basis and towels replaced with fresh ones. The bathroom was spacious as well and clean with free shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case you forget to bring yours. I paid almost $700 for the 3 nights (checked in on Sunday night and checked out on Wednesday morning).
