I was really impressed with my stay at the Chateau Victoria and would stay again. I had a suite room, and was happy to have the sink/kitchenette area which worked well for my family. It was also great to have the additional (separate) room. The customer service was stellar - Sina did a great job, very polite and helpful, other front desk personnel were also helpful. Ordered room service - very happy with the service, and timeliness - they let you know ahead of time that it is an automatic 15% gratuity. I went to the pool / fitness area with my son - clean and well-maintained, and a nice shower (at least the women's) which was great for us. I would recommend to others for all of the above reasons and the location is amazing - everything is walkable! Great place, would stay again.

Our room was spacious and beautiful. The rooftop Vista restaurant served delicious food and the views were spectacular. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. And lastly, the heated pool was delightful. We were also within walking distance of all the downtown attractions.

Our stay at Chateau Victoria was perfect. You can access anything within walking distance such as the iconic city hall, the harbour, amazing restaurants and cafes, whale watching, and the list goes on. The service was exceptional and the staff who greeted us were fantastic. Our family stayed in the penthouse suite and our jaws dropped when entering the room. The room was thoughtfully laid out and had everything you could possibly need including a kitchen area. The room was very clean and the beds were soooo comfortable. And the cherry on top of staying in this room was the large balcony and the views of the city. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel's restaurant Vista 18. The service, food and atmosphere were all incredible. Overall we give our experience here an 11/10 and we cannot wait to visit Victoria again just so that we can stay here.

This is an amazing hotel and I highly recommend it. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The shuttle service is a great touch.

Our family of four absolutely loved this hotel! Everyone on staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel totally welcome. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for our young boys. The interiors were gorgeous, the room was beautiful, the beds were super comfortable and our view of Victoria was lovely. We LOVED having breakfast at the restaurant on top - fantastic city views, excellent food and very reasonable prices. My boys also loved the Lego model of the hotel in the lobby - incredibly detailed! Location was perfect and convenient to everything downtown (we walked there from the ferry). I travel a lot for work and usually stay at "nice" chain business hotels. This hotel is several cuts above the typical chain hotel in terms of charm, hospitality and comfort. We will make this a home base any time we come back to Victoria!

Absolutely fantastic!! The front staff were super nice and helpful, the room was spacious and I loved the set up they had with the two rooms, and the shower has to be the best shower in any hotel I’ve ever used. I’m talking great water pressure and not those high pressure jets that eventually feel like they’re cutting into you, this shower was the perfect was to start my day.
The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The little kitchen was also very nice.

Stayed here for the first time recently with my children. The location is fantastic, with so many dining options within walking distance and a stunning view of the harbour a 5 minute walk away. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the cleanliness was top notch. The post-Covid return to daily room cleaning was so appreciated and the overall price was a bargain. This will be my hotel of choice without a doubt when I am next in Victoria.

Great room and staff…. wow what a hotel! The staff were so helpful and easy to talk to.
We found ourselves chatting up with them quite a bit about local sights and things to do. The room was clean and wonderfully appointed. The bar was very classy and unfortunately we did not have time to test the restaurant. From the photos I think it would have been marvelous. We will be back when we have more time and the Chateau Victoria will be our home away from home!

Such a great hotel! Ultra clean, with great wifi, and the location is unbeatable. The staff and warm and welcoming - we've stayed here multiple times now, and each time the staff have made us feel like our personal presence has made their week. Can't recommend enough.
