Victoria Regent Waterfront Hotel & Suites

Very nice place. Great view from the balcony and lots of room in the suite. Close to everything and exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Would be 5 stars but the bed was way too soft so didn’t sleep comfortably.

We had amazing support from upgrade before we arrived (after booking through Expedia and overpaying), to housekeeping, location and check out. The view was beyond expectation. The kitchen set up was effective and housekeeping kept us stocked in coffee and tea. The shower products were next level. And peace and quiet for night time recovery.

Wonderful experience. Stayed in a penthouse suite with an ocean view. All the nice eating places are close by. Service was great. Highly recommended !!

Booked a very special Milestone Birthday for my wife this May and keyed in on the location of this Hotel. Although a little dated, it has been well renovated, is very bright and very clean. I booked a package through Expedia (Air, Hotel, Car Rental, etc) then went directly to the Property to upgrade. Staff were fantastic and did everything to make sure this was a very special occasion. The upgrade was inexpensive but what was delivered can only be described as outrageous! Full 1bdrm Penthouse Suite with over 500sqft of Patio over looking the Harbour. Full Kitchen, Full size living room, 4pce bath plus jetted tub and an outdoor enclosed gazebo with 2 sided fireplace into a full size living room. We walked just about everywhere and did a couple water tours (Victoria Harbour Ferry) plus the Butchart Gardens. One of our favourite places to eat was JR Slims, right across the street from Main entrance. The best Nachos were
through the basement on the water side in Lido Waterfront. The Red Fish Blue Fish had huge lineups so if you are walking around early in the day go hungry and go early. This was an Incredible trip and an incredible property. Major brownie points with the missus.

Firstly this hotel is amazing. We got such a pleasant surprise walking into the huge suite. The room was spotless and even though there was no air conditioning the room was so cool. They supplied fans in the bedroom and living room and they were not needed. Huge sliding doors onto a beautiful patio. Free underground parking. The location could not be more perfect. It is in the heart of restaurants and wonderful nightlife. I cannot say enough about this truly fabulous hotel.

Amazing experience start to end. Courteous and professional staff gave us a call pre check-in to confirm our reservation, and we were able to arrange for an additional rollout bed during the call, just in time for when we've arrived.

Rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed in one of the suites with 2 separate bed/bathrooms, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. Kitchen was large and well equipped, with a standard size fridge and dishwasher.

The location was the highlight - very close to numerous delicious restaurants, bars/pubs, as well as breakfast joints. Steps away from the parliament and museum, yet is nice and quiet during the night.

Would absolutely recommend.

My wife and I have been here three times over the course of the past year and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. It truly feels like our home away from. The excellent service from the staff here just makes it that much better. The suits are clean and comfortable, the views from the suits are incredible, the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. We would love to give a special shout out to Paras. He has always been very helpful and has made our stay feel special each time we stay. We will definitely be back!
