Humidity in some rooms and in the bathrooms, the bathrooms are quite small ( we are a family of 4 and do not have where to hang 4 bath towels after shower), and the ventilation in it does not work, so

There are a lot of mixed feelings for this hotel. While the staff is wonderful, kids friendly, patient, and very useful, the hotel itself is more of a 4 minus stars. It needs a lot of improvements

Another thing I like a lot is the reservation of sunbeds on the beach/pool area. Quite smart idea that you can reserve it at the beginning of your stay

The room was big and clean, with a fantastic sea view. The staff was great and helped with any request. The sea is very close to the pool, so it's easy and comfortable to visit each location

We loved the outdoor spa, pool, and the snooker table for some fun downtime. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a relaxing getaway

Didn't stay but attended a charity event, the location is fabulous, right on the beach, the staff were amazing all night. The outside terrace provided a fantastic location to eat and enjoy the entertainment

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The location is super convenient, breakfast is decent, pool is small, but located on the roof which is nice. I got upgraded to the superior room, which was good

Stayed here for 1 night due to our flight getting cancelled, one of the best 3 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Cheap rooms which are big and clean, strong nice shower, close to beach and restaurants

This hotel has no indoor pool, just one very shallow outdoor pool, no kids club, no entertainment for either kids or adults

The rooms themselves, while generally well designed and specious, suffer from the same issue a lot of "modern" hotels do with to ability to lock, or even properly seal the bathroom from the rest of the room

We were surprised to find out that the hotel also serves buffet lunch and dinner, as their website doesn't mention it, nor does it offer half-board or full-board packages

Moving on, I'm not sure how the Cyprus hotel rating system works, but while this hotel claims to be a 5 stars hotel, I've stayed in better 4 starts hotel in Cyprus

We also overheard other guests in the reception area with similar complaints, so that's not an isolated incident

The shower was awesome - lots of hot water and strong pressure, I would love this shower back at home! My only suggestion to improve would be to provide a small microwave in the kitchen area

The young people appreciated the rooms and the swimming pool. The restaurant is managed by Philippos, the quality is excellent and the cost is reasonable

Firstly, I want to thank Stavros on amazing hospitality. Rooms are spacious, with a balcony overlooking the harbour. Kitchen equipped with all the necessities. Location is great to explore Larnaca on foot

The manager, Stavros, was an exquisite person who did everything to help us and the young people appreciated his availability and courtesy. The facility is good and the quality/price ratio is excellent

I would also like to highlight the breakfast buffet and the restaurants and services you will find in the hotel, especially the Peruvian restaurant which is a jewel

The location is not perfect, but Larnaca allows you to make excursions to other parts of the island, as it is in the middle of the island (that's why we chose it)

Also there are amazing choices for dining,Steak house, Peruvian/Asian Fusion,and in house bistro. There are also 2 bars (one one the rooftop the skybar) The pool area is spotless, with more than enough loungers

Excellent hotel, the quality of the room (we were in a double family room) made our stay very comfortable

Everything was perfect. The pool is great. Nice big sunbeds. The rooms are very big with alot of space. Very close to the city centre just 10 minutes by car.

We booked our stay originally with breakfast and dinner, at our second day we‘ve been told that we can switch dinner with lunch just how we like, I really liked that, easier to plan the day if you are not feeling like eating dinner one time

All is clean and well thought after. Breakfast was rich, and in my case, the crew and chef had tasty gluten-free alternatives. I hadn't tried the swimming pool, but it looks great

The service was amazing aswell, always there for questions or other things if you needed help. The Hotel is just a couple meters away from the beach, and you are able to get beach towels for free every day

A modern boutique hotel but I feel it is geared more for business travellers - it is very close to airport and there were aircrew staying - than tourists as it is a fair walk from the old town and has no pool (there is a public beach across the road)

I just LOVE Ciao Stelio so much. We come over for work a lot, and it’s our most favorite hotel in Larnaca. The staff is fantastic, friendly And helpful. I feel home every time I come back here

Larnaca is one of my favourite cities in Cyprus and this newly renovated hotel had everything for a nice holiday. The view from the balcony is a holiday by itself let alone the closeness to the beaches

We were greeted with smiles and a welcome drink of the best lemonade I've ever had! We were given a sea view room which was exceptional. The facilities in the room are five star, the bed was huge and so comfortable

The mattress was extremely comfy with a choice of pillows and extra pillows in the cupboard. The hospitality by all the staff was exception, greeting us through the corridors and in the morning with a smile

We had our wedding here on 31st of August 2024. Needless to say, that it was an unforgettable experience. The outdoor area is very nice, especially for greetings of the newlywed couple

Then we had our dinner and party indoors to take advantage of the A/C, since during summer in Cyprus it gets really hot. Sotiris for their constant assistance and cooperation

Old hotel. One of the advantages. There is a swimming pool. Free Shuttle service to the airport. Bikes available (recommend).

Larnaca, close to the airport, first out from the bus on arrival, came in. Next to Bicycle rental, a car and a lot of nice cafes along the waterfront. Locals come here from other cities for dinner

Cons (major): poor noise insulation, the instability of the wifi, especially at high load. The hotel is old, furniture also old

Money on the card and have not returned. Judging by the reviews on the booking always some problems at the hotel. Do: suggested placement in another gostishka,as said,close. in the end,slept for 8-9km from the city

Pros: Friendly staff, delicious Breakfast, Elevator, location. Took hot package in July, with the expectation that we will do to travel around the island, so the requirements to the hotel was minimal

We stayed in interconnected rooms, so it's very convenient for a family. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms and the dining area were clean. The breakfast was fabulous! The pool was nice

A very enjoyable stay at Sveltos, rooms were modern and exceptionally clean, staff were very friendly, facilities were very good. Beach was 5 minutes walk, bus stops are also close by and very frequent

And the pool now has steps and the ladders remove which is a massive improvement and the children's pool now section off for better security

In fact while sitting around the pool which was never too busy the bar staff would come around taking orders for food and drinks nice touch

We were greeted in the most delightful way possible and proposed to park near the hotel (which we did) We were then presented with a card for 2 complimentary drinks in the nearby cafe (BTW food is great!) The rooms are very clean and spacious

I stayed here for a week and I had an amazing stay at Lokàl Boutique Hotel in Larnaca! The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and local charm

However, it was still very nice to relax in the pool, and the rooms are close by, so it's easy to have a quick plunge and then go back. Overall experience was wonderful!

Also, keep in mind that there are no mini fridges in the rooms, but at the reception, they are more than happy to give you free chilled bottles of water at any time

The rooftop pool was very nice, quiet, and private, but there wasn't any type of sunshade available

Rooms were cleaned every day and shower was very good always had plenty of hot water, bed was very comfortable. Room very big with a very large balcony. All in all a very good hotel to book into

When you enter this hotel, you immediately feel and smell the cleanliness. I've been to 4 and 5 stars in Larnaca but unfortunately never felt this. This hotel is impeccably clean

The hotel also offers a nice & cosy restaurant downstairs. I would like to have a space for hanging towels. The walls are relatively thin as I was waken up by the neighbours and children playing, quite noisy

Less than 10mn walk from MacKenzie Beach and all the bars and restaurants. Very close to the airport (8 minutes drive. ) And most of all, the restaurant of the hotel "Jasmine Garden"

Reception work fast, this was probably the fastest check in and check out I ever did. Staff in general was friendly, helpfull. Room need some update, feels old, specialy bathroom. The water in shower is turned around

Clean and sunny room, close to all facilities and a dive center. The room was a bit well-used old but everything is functioning. Dinner buffet is simple food but tasty.

Bus stop is very near, and the buses are cheap, you can drive to Agya Napa or Larnaca anytime for a small price. There is a supermarket near, and a few restoraunts. Nearest beach is 3 min walk away

Bus 425 station is 2 min walk from the hotel, so good conection to the airport. Same bus takes you to the Marina ( ticket is 2€) I would def recommand Mariandy hotel, I had a great holiday there
