Humidity in some rooms and in the bathrooms, the bathrooms are quite small ( we are a family of 4 and do not have where to hang 4 bath towels after shower), and the ventilation in it does not work, so

There are a lot of mixed feelings for this hotel. While the staff is wonderful, kids friendly, patient, and very useful, the hotel itself is more of a 4 minus stars. It needs a lot of improvements

You can move if you want, but the place you chose stays yours for the entire time. Cool! Not having to worry about this is relaxing. Another sadness is the outside playground, which looks oldish and sad

The room was big and clean, with a fantastic sea view. The staff was great and helped with any request. The sea is very close to the pool, so it's easy and comfortable to visit each location

We loved the outdoor spa, pool, and the snooker table for some fun downtime. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a relaxing getaway

Rooms are very clean and beautiful. Swimming pools were great and they are very nice for children. Also they had activities for children. Additionally they had various cuisine nights which was very nice

Incredible hotel! This place should be 5-star! The staff were excellent (Shout out to Vasilis at the front desk), the food was excellent and the facilities were stunning! Rooms were cleaned daily and very quickly! Everyone was so helpful from the reception, to towel service, to food, to pool/beach

The pool and beach are really nice, with clean waters and nice sunbeds. They provide you with clean towels for use on the beach and the pool, if you show them your room card

The hotel and it's surroundings are very beautiful whether you want pool or beach so staying put and enjoying the beach, pool and hotel bar and restaurant as well as at least three other top notch local restaurants and bars all within 10 minutes walking distance is also the perfect option

Didn't stay but attended a charity event, the location is fabulous, right on the beach, the staff were amazing all night. The outside terrace provided a fantastic location to eat and enjoy the entertainment

Fresh clean towels, and bed sheets, soap and shower gel. Everything is very very clean and tidy, which is surprising. The beach is few minutes way, what is more there are a lot of shops, coffee shops and restaurants

The staff and the receptionist is so friendly. Ready to help and and accomplish all the needs. My room is big, i have nice balcony with view to the city. There is a kitchen equipment and washing up liquid

The hotel was great! We had a big clean room with a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. The hotel has also a pool and accommodates you with free towels, a delicious breakfast and a restaurant space

This hotel has no indoor pool, just one very shallow outdoor pool, no kids club, no entertainment for either kids or adults

The rooms themselves, while generally well designed and specious, suffer from the same issue a lot of "modern" hotels do with to ability to lock, or even properly seal the bathroom from the rest of the room

We were surprised to find out that the hotel also serves buffet lunch and dinner, as their website doesn't mention it, nor does it offer half-board or full-board packages

Moving on, I'm not sure how the Cyprus hotel rating system works, but while this hotel claims to be a 5 stars hotel, I've stayed in better 4 starts hotel in Cyprus

We also overheard other guests in the reception area with similar complaints, so that's not an isolated incident

The breakfast is delicious, freshly prepared and varied, there are options for every taste. The staff is kind and helpful if necessary. The rooms are spacious, clean, with a mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities

Excellent hotel. Close to the seafront but not on the main street so you can guarantee a quiet night's sleep. Clean, cosy, everything you need and super friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and reasonable prices.

I can only agree with all the reviews about very friendly and staff who supports the guests 110%! Rooms cleaned every day, water, cosmetics etc refilled every day

The hotel is located on a quiet street, very close to the central beach, the city market and the church of St. The guests are always greeted with orange juice

Just a suggestion for the owner: the design of the bath tub and shower makes it very hard to keep the bathroom floor dry while having a quick shower

Great breakfast - apart from small continental buffet, the main part is a dish made from eggs or pancake, excellent coffee and fresh OJ included

Stavros and his team offer a warm friendly and helpful service. I stayed for 2 weeks in October on a business and leisure trip. Their 4th floor apartment renovations are beautiful, spacious, clean and everything new

The young people appreciated the rooms and the swimming pool. The restaurant is managed by Philippos, the quality is excellent and the cost is reasonable

Firstly, I want to thank Stavros on amazing hospitality. Rooms are spacious, with a balcony overlooking the harbour. Kitchen equipped with all the necessities. Location is great to explore Larnaca on foot

The manager, Stavros, was an exquisite person who did everything to help us and the young people appreciated his availability and courtesy. The facility is good and the quality/price ratio is excellent

Also there are amazing choices for dining,Steak house, Peruvian/Asian Fusion,and in house bistro. There are also 2 bars (one one the rooftop the skybar) The pool area is spotless, with more than enough loungers

Everything was perfect. The pool is great. Nice big sunbeds. The rooms are very big with alot of space. Very close to the city centre just 10 minutes by car.

We booked our stay originally with breakfast and dinner, at our second day we‘ve been told that we can switch dinner with lunch just how we like, I really liked that, easier to plan the day if you are not feeling like eating dinner one time

The service was amazing aswell, always there for questions or other things if you needed help. The Hotel is just a couple meters away from the beach, and you are able to get beach towels for free every day

A modern boutique hotel but I feel it is geared more for business travellers - it is very close to airport and there were aircrew staying - than tourists as it is a fair walk from the old town and has no pool (there is a public beach across the road)

There were chairs and a desk, as well as a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and several lighting options. The rooms were wonderfully clean and the view from our balcony was amazing

We stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions totalling 4-5 weeks during a period of 2 months. Our first visit impressed us so much that we knew we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Larnaca

You can make tea or coffee in the room, and in the shared space there is a great balcony and also an air conditioned space with snacks and a light breakfast. Alexander the night guard is a great guy

We had our wedding here on 31st of August 2024. Needless to say, that it was an unforgettable experience. The outdoor area is very nice, especially for greetings of the newlywed couple

Pros: Friendly staff, delicious Breakfast, Elevator, location. Took hot package in July, with the expectation that we will do to travel around the island, so the requirements to the hotel was minimal

Larnaca, close to the airport, first out from the bus on arrival, came in. Next to Bicycle rental, a car and a lot of nice cafes along the waterfront. Locals come here from other cities for dinner

We stayed in interconnected rooms, so it's very convenient for a family. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms and the dining area were clean. The breakfast was fabulous! The pool was nice

A very enjoyable stay at Sveltos, rooms were modern and exceptionally clean, staff were very friendly, facilities were very good. Beach was 5 minutes walk, bus stops are also close by and very frequent

And the pool now has steps and the ladders remove which is a massive improvement and the children's pool now section off for better security

I stayed here for a week and I had an amazing stay at Lokàl Boutique Hotel in Larnaca! The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and local charm

However, it was still very nice to relax in the pool, and the rooms are close by, so it's easy to have a quick plunge and then go back. Overall experience was wonderful!

The rooftop pool was very nice, quiet, and private, but there wasn't any type of sunshade available

The rooftop pool seems like a very nice and relaxing place to be during the day and the service is good and friendly. However whe you go on vacation, you want the wow feeling, we didn't get here
