Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms absolutely beautiful, stunning and in amazing condition. Balcony spotless, amazing view (even the ashtray was completely spotless!!!) Staff caring, attentive and knowledgeable. Breakfast excellent and all sitting areas around the hotel absolutely squeaky clean. Hotel so immaculate I have already booked another 10 day stay next September. Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. 10/10 hotel.

I have stayed in the hotel several times,but exactly on new years eve was the biggest disappointment for our family.
Make sure you head to the hotels website and make yourself know,that a family (supposedly) friendly hotel doesn't allow children into internal swimming pool,only external one (which obviously is not an option in the winter) and save yourself a huge disappointment and crying children.
Many hotels have certain hours for kids policy,but to exclude whole population from being able to use inside swimming pool that otherwise are allowed to stay in the hotel is an absolute lack customer-orientation.
Unfortunately,this hotel is now blacklisted for us.

Lovely room and great breakfast options! Parking available but very tight, if you do find a free spot. Unfortunately service and organisation were not good when we visited due to wedding functions that seemed to take priority over hotel guests. One of the two lifts was broken for several days making it difficult with a young child. Staff seemed unaware of when it was to be fixed. Waiters were very nice and attentive overall.

Extremely satisfied with Ajax hotel! We keep coming here every time we want to stay in Limassol! Clean rooms and the breakfast is great! Let's don't forget to mention the fantastic spa area!

Nice, clean, well-kept rooms and at a reasonable price. The staff was really friendly and attentive to our needs.
The breakfast is good and has quite a few options. The pool is nice too.

Decent hotel with good amenities. Needs improvement in some things like more socket outlets next to bed, more dining options etc. Breakfast was quite nice.

Great hotel! Amazing rooms, clean and beautiful the breakfast was great. The swimming pool is really clean but the location of the hotel is really in the city

Great hotel with amazing food. We love the pool area is very well kept and the hotel has so many facilities, from spa to tennis. The breakfast buffet is truly huge and the room comfortable and clean. I would 100% recommend and I think it is great value for money!

On our honeymoon and this has been by far the worst hotel, but was saved by the manager on duty. We came in with 4 BAGS and no one held the door. Expected from a 4 star hotel. We were given a room a “double” bed which is a twin bed stuffed with a towel in the middle and a fitted sheet. This broke both our backs. Far from a comfortable stay!! We then go to the breakfast area and ask for the omelette station… THE AUDACITY they said it’s EXTRA CHARGE!!! We were not notified beforehand as on booking there’s no mention of this!!! After we complained about it as this never happened before they said that there’s 3 variants of the eggs that are out for guests and they repeated that multiple times. However we have never experienced that in any other hotel. Absolutely terrible breakfast and terrible service not a friendly staff at all! Two people were nice the manager on duty a tall guy (not sure of the name) changed our room and wanted to the remove the charge (if we purchased) of the omelette. Just before checking out the other manager on duty Andia came to speak with us. She was so sweet and understanding as well as helpful.
