Crowne Plaza Limassol, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was spotless. The staff were all brilliant, especially the waiters who are all very hard workers and seem to have to tolerate some very rude customers with a polite smile. Which they, of course, do with professionalism.
The hotels outside space was excellent, the large pool was again pristine.
The only two negatives were, we didn't like the area the hotel is in. There's a lot of graffiti, litter, and quite frankly dirty old men lining to footpaths leering at the women who pass by.
We had 2 different rooms and neither of the bathroom doors closed properly, if at all.
Other than those two things it was a lovely stay and we appreciated your hospitality.
ps. The balcony doors in both rooms were tricky to operate and probably needed some maintenance.

We recently visited Crowne Plaza Limassol with a family day pass, and it was an excellent experience! The day pass offered fantastic value for money, allowing us to enjoy the hotel's top-notch amenities. The location is superb, with beautiful views of the coastline, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing day out.

The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations, with a variety of options to please everyone. A special mention goes to Linda at the pool bar, who provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and really looked after us, making our day even more enjoyable.

Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Limassol for a family day out. Great value, great location, and exceptional service!

We recently held our wedding dinner at Crowne Plaza, and we couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing.

The venue itself was beautifully set up, creating a romantic atmosphere that perfectly matched our special day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, and we felt incredibly well looked after.

A special shoutout to Mrs. Aggeliki! Her warmth and professionalism made a significant difference in our experience. She was attentive to our needs, offered great suggestions, and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Her dedication truly shone through, and we are so grateful for her support.

The food was exceptional—our guests are still raving about it! The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were absolutely delicious.

Overall, we highly recommend Crowne Plaza for any special occasion. Thank you for making our wedding dinner a night we will cherish forever!

We had a lovely experience staying ay this hotel. Staff does an amazing job. Great outdoor facilities, beach area, saunas. Food was good and at a reasonable price. A major downpoint - music from downstairs. Be prepared to have a boogie night in your bed Fri through Sun. Not great for light sleepers

The hotel has a wonderful private beach a big clean swimming pool. Great for a morning run. Rooms are specious and clean. Wonderful breakfast. Kai sushi amazing restaurant . Great place to relax and have fun!

Good business hotel with breakfast + bed service, conveniently located. Ideal for short trips, value for money. Out of season there is a high probability of the spa and pool not working, find out in advance. Good price for breakfast from the room, not per person upon arrival. Find out everything! They speak well in many languages, there will be no problems during the settlement! Take running crosses with you, from here in any direction there is a running track, water and an apple will provide you with a hotel. Parking is free for guests under the barrier. I liked it, old hotel, but cleanliness is good.

Excellent hotel, cozy, quiet, right on the seashore, beach, swimming pool, delicious food, attentive and friendly staff.

Every year I am surprised that it can be even better, usually, on the contrary. From the latest pleasant little things - at 6:30 there are towels for those who want to swim in the morning, since last year the locker room and showers have been redone - it has become cozier and more convenient. And traditionally everything is clean, tidy, breakfasts and dinners - for the most fastidious - local, European, dairy, meat dishes, there are not many fruits, but there are all seasonal ones. Freshly squeezed juices for breakfast. Traditionally creepy tomatoes .... But the store is the same.

Staff were kind and cooperative somehow.
We requested a room in a higher floor but they didn't have as they said.
The first two nights of our stay were a shock , couldn't sleep at all until morning.
The two rooms next to us were very noisy as if they are alone in the hotel.
We called one of the staff, who knocked on their door and called them but no response...the isolation between the rooms is very bad, you can hear the water in the bathroom and the TV...it is really annoying for such a well known hotel.
We tried to enjoy our short stay there nevertheless.
Food is very expensive.
The rooms were clean, the ladies worked hard to do their jobs. Thanks to them.

As loyal customers to the hotel chain, I expect some welcoming gestures like a fruit basket or drinks or sweets, that cost nothing to such a big company like you!!

The hotel is really nice and staff is very friendly. Good breakfast, spacious swimming pool, excellent access to the sea.
However, one thing kept me bothering the entire time - smokers everywhere. At one table there is a family with little children and at the next table a couple smoking one cigarette after another. Same at the beach or pool area. No sense of responsibility for others health or simply adequate behaviour. I believe this is a major reason why I wouldn't like to return.
