St Raphael Resort

Love this hotel. Very grand and clean. Wonderful spacious rooms, amazing breakfast. Best location. Very pleasant, friendly staff. Beautiful grounds and gardens with breathtaking views. The sunset on the horizon is worth sitting out to watch day after day

This is without doubt the best all inclusive we've stayed in. We chose this hotel for its vegan options. The beach front Seashells restaurant is fully plant based and we ate there daily. Alexia was the perfect host, along with Kendal who is also a hardworking member of staff. When I was poorly (unrelated to the hotel!) Alexia went above and beyond to make sure I was fed. An absolute star.
The options at breakfast and dinner were plentiful, although one day I did see the chef use the lettuce tongs to pick up and move seafood. I mentioned this to a staff member who didn't seem to understand the issue. That was the only food related qualm we had all week, and as longstanding vegans we ate like royalty all week. Allergens are noted on all food labels.
Our flight arrived late and we didn't get to the hotel until 12.30am. I had contacted the hotel prior to arrival and they had left wraps and drinks for us. We were also able to book a late checkout for 11pm for only €50 and they extended the all inclusive so we could have an evening meal. Completely took us by surprise and allowed me to convalesce in private!
We saw the owner of the hotel dining in the restaurant several times, which is always a good sign. The pool bar staff were amazing, so efficient! The grounds and public areas were very clean. Whilst we were there the hotel hosted two or three large events in the garden but the noise and impact was minimal.
My only gripe was that we tried to book the Italian restaurant but the kiosk to do so wasn't working. The restaurant manager said it was fully booked for that night, which was a Friday, but the Italian night didn't happen until the following week and was definitely not fully booked. Please make it easier to book the a la carte dining!
We stayed in a marina view room on level 5 and the housekeeping was superb. As mentioned I was unwell towards the end of the week and the housekeeper was non intrusive but provided everything we needed, extra tissues, water etc. Such a credit to the hotel.
We have already booked again for next year and we rarely visit a country twice, let alone a specific hotel, that's how much we enjoyed the most relaxing week ever!

What a holiday, can't praise the hotel, staff, and facilities enough. Food was amazing, new and different food each day. Both pools and beach well kept and clean. We will be returning again next year!

Fantastic hotel with great service. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Beautiful views and the rooms clean / comfortable. Definitely, deserve the 5 star status.
Highly recommend St Raphael marina and resort. Great family entertainment every day. Offer vegan food at every meal. They also have a fully vegan restaurant right next to the beach. One of the managers there (can't add name due to google restrictions) is a real asset to the hotel, he was very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect.

Great resort to stay. Staff were very attentive even porters knew your first name.
Checking in was quick and easy. Our room was lovely and spacious with a great verandah. The hotel had a great ambience we mostly sat outside the captains bar as it was summer. We enjoyed the cocktails we had and kudos to the barman who knew exactly what they were doing. We had a great time as well as our families whom visited us at the hotel. Outdoor bar area had an amazing view of the sea and the hotel marina. Special thanks to Helen from the back office that made our stay at St Raphael a great family holiday.

We were a party of 8 including 2 children and we all loved the hotel. The grandkids had a wonderful time and with a big play park, 3 pools ( one with a slide ) an excellent Kids Club with superb animation team why wouldn’t they?
Spacious rooms, staff that were friendly, engaging and a pleasure to be around and food that made it unnecessary to go out to eat if you didn’t want to ( although we did as we like to explore ) and it’s hard to fault.
Already thinking of a return trip!

We had a beautiful stay at St Raphael and will definitely be returning in the future :) Most of our time was spent at the pool which was beautiful and very well maintained. The bar staff were amazing and attentive. The animation team of Martin, Lucas and Alex always had some great activities to get involved with, very friendly. We loved the volleyball!! Definitely made the trip a greater experience for us!

It's not my first time visiting this hotel it's become my home away from home every summer. To put it simply, this hotel is the perfect getaway for families or couples, with a variety of restaurants and bars, including a vegan option in their buffet and restaurants. The entertainment is amazing for both adults and kids, and the hotel has a private beach and ample space for water activities. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly words cannot express their level of professionalism. I will always return to this hotel.

The hotel has an impressive lobby and grounds including a beach, with welcoming staff to greet and support you during your stay. The rooms, in particular the bathroom, are dated e.g. plastic shower curtains but clean. We were in the exec part of the hotel and the marina views from the spacious balcony were incredible. The "room" for kids was the corridor with pull down bunk beds which was fine for us as our daughter is a heavy sleeper, but would have rendered the bathroom unusable at night if she was a light sleeper. We stayed at the end of April so it was very quiet and there wasn't much going on which suited us fine. I would recommend hiring a car as there is not much in walking distance. The weather was around 27 degrees with a lovely breeze. The majority of restaurants are closed until mid-May (this is highlighted on the website but i missed when booking), so you are stuck with a limited buffet at the same restaurant every evening if on half board. We chose this hotel over others due to the number of restaurants on site so this was particularly disappointing. I would expect a 5* establishment to have atleast one a la carte restaurant that accepts half board/all inclusive open all year round. Overall, a nice hotel with impressive grounds but rooms require some attention.

The hotel is very pretty, and everything is in a very good state, the staff is very polite and respectful. Great pool area, very nice sauna and nice large sand beach. It was very relaxing. Very appreciated the calmness and lack of loud music. The garden is well taken care of and trees smell great :) The food was also very tasty. A few restaurants there are along the beach and there is a nice road for walking and running along the beach going towards Limassol.

The only comment: I wish there was an iron and ironing board in rooms :)
