St Raphael Resort

If I could give zero stars, I would. This so-called ‘grand’ hotel delivers shockingly bad service. The staff are rude, dismissive, and aggressively unhelpful—they shout at guests, refuse basic requests like water, and respond with eye-rolls and snide remarks. Customer service is nonexistent, and the lobby manager—a grumpy old man—seems incapable of smiling. Staying here feels more like punishment than hospitality. Instead of providing comfort, staff make guests feel unwelcome and disregarded. I even witnessed a bartender take away soft drinks from a guest after she confronted him about his disrespectful behavior. Clearly, professionalism and guest care mean nothing to this establishment. We’re stuck here due to flight cancellations, and this experience has been absolute hell. Avoid this place at all costs. The whole hotel is a ghost town, no wonder no one wants to come here. Ps- pic of drinks they eventually served us ,after a big discussion with our TUI rep , they were supposed to serve drinks which they refused all day , eventually they did but in these paper cups instead of glasses, like they serve their other guests. Open discrimination and they think it's ok to treat guests like this.
