had a wonderful stay at the Grand Resort Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive—rooms, common areas, and facilities were spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend!

The hotel’s spa and wellness center was a true oasis. I indulged in a massage and enjoyed the serene atmosphere of the relaxation lounge afterward. Dining was an experience in itself served an exquisite tasting menu paired with sommelier-selected wines, and the breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with gourmet options and fresh, local ingredients.What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, discreet, and genuinely attentive. They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. Miss Iota would always ask if we needed anything always with a smile on her face. It’s easily one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in❤️🥹🙏🏻

I would like to begin with saying we loved this hotel and it was an amazing stay. We were greeted by the friendliest staff, we were very comfortable in our sea view rooms and we enjoyed every moment. The food is incredible, the pool area, the spa, and the cleaning.
It is located 15 minutes from the city center and it is a hotel to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach.

We had a great time! The location of the hotel was excellent, very convenient and close to everything we wanted to visit. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety and fresh ingredients. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Both the pool and the rooms were spotless, which we really appreciated. The only small downside was that the jacuzzi wasn’t working, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. We would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation!

It's a bit short of an excellent 5. Clean, well-kept, excellent service, everything is very convenient and comfortable. Huge spaces for eating. A small minus for a slightly monotonous menu and a small selection of dishes. However, this may be the consequences of the low season and covid.

Besides the delay with getting the room ready everything else is beyond amazing at this hotel. The manager Jamie made sure my family was comfortable and took care of us the best possible way. The food, access to the beach, service, pools, cleanliness... all together justifies 5 starts hotel.

The hotel staff is extremly friendly. We stayed in the hotel at the very end of the season and they were still smiling and helpful with everything. At arrivel we received a room upgrade and free drinks during our whole stay!
