Atlantica Oasis Hotel

The hotel stay was pleasant, featuring a clean, modern atmosphere, excellent food, and a warm swimming pool. Rooms were comfortable but slightly small, with good air conditioning. Entertainment could be improved, and securing sunbeds was challenging due to a no-reservation policy before 8 am. Small lifts were problematic for wheelchair users. The restaurant offered good-quality meals with variety, though themed nights and some food pairings were lacking. Menu prices were initially confusing due to mixed all-inclusive and half-board options. The hotel is in a residential area with a nearby shop and is a short walk to the main road with shops, restaurants, and McDonald’s. Restaurant & Food Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all very good – absolutely no issues here. Breakfast offered a wide range of choices, from traditional continental items to cooked food. Lunch and dinner also had a great variety and good quality. The only slight criticism would be that there were no themed nights, which could have added a bit more variety, and food was strangely paired, e.g. sweet and sour chicken paired with roast beef and mint sauce. This hotel has a mixture of all-inclusive and half-board, so menus have prices which was initially confusing. The à la carte restaurants I found mixed feelings. We went to the BBQ one, which tasted very nice but was still a buffet style, so did not really notice a difference between this and the restaurant, only the location, but this was still a pleasant experience. Facilities The swimming pool was lovely and, surprisingly, the warmest pool we’ve experienced on holiday – almost bath-like! The pool was clean, and the pool bar had a variety of drinks. The main criticism was the sunbed situation; the hotel does not allow sunbeds to be reserved before 8 am, and this is actively monitored by staff. This caused a lot of people to gather and then literally run to reserve their sunbeds. There is limited things for young kids to do, there is no playground ect. Rooms The rooms were very nice and spotless. Although slightly on the smaller side, they were well-equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, a fridge, and good air conditioning. The pull-out bed could be more comfortable, but for short stays, it’s manageable.

We’ve come to the end of a week all inclusive stay. We stayed in the main building above reception and our second floor room overlooked the evening entertainment and over towards the adults only pool. The room is comfortable with ample storage, if a little tired. The toilet seat wasn’t fixed on very well, the bathroom signs of blackened grout and stained flooring. It wasn’t dirty, just tired. The beds are surprisingly comfortable as are the pillows and we all enjoyed a good nights sleep. We have a small balcony with a table and two chairs. The area is heavily residential and opposite us is an apartment block where a resident decided to scream and shout a couple of times. The patio doors do not block out the noise of the entertainment in the evening, which is very loud across the PA system. The entertainment was limited, and repetitive. In the daytime it’s killer darts, killer pool, water polo and aqua Zumba, followed by a quiz. In the evening it’s mini disco where they play the same songs, followed by bingo and some sort of show. We tried to watch some of the shows but they weren’t very good. Apart from swimming or chilling by the pool in the daytime there isn’t much else to do here. The local area is not pretty and taking an evening stroll finds graffiti, cordoned off dilapidated buildings, broken concrete pavements and an odd mix of stores. About a mile or two along the east coast becomes more aesthetically pleasing and there’s a good beach, but lots of litter everywhere. There are a large number of young cats in the hotel. This didn’t bother me much, especially once I realised that the cats were introduced to control the snake population, but some of the dining experiences were dulled by the cats sitting next to your feet waiting for food. Make sure you book the additional dining experiences when you first arrive to get a chance to experience them. There is not enough shade around the pool, and you really do have to queue up at 7:45 to get a pick of the sun loungers, by 8:30 they are all gone. It took a while for us to be served drinks with our meals, on two occasions we got missed entirely. Only one or two waiters are friendly. The hotel lacks attention to detail, a staircase had broken tables and chairs dumped at the bottom, blocking a fire escape door, the bins are often overflowing so people just leave their takeaway containers and napkins to blow everywhere. The pool is cleaned but in the middle feels quite gritty and rough on feet. The location for me is the reason I wouldn’t come back. I like exploring on foot and you just can’t do that here as there’s nothing to see!

This holiday as a family has been fantastic. Brilliant. Staff are amazing expecially the entertainment team... Ashlie should be mentioned. Our boy is always talking about her. Shes a good team leader. Food. I think food is really good, loads of variety. There's a kids section at the back of the restaurant. Rooms. Rooms are nice and clean. Big balcony. We got a pool view. Entrainment. We enjoyed the entertainment on the stage and at the zeta bar. Mini disco Bingo and entertainment at half 9 Pools. Our son loves the kids pool with a big ship. Cons. Only thing that is too be said the main pool needs a clean. Its very gritty but thats it The hotel is really nice. Defo a 4 star Fantastic holiday we would return

Had the best time staff amazing adults bar great. Al la carte night was lovely great food. BBQ night great aswell amazing food. Nags head bar opposite is great also to watch sports. Only issue certain families insist on putting towels on beds in the same spot everyday which is very unfair for families with young children that would like to be near the pool side. Not an issue for us as our children are older but this seems to be a real issue at this hotel not the hotels fault but selfish people. Got the bus to Limmassol Marina 2 euros each way. Lovely hotel always very clean and smiling staff. Would go back

Please don't listen to the reviews below. I was a little concerned after reading them but didn't need to be. Me and my boys had a great holiday and would definitely visit again. The hotel, room, pool and sunbeds were spotlessly clean, staff were cleaning all day. I was very impressed. There wasn't a bad smell nor were there lots of flies. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work hard. Big shout out to Mike on reception and Succes in the restaurant. Safe boxes are in the room/wardrobe and free to use. Usually you are charged if you want to use the safe. There are cats, but not many, we seen about 5 in a week stay. No poo and wee at all. The food was brilliant for all inclusive. There was always something different to eat in the evenings, pizza, curry, lasagne, fajitas, pasta, chicken, rice, soup etc etc. Breakfast was usually the same but that's normal isn't it - only so many options for breakfast. The is also a café which is included on the all inclusive, not sure why some have said snacks aren't included because they are, you can get cake, croissants, sandwiches, rolls, salad boxes, sausages rolls, yogurt - All included. Ice cream is also included. Served in a cone or a scoop in a cup. Drinks are decent, local brands which is fine. If you want premium/branded drinks I imagine there will be an extra cost but that is to be expected, as with all all inclusive holidays. Plenty of drink options for children. There are shops, I'm surprised people say there aren't any. There is a small shop on site, a small shop across the road and if you walk down from there and turn left at the end of the street there is another shop/s and even more when you turn right. The Nags Head pub across the road is worth a visit. Lovely place. Gets quite busy especially if sports in on. Would recommend Fasouri Water Park. My boys loved it. Plenty of entertainment for the young and old :). Ashleigh was great. Bingo every evening with good cash prices. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A special thank you to Hotel Manager Mr Vakis, the waiter Stavros, looked after us from day one, could not ask for anymore. The food was amazing. Room was clean and looked after on a daily basis throughout our stay. Thank you again.

Lets start with the good bits: The beds are huge and comfy, the lobby area and the pool area are amazing. The reception staff were very helpful, the bar staff extremely miserable. The food was amazing, my son is very fussy with all inclusives but he enjoyed every meal here. Great choice, the sandwich bar is great and the fresh food at lunch was great too. The bad bits: The balcony is tiny, you struggle to get two people on it, everyone put their towels on the sunbeds the night before: NO JOKE, if you didnt get your towels on the sunbeds by midnight you will not get one! This is crazy and I blame the hotel for letting this happen. Be wary of the maids, they took 5 euros from my daughters bag and put it behind her bed, which was very odd. I also heard other people moaning about things going missing. THE AREA, is terrible there isnt anywhere to go for a wonder. Limmosol harbour and the old town is lovely but around 7km away and taxi's cost us 30E one way. We hired a car, which I would suggest as the island is lovely and driving around is easy. The beach is terrible! I wasn't too happy with the Tui Rep either, which I wont go into on here.
