Where do I start !! We were unfortunate to have one of the rooms out the front and ground level we might as well have slept on the pavement dreadful room the boy racers run all night the patio was filthy asked to move but apparently no availability the maid comes knocking at 7-45 !! Food was ok but the same every meal limited choice however the chef did make food for my coeliac granddaughter and they did give her gluten free rolls . Staff were friendly and spoke good English.the little Greek man at the beach sun beds was lovely very helpful. We used the number 30 bus to get about and the intercity bus 54 to pathos . This holiday was booked with jet 2 wouldn’t recommend them we felt totally abandoned no contact or welcome a little bit of information would have helped and a welcome txt costs pence. Local people were friendly and helpful to us . Wouldn’t return tho especially to this hotel .

everything was fine. I asked to change the room to a quiet location and my request was granted.

This place does not deserve some of these awful reviews. Like all places it has pros and cons so here goes…Pool: relaxed, no loud music, kids small paddling pool. Approx 40 sun-beds (sometimes need reserving) extra beds a few steps down from the pool in the garden area. Ukrainian summer camp we’re here on our visit. They used the pool early and late in the afternoon were no problem, just kids enjoying themselves, really well behaved and a credit to their parents. Easy and quick access to the beach where you can walk all the way up to the Old Port. Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach cost €2.50 each for the day. Beach is pebbly in places and sandy in others. Food: We all ate well, always a choice of meat fish veggie rice potatoes salads and all the sides. Different desserts for the sweet tooth, juice tea coffee milk etc. Lots of choice for breakfast. Greek night, Chinese night, Italian night etc. Some staff are more pleasant than others ( same the world over) . Reception staff helpful. Bar staff served and were pleasant. Rooms: exactly what you need. Walk in shower, comfy bed, extra pillows if needed, hangers, safe, large mirror and dressing table with hairdryer. USB plugs at bedside tables. Towels and beds changed every 3 days, beds made every day and a quick mop change bins. Area: Lidl 15 mins walk. 24 hr shop opposite hotel. Kebab shop opposite hotel (lovely and value for money) pubs are dotted a few mins walk from each other. Not a lot going on in the hotels immediate area but the port is much busier. (Number 30 bus for €2 are frequent) Entertainment: Thursday night is Cyprus night. Tables set outside, food and drinks served at round tables and typical Cypriot dancing, glass balancing on heads and getting all involved. Solo travellers: if you are a female solo traveller I would not recommend this hotel. There seems to be ‘regulars’ at the bar who are blatantly here to pick up women and they are quite straight forward in what they want to do. Accessibility: do not book if you are not very mobile. No provisions for wheelchair users as there are steps to all levels, the ramp into the hotel has a steep incline and there are no lifts. As a family of 5 adults we enjoyed our stay, we got exactly what we needed from our trip. For the price we cannot grumble.

The location is in the beach front and essential shops nearby and you can ride the bus no 30 to reach the heart of Limassol surrounding the old port. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom quite wide. The attendance personnel nice polite and helpful. The breakfast is rich and plentiful. The swimming pool clean and quite spacious . The gym room is tiny. My family and I were very much satisfied, and will book again in the same hotel next summer.

We stayed at this hotel recently and had a generally decent experience with a few pros and cons. We arrived late at night and the night porter was polite and helpful during check-in. The bar and restaurant staff were also very friendly throughout our stay, which made our breakfast there a pleasant experience. Our bedroom had good air-conditioning, which was much appreciated. However, the pillows were quite uncomfortable and made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping was not up to standard. The beds were just tucked in daily, and bins were emptied, but that was about it. Towels were not changed unless requested at reception, which was inconvenient. Although I didn’t use the swimming pool myself, it looked very popular with other guests. Parking was easy during the week, but over the weekend the car park became very crowded, with double parking and cars blocking each other in — definitely something the hotel should manage better. One major highlight was the direct access to the beach — a great bonus and very convenient for beachgoers. Overall, the stay had its positives, especially the location and friendly staff, but there’s definitely room for improvement in housekeeping and parking management.

Hotel was lovely staff friendly rooms cleaned daily and towels we were bed and breakfast but few us upgraded to all inclusive which could get snacks lunch evening meal local drinks ice cream up until 12am the beach was a 1 minute walk to upgrade was 50euros a day

The staff are rude and speak very little English. We had 2 rooms booked next to each other, these turned out to be at opposite ends of the hotel and on different floors. We was told there is a changing area and showers we could use following or last day, having vacated our rooms. When we tried to use it the area was locked and the manager refused to give access as it would be to dangerous? Considering zero pool attendance and no disabled access? A shower is a bit safer in my book! Then you have all the cockroaches running around! Not nice! Worst hotel I’ve stayed in! Avoid!

Not a bad hotel but no management to control groups shouting and screaming and food poor and cold. Every breakfast is the same. Stale bread hard fried eggs you may as well have boiled. Watery orange juice. The only change is hash browns for sweetcorn. Is this a European thing? Asked for bananas this morning. They're like something out of a bin

Park Beach was a great base to stay in while visiting Cyprus! Hotel staff is very inviting and warm, and the pool area is great. Bar food is nice (especially coffee) but the continental breakfast doesn't stand much and I would skip it.

Pluses: the experience, live music, pool area, service, cleanliness, location with good parking, drinks
Minuses: quite expensive laundry (36 euros), cockroaches coming in from the outside in the summer, lack of queen bed rooms

This review could have been 4 or 5 stars if not for an inconvenience we had on arrival. Our reservation stated 'triple room with sea view'. We were assigned a room on the ground floor. This would not have been a problem (even though 'sea view' tends to refer to rooms on raised floors), except that the French window to the outside opened onto the communal garden, which is easily accessed from a public car park and the street... Having said that, before even settling in I go to reception to ask for a change of room, as we had not been properly informed of this situation. They tell me that it is not possible to put 3 people in the rooms on the upper floor (rooms with a private terrace) because there are only double rooms. We ask them to give us two, offering to pay the difference, but for the first two nights there was no availability. At that point, I ask why they had not specified that the room was on the ground floor and overlooked the public garden (no small mistake in the hospitality sector, I would have expected at least a partial refund given the hotel's failure to do so). They reply that on Booking you can see that the triple rooms are on the ground floor....
I checked and no! Neither on Booking nor on their site is it in any way specified that the triples are only on the ground floor, overlooking the communal garden (accessible from outside!), indeed it says that they have a 'balcony'! And the photos and the room sizes are the same for both the doubles and the family rooms... In short, be very careful when you book. The fact that a room overlooks a communal outdoor area is definitely worth mentioning. Not to do so is a huge failing on the part of the hotel. It poses privacy and safety problems for guests, it prevents guests from leaving windows open to ventilate, it poses problems for those who are allergic or have a phobia to cats that regularly come to rest on the beds and chairs in front of the ground floor rooms.
Despite everything, it is a decent hotel, conveniently located close to the centre. Large and varied breakfast buffet. The food service staff is very friendly and attentive (unlike the guy serving at the reception when we had the inconvenience). We did not use the swimming pool but it seemed well maintained. The rooms inside are neat and comfortable (although they forgot to provide us with the bath mat several times and we had to use some towels...) .
