Every summer we spend 2 weeks in this hotel. All stuff is amazing and polite. Pools are very clean as well beach. Huge park next to hotel and a lot of restaurants,shops and markets

The hotel has a great location — just around the corner from the main shopping street and close to public transport. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, with soft lighting and a very comfortable bed

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect view of the city skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made my nights restful after busy days exploring

This little apartment hotel situated near the beach offers everything you need - a small kitchenette with the necessities, cleaning every day, a pool, the possibility to order a simple breakfast, a bar and a great location with walking distance to the old town

I’ve stayed several times at this charming hotel in Limassol. The location is perfect, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the value for money is unbeatable. Truly deserves 5-stars .

Very good location. Close to park and boardwalk! great attitude. they gave us coffee and sent us off early in the morning. The room was cleaned every day!

Beautiful little hotel with lovely staff and great facilities would recommend to friends.

The walk to the centre is 25 to 30min ( same to bus station if using public transport). Swimming area is small but pleasant. The bed unfortunately was queen so not the most comfy to sleep with husband

Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Location is good, 150 meters from the seaside. The beach is fine for a quick swim but not the nicest

One of the most beautiful places I have been. Honestly, the staff in this hotel couldn't have done more to help. Friendly bar staff, I would go back tomorrow. Thanks again for making our holiday truly wonderful :)

Great place for a quality family holiday all inclusive. Rest the second time, like everything - the beach, the food, the staff and the attitude of the guests and the hotel. Price match quality.

The sea is clean, the entrance is very shallow, ideal for children! The beach is not wide santiki 3 rows, so all the seats you can tell by the water. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant

Vacationing with 2 kids June 2017. The area is clean and comfortable, everywhere is possible to pass with a stroller. Staff rudoupravlenii and attentive

Great food, very tasty, fresh and varied every evening with themed menus. The entertainers are professional singers, great evening shows

The property also hosts a beautiful wedding, but it's not nearly stopping, the area is very conveniently planned

The rooms are clean all day long because of the great housekeeping. The stuff is more polite that you could have imagined and very helpful with every question you have

They provided us with precise guidance and useful information about where we can eat and overall enjoy our selves. The location is 4 minutes by the sea by car

We were at Arsinoe Beach in April 2014, arrived on April 30. I must say, they are fed hearty, tasty and varied. And this is not only my opinion. The service staff is friendly, all Russian-speaking

We think to come to this hotel next time. The hotel has been closed for 2 years now. And, in September of this year, the hotel building was destroyed

Very clean, air conditioned room with a nice balcony and mini fridge. Nice indoor & outdoor dining area with a nice pool and bar. Wifi was decent enough but did drop every now and then. Would very happily stay again

The service – whether at the reception, pool, restaurant, or from the housekeeping staff – is always super friendly and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious and the prices are great

I saw the swimming pool cleaned and looked after very good. Also around the pool and sun beds etc. Overall I would highly recommend this lovely hotel

Although the hotel is located a bit far from the sea, the on-site pool was a great alternative for relaxing and cooling off

Tik Miya, Kamala, for example, have extremely good customer service. I can honestly say it was a delight to see them every morning. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff are very friendly too

The reception staff are amazing with excellent customer service, Paradise, Roberto, too many to name they are brilliant staff. The breakfast staff are really lovely too

Our room without sea view but with two showers and a separate living room and rooms with sea views are much less. The sauna is normal, there are some trainers, masseurs tolerable

The room is clean!!! with side sea view, with Jacuzzi, Internet, satellite TV, coffee maker, gorgeous cosmetics and all that. In every five is a Suite in this hotel standard

But most importantly is the staff that is on selection, friendly and professional. Had dinner in the restaurant of kapris, all top class too. The food, service, atmosphere

First of all, the location is absolutely prime for Limassol. The hotel sits directly on the seafront with unobstructed views of the bay and ships on the horizon

Everything still works, but you constantly feel that the hardware is behind the times and overdue for a serious renovation. The public areas are in better visual shape

The lobby is bright, with high ceilings and modern lighting fixtures; during my stay it was nicely decorated for Christmas, with a large tree and tasteful seasonal details

There is no sense of contemporary design in the rooms, and even basic modern details like USB-C charging outlets are simply not there

Corridors, carpets, doors, and general room finishes look like an early-2000s business hotel that has seen a lot of life

Quirky & quaint hotel still in the 80's. Free car parking, excellent location for sea front. Girl on front desk was welcoming & helpful. Room would benefit from some TLC, pool available but too cold

Unfortunately, when we asked for fresh towels, the staff refused, saying it wasn’t possible. With proper renovation and better service, this hotel has the potential to improve significantly

Classy 4 **** hotel, normal breakfast, large swimming pool, nice restaurant, above average contingent, slippers, bathrobes, hygiene products. Near the zoo and the park in 3 minutes on foot, the embankment in 4 minutes.

I booked this hotel for my parents, who are pensioners. I called the hotel, made the booking and transferred the payment in less than 5 minutes following the instructions of a polite employee

My parents are currently staying in the hotel and they are absolutely thrilled. Their room is spacious and spotless (this comes from my mum who is obsessed with cleaning)

Rooms are good but food is quite poor and it doesn't taste that good. Good point is a clean and nice swimming pool. Air conditioned in-rooms. And very nice staff.

The pool area is nice although I haven't seen the bar open there yet. This could be a reasonable hotel with the upgrades and TLC

The staff are friendly, the hotel is average but is being slowly renovated from the bottom up. The rooms are a little tired and old fashioned, hopefully the upgrades will improve this

We had a training day there , the staff were helpful, informative and friendly. The food was delicious and they made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for a fabulous day training 😊😎

At the reception are both Russian and Cypriots. The sea is very close, though the coast is not very convenient. We need to go a little further. Everything would be great if not for the nightclub near the hotel

We stayed here so many years ago and it was the best despite being only a 2star. Very friendly staff, very clean, beautiful beach and very few people.

We looked at this hotel from the window, there is a GUABA club nearby, parties at night, very loud

We were provided complimentary fruit in the apartment on arrival and we opted for the breakfast package. The apartment have amazing views overlooking the main pool, the marina and the sea

The rooftop pool is fabulous and has a great views. The gym, provides a sufficient level of equipment

In the apartment its a master bedroom with sea views, large terrace, living room with a kitchen, main bathroom with Chopard cosmetics, guest bedroom and bathroom The setting of the tower on the beach is stunning

The reception and the staff always give the impression that no request is unfeasible and they are very good with recommendations The Tower apartment stay was fabulous. We look forward to returning soon

The cocktail Captain’s bar with its beautiful sunsets overlooking the beach means that you are in for a treat each evening. The staff are always keen to help you with a great variety of cocktails

The check-in was smooth and efficient and the ever helpful staff provided details and tour of the apartment. We stayed in an apartment overlooking the sea. The bed was extremely comfortable

They were cleaned every day and clean towels provided,the sheets were changed as well after 3 days. The air conditioning worked very good and we had a balcony with the view at the mega pool that they have

Been coming here since 2004 the location is perfect, near to KFC , Macdonalds Costa Coffee,Ocean Basket and lots restaurants a very sort walk to the beach the apartments have full size cooker ,fridge and microwave and plenty of kiosks and food shops

The apartments are not exactly 5 stars,are a little bit old but decent,a lot of space with kitchen (oven,microwave,water heater,toaster,fridge …),bathroom big enough with shower ,tv ,wifi ,safety deposit box and closet for the clothes

Nice hotel and great value for money. A special thanks to Mr. Loucas, who made the atmosphere warm and welcoming with his friendly attitude and excellent service. Highly recommended!

For the price we have paid we were very satisfied

Slow to fix small things like door handles. Otherwise, very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Extra tap for drinking water in the kitchen, and toilets that take paper. Very pleased with my stay, and returning next year
