Pefkos City Hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were both polite and professional, always ready to help with anything I needed. Although the hotel is located a bit far from the sea, the on-site pool was a great alternative for relaxing and cooling off. One of the highlights was the breakfast – very good variety and quality, a perfect start to the day. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable experience!

The hotel is very clean. The service – whether at the reception, pool, restaurant, or from the housekeeping staff – is always super friendly and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious and the prices are great. The marina is about 15–20 minutes walk away. Overall, 5 stars ⭐️ for this hotel

We stayed here from the 14th to 28th June. The hotel is in a great location. Easy to find. And has an ESSO garage very near by. Which i may ad is an excellent garage, who are very helpful! Pefkos City Hotel was an absolute joy to stay in. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The reception staff are amazing with excellent customer service, Paradise, Roberto, too many to name they are brilliant staff. The breakfast staff are really lovely too. Tik Miya, Kamala, for example, have extremely good customer service. I can honestly say it was a delight to see them every morning. They are very professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff are very friendly too. I saw the swimming pool cleaned and looked after very good. Also around the pool and sun beds etc. Overall I would highly recommend this lovely hotel. We had a trully wonderful experience! And I will certainly be booking this hotel again. Thank you , Pefko City Hotel, for looking after us. We will return.

The location is good. With big pool.

But newly renovation with strong smell.

Friendly staff. But they don't have any blanket in the room. Only bedsheet, if you need it, I think we all need it, you need to ask from reception

Very clean hotel with beautiful spacious rooms, an excellent selection for breakfast .., my only criticism is the cooked breakfast while tasty was at best lukewarm even at 7am and cold at 7.30am. A kettle in the room would also make the rooms even better.

it is currently undergoing renovation work so there is a lot of disruption but I would return when that is complete.

Staff customer service was excellent. A special shout out for the great care and kindness of Andrea on reception.

Beautiful lobby, great location, old room facilities

Didn't stay in the hotel but visited relatives there and went to the pool and restaurant. The pool is good size with sun loungers around. Restaurant was quite busy so there was a bit of a wait but the food was nice and huge portions, prices were decent for the portions.
