Great place, excellent staff, everyone is very helpful and polite, the breakfast is simple and the location is very good - not very close to the city center, but with amazing surroundings.

Nice little cozy hotel with authentic Greek architecture. Located in beautiful and quite neighborhood, in walking distance from city center. Amazing staff. Breakfast was also good. However, I wish there were some kind of mini bar in the room or at least coffee and tea with water boiler.

This is an excellent budget hotel! Well located, while not far from the center of Nicosia. It is clean, simple, but beautiful. The staff is super kind and the breakfast is very very good, complete, with many options. I think it is totally worth the price!

This hotel is one of the cosiest most welcoming hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in!! I would most definately recommend this hotel. The staff are all friendly and decoration is very rustic, not at all like most modern hotels found now-a-days! Although it is small it has all the facilities one will need. Incredible value for the money at this budget, old style hotel. Expensive for the worth, we use to be disappointed with the room because of the aircon wasn’t work at all, after couple ways to the front desk we moved next door. The gym is empty to weights and breakfast not to bad

Good hotel, location and service but the rooms are very old. The bed matress was very uncomfortable, the mini bar fridge was empty and smells very bad, the air vents didn't worked and the tv is very small (20inch) with only 5 channels. Recommend it for short stays 1 or 2 nights but not more. You can find nearby hotels with much better rooms for nearly the same price.

The hotel is nicely located in the old town Nicosia and you can easily walk to several hotspots. The facilities include a very well equipped gym (much better than other hotels), a pool and bar which stays open late. The hotel is right in the city centre. The staff is very kind. Pool is clean and nice, and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are good and clean, but the balconies are tiny. Another disadvantage I encountered is the tiny shower cabin. Apart from that, though, the price is good for the quality. I would recommend.

A very friendly team, breakfast at the pool terrace, perfect location for exploring the city, close to the intercity bus stop and crossing the border at Ledra Street. If you want a luxury resort this is the wrong place, but with all basic needs catered for, I wouldn't choose another hotel for the great service.

Superb location right in the centre of old-town Nicosia. Stone's throw away from the main thoroughfare of Ledras Street, and the downtown cafes, pubs and restaurants, and the border crossing into Turkish-occupied Northern Nicosia/North Cyprus. Sky hotel is in walled city of Nicosia. The building are old architecture but rooms are bit renovated. Place is fine to stay and they have restaurant downstairs Fanous. You can have shisha, beer or Greek and Lebanese food. Nice option to stay in walled city.

Perfect location for exploring the old town - I am not keen on the look and feel of the new town. This is an nice hotel, it is true that it is a bit outdated but if you need the bare essentials you will be ok. Plus it seems to be in a very good location in terms of getting to many places. The beds were comfortable, the tv is very tiny like smaller than most computer monitors. My only true complaint is that when you turn the AC on you can't put it on automatic or adjust the temperature, it continues...

The reception and lounge are fine, although outdated. Rooms are plain, functional and clean. Breakfast is basic but with something for everyone. One should remember to bring AC outlet adapter, since the outlets in the room are UK style. Reception team holds some adapters, but don't count on it.

Very nice location in walking diatance from the museum and old city (will take 20-30 minutes). Very good parking facilities behind a locked gate. Nice room with safe. Very friendly staff and I enjoyed the breakfast with omelette served (and lots of other stuff available).

Had a fantastic stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious with eggs made to order. The best thing about the hotel is the people. From everyone on reception, to those in the restaurant and the cleaners - they were all super friendly and kind and couldn't do enough to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. A good hotel for a night in Nicosia, the rooms are good, service is good, i even got a free upgrade to the executive room. They offer free snacks and a selection of drinks to take in the restaurant 24/7. They also rent out bikes. Bare in mind the walk to the city centre of Nicosia would be rather long from here. A bike or taxi is recommended in this case.

It was my 2nd time I stayed at this wonderful hotel! Although its old, it has been renovated! It is an amazing family-run business! The room was very clean! We could drink coffee for free 24/7! When I told them I am lactose tolerant they brought me lactose free milk!! I really appreciated it.. Everyone is really kind and hospitable! I will definitely go again!

Arrived to the hotel but there was lack of parking because it is very small and we had parked in a big parking place (chargeable of course) very close by. We've asked for late check out and to pay it because we would run for the marathon and we didn't know what time will finish and we'd like to have a shower before the check out. It's 0130am here. We got stuck at the boarder becuase the car company didn't give us insurance to cross to the Turkish side. I give the hotel a call and the chap helped us put no end. He took us all in 3 adults + 1 toddler... last room with 2 singer beds. Life saver 👍
