I stayed in this hotel on bussines trip. Everything was well organised. It is a 3 star hotel, compared to others it is like 4. Specially the staff is great, every single employee will help you in any moment.

Semeli Hotel is absolutely lovely. The location is quite good as you’re not on a main road so it’s not busy and it’s not noisy. We only used the conference room on floor B2. They were well prepared. Clean, tidy, organised. Took good care of us with refreshments and snacks. An excellent choice

From start to finish the experience at the Semeli hotel was absolutely lovely! The rooms were small but still cozy, clean and luxurious; the shower alone is a reason to return. The location is great, everything I'd need was in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was my 2nd time I stayed at this wonderful hotel! Although its old, it has been renovated! It is an amazing family-run business! The room was very clean! We could drink coffee for free 24/7! When I told them I am lactose tolerant they brought me lactose free milk!! I really appreciated it.. Everyone is really kind and hospitable! I will definitely go again!

Great experience! Stayed there for 3 nights, hotel staffs were so kind, welcomed us with open arms and helped logistically while were searching for an aprtment to rent. Amazing family-run business! Everyone is super kind and hospitable! The room was super clean! We were given incredible local recommendations! Also I wanted to try a good Baklava place and ask for suggestions! When we checked out, they remembered we liked baklava and we were offered some to try, incredible hosts!!! Arrived to the hotel but there was lack of parking because it is very small and we had parked in a big parking place (chargeable of course) very close by. We've asked for late check out and to pay it because we would run for the marathon and we didn't know what time will finish and we'd like to have a shower before the check out. But the receptionist denied it and then asked for extra one day in order...

Good value for money. Very well located, in city center, few minutes walk to all spots if interest. The room is comfortable, breakfast rich. Personnel very caring accepted to change our room according to our taste of no smokers . Only thing is the double bed which is small for two, good luck we are both skinny

It's 0130am here. We got stuck at the boarder becuase the car company didn't give us insurance to cross to the Turkish side. I give the hotel a call and the chap helped us put no end. He took us all in 3 adults + 1 toddler... last room with 2 singer beds. Life saver 👍

Great place with great service and wonderful people working. We met the owner who is a very kind guy. It is quite central just 9min by car from the pediatrician crossing and 25 min from the north coast. Hostly i was impresses by good experience i had in royal palace. Nice place to live, kind staff, not expensive and served breakfast and dinner all include in room price. At your choice if your are limited, quality of food not high but helpfull

It’s realy delightful to stay at Royal Palace , Staffs were helpful and friendly . Service was great and always there to give u the best they can do . I didn't stay for a night here but I came many times for business​ meetings or seminars. I enjoy every time there.

This is an nice hotel, it is true that it is a bit outdated but if you need the bare essentials you will be ok. Plus it seems to be in a very good location in terms of getting to many places. The beds were comfortable, the tv is very tiny like smaller than most computer monitors. My only true complaint is that when you turn the AC on you can't put it on automatic or adjust the temperature, it continues...

The reception and lounge are fine, although outdated. Rooms are plain, functional and clean. Breakfast is basic but with something for everyone. One should remember to bring AC outlet adapter, since the outlets in the room are UK style. Reception team holds some adapters, but don't count on it.

Had a very decent stay here. It is just so convenient to the old town and its sights and entertainment. A nice comfy room and attentive staff and the breakfast had plenty of variety. I stayed at the hotel during a conference at Frederick University in Nicosia. The room was not spacious but sufficient and clean. Staff provided excellent service at any time and was friendly and helpful. The small but very convenient gym on the top floor with a nice view is an extra asset. When I first came, it was late at night, I wondered in my head, The next day, the hospitality of the owner and his wife destroyed all doubts. It is clean and the food is very delicious, especially for those who miss home cooking, they have a variety of juicy dishes. It is a quiet, calm, very sweet place hidden among the houses, towards the Çağlayan region within the walls. Even if you don't stay, I recommend you stop by for a coffee.
