Affordable hotel in the Turkish side. You can catch any bus with 14TL to the city center, the historic area of Nicosia. The service is great and most staffs are friendly. The breakfast could be more selections if possible. There is a exchange shop called chase exchange nearby offer better rate. Overall, will choose again next time.

Even though i wasn't opportuned to lodged their, the building, the reception and everything seen portrays a good hotel and the activities seen within the time spent shows that their service is A class. Its located at the heart of Nicosia in tge north cyprus, a minute walk to the famous bus terminal.

We've been to Merit Lefkosa Hotel a few times. Each time we asked for a non-smoking room and got a room with smoke smell. They were able to change our rooms but unfortunately the majority of the hotel allows smoking. You can find ash trays everywhere around the hotel, even in the rooms. Location was very convenient for my work. Very clean, spacious and well maintained. Excellent bed with different pillow options. The room had everything you need and it was possible to switch the air-con off. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The location is good, the facilities are old, the rooms are average, suitable for self-driving. The waiters are enthusiastic. The breakfast is average. It is a 20-minute walk from the old town. The price/performance ratio is OK.

The hotel is located 15 minutes from the park and the Cyprus Museum, very convenient location. The hotel itself is clean, neat, very nice and polite staff. Breakfast is not the most varied, but it was enough for me. The only thing was cold floors and no slippers, so be prepared in advance. Also, the plumbing is a little tired, but not scary. Thank you!

The hotel score is not high, but I stayed there for one night and it was pretty good. The only thing was that the kettle was a bit dirty. I was quite satisfied even if I wasn't hungry. The building and rooms are good but the staff are the grumpiest I have met anywhere in the world. The man in the bar was extremely rude and when challenged he said that a customer had irritated him. The breakfast staff did not speak or smile. And the man at the reception was completely unwelcoming. The place needs a management rethink

This place was a bit of a walk from town and quite dated, but when we needed to stay it was the nearest, affordable hotel, as most other options were sold out or super expensive. Not good if you are used to a international 5 star hotel and much worse than a lot of the 5 star hotels in limmasol. It's a 3.5stat or 4 star on international standards. Have had an excellent working relationship with the hotel during the time it was the Nicosia Hilton and continue to do so under the new ownership. 21 years we were the main attraction in the lobby bar area providing our fun casino night. Also providing entertainment for many of the top companies on the island.

This is a beautiful property with tremendous staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool is awesome and the food is also excellent. There is also a great gym in the lower level.

Hotel is located very nicely. Facilities are clean, however the water has a horrible smell (sink/shower). The casino is terrible though, dead atmosphere and stupid rules. I don't see why anyone would like to play here when all other casinos are much better and more player friendly.

This well located, beautifully appointed hotel was perfect in every way. Our room was elegant, well designed and oh so comfortable. The hotel is spotless throughout and the staff were lovely. The freshly prepared breakfast was a real treat. We appreciated the free parking, too. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a lovely stay here. I would only recommend refining the A/C system, since it only worked for heating, though outside was not that cold. Other than that — comfy bed with high-quality bed linen, upscale cosmetics, coffee and water available. Also a la cart breakfast was tasty and nutritious.
