Affordable hotel in the Turkish side. You can catch any bus with 14TL to the city center, the historic area of Nicosia. The service is great and most staffs are friendly. The breakfast could be more selections if possible. There is a exchange shop called chase exchange nearby offer better rate. Overall, will choose again next time.

We've been to Merit Lefkosa Hotel a few times. Each time we asked for a non-smoking room and got a room with smoke smell. They were able to change our rooms but unfortunately the majority of the hotel allows smoking. You can find ash trays everywhere around the hotel, even in the rooms. Location was very convenient for my work. Very clean, spacious and well maintained. Excellent bed with different pillow options. The room had everything you need and it was possible to switch the air-con off. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Even though i wasn't opportuned to lodged their, the building, the reception and everything seen portrays a good hotel and the activities seen within the time spent shows that their service is A class. Its located at the heart of Nicosia in tge north cyprus, a minute walk to the famous bus terminal.

A lovely hotel in the center of Nicosia. It has very spacious rooms and cleaning happens everyday. It has lovely lunch and breakfast buffets.

The place was nice and clean but the guy that worked there was a bit rude. Although my experience was pretty nice the pool was pretty good and clean I will definitely come again and hope that the stuff is more helpful.💗

It's a very nice hotel, very good looking , the staff is very friendly and cooperative .. the food is good , the room is a little pit small but fully equipped and clean.. Stayed here Feb 2023 and June 2023. I have stayed here on two occasions and have not been disappointed. It is in an excellent location and I have found the rooms to be spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast items are a little limited but this was not a big issue.

I went two days with my niece to the Cleopatra Hotel swimming pool and I loved it. Many thanks to the amazing workers and the pool bar!! The girl working there is very kind and together with her colleague they made our days amazing! Also the lifeguards are cool guys. For sure we will come back because of these lovely people 🙂

Nice and quiet area. Located at 30 minutes walk from city center. The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty basic. If you are on a busines trip it couldn be ok.

Very nice and basic, it's not extravagant. They don't have individual irons or ironing boards, but they do have a mini fridge. The food is good and the service was nice as well.

Staff are very pleasant and polite. Booked at short notice, and they did everything they could to accomodate my requests. Rooms are clean and spacious, with good facilities. Close to the centre of Nicosia so easily walkabke. Car park is small but on street parking is not an issue. Would stay there again.

Not good if you are used to a international 5 star hotel and much worse than a lot of the 5 star hotels in limmasol. It's a 3.5stat or 4 star on international standards. Have had an excellent working relationship with the hotel during the time it was the Nicosia Hilton and continue to do so under the new ownership. 21 years we were the main attraction in the lobby bar area providing our fun casino night. Also providing entertainment for many of the top companies on the island.

This is a beautiful property with tremendous staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool is awesome and the food is also excellent. There is also a great gym in the lower level.

I just been roof top restorant, The hotel is very new and very clean. The staff are very uneducate! It is very clear that there is insufficient staff. For example they can easly train their staf how to serve and behuve, their staff can not speaking good enough english which is a necessity anyehere in turisim sector specially for 5 star hotel. The hotel is almost brand new and very good. The staff are wonderful all the way from the reception to the restaurants and to the facilities. Among those are Nurcan and Yunus Emre. Hotel is located very nicely. Facilities are clean, however the water has a horrible smell (sink/shower). The casino is terrible though, dead atmosphere and stupid rules. I don't see why anyone would like to play here when all other casinos are much better and more player friendly.

Just went to the roof top bar and casino and I absolutely enjoyed it. Great night out, they hold events at the roof top bar on the weekends and the night is Live!! The casino is very lush and service is pretty good. Totally reccomend it..
