Affordable hotel in the Turkish side. You can catch any bus with 14TL to the city center, the historic area of Nicosia. The service is great and most staffs are friendly. The breakfast could be more selections if possible. There is a exchange shop called chase exchange nearby offer better rate. Overall, will choose again next time.

Located in the center of the city. The design is strange, huge, non functional furniture and strange installation of mirror and hairdryer. The safe did not work. The breakfast is good and offers choices but it is the same every day. The staff is kind and do not miss the fortune telling messages at the reception.

Used for its pool. Happy to have visited. Avoid it over the weekend as as it busy with kids playing with balls. During the weekdays it is much better. The service is excellent. The food is very well presented but in terms of taste, it needs to improve.

The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean. Breakfast was very good. However, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the room doors slam shut loudly — which can be disturbing at night. One major issue was the pool hours: it’s only open from 10:00 to 18:00, right during the peak heat (43°C when we visited in July). The building and rooms are good but the staff are the grumpiest I have met anywhere in the world. The man in the bar was extremely rude and when challenged he said that a customer had irritated him. The place is not bad but it looks like motel inside! They dont have aircondition and the bathroom is outside the room! I would give it a three star! And the price is high according to the place standards hpwever is good for somebody that just need to rest for the night!

This is a somewhat small hotel but got the remarkable qualities and very friendly staff. Always helpful to all. The bar here has a really good view. Rented their hall for some time and the services all round is good. It's also very affordable place when measured up to the standard of others

Even though i wasn't opportuned to lodged their, the building, the reception and everything seen portrays a good hotel and the activities seen within the time spent shows that their service is A class. Its located at the heart of Nicosia in tge north cyprus, a minute walk to the famous bus terminal.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The hotel facilities - rooms, restaurant, gardens - are perfect for anyone need a peaceful and quite getaway. It’s been a long time since I sleep so well. The staff in Aelia is so lovely and accommodating. I want to point out specifically Dimitreous who had the most fun and hospitable energy, took care of our every need with such a large smile.

Simply outstanding. The only thing that can match Aelia’s beautiful grounds is the superb team that works there. They really went above and beyond to make the whole day special. Can’t recommend this place enough, such amazing value for the unbelievable service provided!

Don't stay here, many other places much better even if lower stars. By the time I came down to breakfast, the few food warmers were empty, including the one cereal. Only one staff at breakfast who ignored me as I thought I had to give room no on entry. Dinner like breakfast was was not worth coming down for. My balcony looks onto someone's roof, not worth an extra 10 euros. No complimentary toiletries...

The hotel is located in a neighborhood. It was not bad in general. I had trouble taking a shower because the shower head holder was broken. Breakfast is okay. Price performance hotel.

Small Gem The two of us have stayed here about a half-dozen times, 1-2 weeks per visit, while visiting relatives. The maids and breakfast staff are friendly and attentive, and for such a small hotel (about 32 rooms?) it's a real perk to have all-night desk service. Two-room suite layout is comfortable and good for an extended stay.

This was my second stay at this very functional hotel suites property located at a quiet street near Central Nicosia. Easy parking.

Loved it. The room, the bathroom, the air conditioning in the rooms, the comfy beds, cleanliness. All is nice. We stayed in a room that had a double bed, a single bed and a couch. Facing the parking Be aware there are construction works around the building so noise will be an issue if you plan to sleep during the day. At night construction works are stopped.

Nice and comfortable rooms. Pool area offers a lot of sunbeds and large fluffy towels. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. Staff is friendly. Lobby is stylish. Free shuttle bus to downtown is offered from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays). I had short but very pleasant stay here. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants are in walking distance.

The Hilton Nicosia staff were incredible, we had our flight cancelled and the hotel took us in, they made provisions for us even when arriving at the hotel 12am at night, food was provided and rooms were assigned to all of us swiftly. Staff was friendly and checking to make sure we were settling in, and have an incredible experience even if it's for 12 hours. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I really like this hotel.

Really nice and stylish hotel. Amazing breakfast buffet including low fat yoghurt. Unfortunately the hotel is next to a big street and it is a little difficult to catch a Tuktuk. Also a little minus is the small pool area in comparison to the size of hotel, same with gym area.

Not good if you are used to a international 5 star hotel and much worse than a lot of the 5 star hotels in limmasol. It's a 3.5stat or 4 star on international standards. Have had an excellent working relationship with the hotel during the time it was the Nicosia Hilton and continue to do so under the new ownership. 21 years we were the main attraction in the lobby bar area providing our fun casino night. Also providing entertainment for many of the top companies on the island.

This is a beautiful property with tremendous staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool is awesome and the food is also excellent. There is also a great gym in the lower level.

The hotel is located in Nicosia, so I wouldn't recommend it for those without a car, as it's inconvenient to get around. I also suggest booking directly through Agoda; I booked through Ctrip, and they also booked through Agoda, so the price was better. Getting around Northern Cyprus without a car is extremely difficult, and taxis are too expensive.

Very good hotel, very comfortable. What needs to be improved is that the faucet in the bathroom is very inconvenient to use. It is difficult to adjust the water temperature and water outlet to the correct way. The design is anti-human and inconvenient to use.

I just been roof top restorant, The hotel is very new and very clean. The staff are very uneducate! It is very clear that there is insufficient staff. For example they can easly train their staf how to serve and behuve, their staff can not speaking good enough english which is a necessity anyehere in turisim sector specially for 5 star hotel. The hotel is almost brand new and very good. The staff are wonderful all the way from the reception to the restaurants and to the facilities. Among those are Nurcan and Yunus Emre. For example, you're always greeted by Nurcan with a warm smile in the morning and afternoon whenever you eat, and Yunus is a great help. Hotel is located very nicely. Facilities are clean, however the water has a horrible smell (sink/shower). The casino is terrible though, dead atmosphere and stupid rules. I don't see why anyone would like to play here when all other casinos are much better and more player friendly.
