This is a beautiful property with tremendous staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool is awesome and the food is also excellent. There is also a great gym in the lower level.

Parking is terrible and tiny for the size of the hotel you have to be careful not to be blocked in. It's closing in Sept 21 for well overdue renovation hopefully they will redesign bits of it when/if it reopens

Location is perfect and central for access all the key places in Nicosia. The market, the border between north and south, coach access to go anywhere are all within walking distance

Located in the center of the city. The design is strange, huge, non functional furniture and strange installation of mirror and hairdryer. The breakfast is good and offers choices but it is the same every day

The location of the Cleopatra hotel is advantageous, within walking distance of the city center

Avoid it over the weekend as as it busy with kids playing with balls. During the weekdays it is much better. The food is very well presented but in terms of taste, it needs to improve

Everywhere shows lack of investment, with the corridor carpet WAY past its sell by date. The pool is large, but access to public at times, and general surrounding decay limit appeal

I stayed in this hotel on bussines trip. Everything was well organised. It is a 3 star hotel, compared to others it is like 4. Specially the staff is great, every single employee will help you in any moment.

The hotel decor is a little dated but everything is very clean and doesn’t look worn or “tired”. Housekeeping came every day to change towels, bins and top up toiletries

There is also parking but might be easy to miss for some so ask for directions. The room service from the restaurant was also very good and the portions generous

The place is not bad but it looks like motel inside! They dont have aircondition and the bathroom is outside the room! I would give it a three star! And the price is high according to the place standards hpwever is good for somebody that just need to rest for the night!

We have arrived late and exhausted! They have welcomed us kindly and give us ᵀᴴᴱ coziest/modern/antique room ! It’s so neat & u can visit a private museum of the owner along the Hal ways! Location is at the start of bazzar so u have good access! In my opinion with this budget theres no better place to stay in this area!🫶🏼💁🏽‍♀️🥰

Very well located, in city center, few minutes walk to all spots if interest. The room is comfortable, breakfast rich. Personnel very caring accepted to change our room according to our taste of no smokers

But the receptionist denied it and then asked for extra one day in order for us to have the room for only one hour. Certainly we denied it too because we don't have 90eur to spend like this

We've asked for late check out and to pay it because we would run for the marathon and we didn't know what time will finish and we'd like to have a shower before the check out

Arrived to the hotel but there was lack of parking because it is very small and we had parked in a big parking place (chargeable of course) very close by

Rooms sparkling clean and efficient air-conditioning which you need in Nicosia. Breakfast is varied and nicely presented. Perfect location for exploring the old town - I am not keen on the look and feel of the new town

Within a few hundred meters away were the bus terminal, the shopping streets, a catholic church, an orthodox church, one of three ancient gates, and one of the pedestrian border gates to enter the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus

We stayed at the hotel for a conference and have only good things to report: helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. The location is also convenient. Recommended.

The only thing we didn’t like was cleaning buckets and “stuff” on the way to the room every time we walked to the room. For a hotel to want to be a great hotel, this needs to be addressed

Good hotel close to the city center in Nicosia. It's located in a bit of a residential side street, but still close to the main business district in Nicosia. Rooms are nice, clean and fresh

I am going to give a 5 star rating. My wife and I enjoyed staying here. We had a 1 bedroom suite which is nicely decorated and pleasant to stay in. We like everything that we saw

A proper cart pushed into the room while rooms are being clean would be more appropriate. I would encourage the management to look into that as it is a bit annoying

This is an nice hotel, it is true that it is a bit outdated but if you need the bare essentials you will be ok. Plus it seems to be in a very good location in terms of getting to many places

My only true complaint is that when you turn the AC on you can't put it on automatic or adjust the temperature, it continues to pump super cold air the whole time

One should remember to bring AC outlet adapter, since the outlets in the room are UK style. Reception team holds some adapters, but don't count on it

The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions

It was a bit of a walk from the bus station and the old city centre but a very pleasant stay

I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia

We booked a night after our flight was delayed overnight and needed emergency accommodation. Were amazed at how clean and spacious it was. It was comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge balcony.

Excellent location in the heart of Nicosia. Good sized swimming pool considering this is a town centre hotel. You can borrow a hair dryer from reception. Breakfast is buffet style and is quite adequate

I was overwhelmed because I got a five star treatment. The room was great! I relaxed at the garden in the evening with a great drink. The workers were respectful, it was the best part of my experience in northern Cyprus

The Rimi Hotel is in a great central Nicosia location, only minutes from Ledras shopping and eating, bus station, border crossing and every amenity

The spacious indoor restaurant was redundant as the weather was delightful. All in all Rimi is a very central comfortable reasonably priced hotel

Sky Hotel also has a Restaurant on the ground floor where you can find food , With lots of other resturant and shops very close 2 minutes walk Because of the good location , the price and the staff I would definitely stay their again

Sky hotel is in walled city of Nicosia. The building are old architecture but rooms are bit renovated. Place is fine to stay and they have restaurant downstairs Fanous

2 minutes walk to Ledra street which is a major shopping area in Nicosia and link north Cyprus to South Cyprus

I have stayed two weeks. I love the area it's very close to bus station, restaurant in supermarket, Bank, etc. The staff is very kind!!! They are cleaning my room every day 👍

The hotel have very polite staff and neat and clean rooms and have good facilities and very good price.

It's right next to the bus station and right in the center of the city. While most of the hotels are unstaffed apartments, the hotel is a bargain at around 8,000 yen per night. However, the rooms are small.

The only negatives for me are the fact that smoking is allowed in the hotel, so the room smelled of stale smoke, the WiFi was too slow at times to stream video, and it's quite expensive for the type of room (although I'm guessing Nicosia is expensive in general for rooms)

literally a few steps from the bus station, and close to all the main sites of the city and Ledra Street crossing etc. The staff were very good; professional and friendly. The room was cleaned properly

I did no lt stay in this place. Only used their luggage storegae service. Paid 5euros per luggage bag, so I can do sight seeing Nicosia easier. Right next to the bus station. Friendly staff.

HI, im currently staying at the Elysium Capital Residence, 10 Samos st Nicosia,its a really nice place to stay, very clean and tidy, very charming indeed,Eleni the owner/manager is a lovely friendly lady always on site and ready to address any problems that may occur,and to make sure your stay is a pleasant one

Very nice owner, very helpful, fair prices, and very clean. It is VERY important to tell them your arrival time though. Its not hard as they will probably ask you themselves. :) Oh and lots of good places nearby ?

Unfortunately I experienced a deficient WiFi, despite the owner's excuses who blamed the provider, the truth is that the WiFi device is located far from some rooms, resulting in a weak and intermittent signal

Instead there is a small refrigerator in the common cuisine of each floor to serve four rooms, so it is impossible to serve the needs of water, soft drinks and small food supplies of all these people

The breakfast was a la carte, with each meal being delicious and well-presented, complemented by rich coffee. Parking was conveniently close, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help

Had an amazing CBD massage at their spa by Constantina. Was absolutely amazing and would definitely go back again for another one. Good location in central Nicosia but needed to pay for parking.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. A Nespresso machine in the lobby is available free for guests. A cafe, and a large bakery (Zorba) that also sells lots of other food products, are nearby (1 minute walk)

The apartment is very large and a great value for money. There is everything needed for a longer stay, including a large closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large TV, a nice terrace

All was excellent, cleanliness and service especially. The hosts and owners were warm and hospitable. Spotless, fresh towels daily and floors were cleaned daily too

This is a great little place to stay and if you were looking to stay in North Nicosia and spend most of your time in North Nicosia I would highly recommend beautiful little location furthermore your money that you spent goes towards the preservation efforts which is something that should be duly noted

Mind you it is a North Nicosia so if you’re like me and you have a Events on the other side of the wall you probably should not stay here that’s sad the staff is extremely accommodating the room is very nice the breakfast is wonderful and it’s in a beautiful location

As I was about to leave for a little sightseeing the neighbourhood I had the pleasure to meet Ozge - the owner and the architect who tastefully restored this stunning building into its former glory but serving as a boutique hotel

The bed is comfy and spacious, the room is well air-conditioned and can be controlled to the desired temperature. Part of the room is the bathroom (with shower), aesthetically separated from the sleeping quarter

On the day I was to arrive, I received a kind message from the lovely hotel staff Damla ensuring that she'd be there to welcome and for the check in. Arrival and the check in was super smooth and with smiles

Now the breakfast is something to talk about, gorgeously presented and delicious and eaten in the beautifully decorated and lush inner courtyard. Absolutely everything from the colours to tastes I loved it
