Not good if you are used to a international 5 star hotel and much worse than a lot of the 5 star hotels in limmasol. It's a 3.5stat or 4 star on international standards. Have had an excellent working relationship with the hotel during the time it was the Nicosia Hilton and continue to do so under the new ownership. 21 years we were the main attraction in the lobby bar area providing our fun casino night. Also providing entertainment for many of the top companies on the island.

This is a beautiful property with tremendous staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool is awesome and the food is also excellent. There is also a great gym in the lower level.

I just been roof top restorant, The hotel is very new and very clean. The staff are very uneducate! It is very clear that there is insufficient staff. For example they can easly train their staf how to serve and behuve, their staff can not speaking good enough english which is a necessity anyehere in turisim sector specially for 5 star hotel. Hotel is located very nicely. Facilities are clean, however the water has a horrible smell (sink/shower). The casino is terrible though, dead atmosphere and stupid rules. I don't see why anyone would like to play here when all other casinos are much better and more player friendly.

Just went to the roof top bar and casino and I absolutely enjoyed it. Great night out, they hold events at the roof top bar on the weekends and the night is Live!! The casino is very lush and service is pretty good. Totally reccomend it..

We've been to Merit Lefkosa Hotel a few times. Each time we asked for a non-smoking room and got a room with smoke smell. They were able to change our rooms but unfortunately the majority of the hotel allows smoking. You can find ash trays everywhere around the hotel, even in the rooms. Stayed here Feb 2023 and June 2023. I have stayed here on two occasions and have not been disappointed. It is in an excellent location and I have found the rooms to be spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast items are a little limited but this was not a big issue.

I went two days with my niece to the Cleopatra Hotel swimming pool and I loved it. Many thanks to the amazing workers and the pool bar!! The girl working there is very kind and together with her colleague they made our days amazing! Also the lifeguards are cool guys. For sure we will come back because of these lovely people 🙂

Very nice and basic, it's not extravagant. They don't have individual irons or ironing boards, but they do have a mini fridge. The food is good and the service was nice as well.

Staff are very pleasant and polite. Booked at short notice, and they did everything they could to accomodate my requests. Rooms are clean and spacious, with good facilities. Close to the centre of Nicosia so easily walkabke. Car park is small but on street parking is not an issue. Would stay there again.

This is an nice hotel, it is true that it is a bit outdated but if you need the bare essentials you will be ok. Plus it seems to be in a very good location in terms of getting to many places. The beds were comfortable, the tv is very tiny like smaller than most computer monitors. My only true complaint is that when you turn the AC on you can't put it on automatic or adjust the temperature, it continues...

The reception and lounge are fine, although outdated. Rooms are plain, functional and clean. Breakfast is basic but with something for everyone. One should remember to bring AC outlet adapter, since the outlets in the room are UK style. Reception team holds some adapters, but don't count on it.

Had a fantastic stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious with eggs made to order. The best thing about the hotel is the people. From everyone on reception, to those in the restaurant and the cleaners - they were all super friendly and kind and couldn't do enough to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. A good hotel for a night in Nicosia, the rooms are good, service is good, i even got a free upgrade to the executive room. They offer free snacks and a selection of drinks to take in the restaurant 24/7. They also rent out bikes. Bare in mind the walk to the city centre of Nicosia would be rather long from here. A bike or taxi is recommended in this case.

It was my 2nd time I stayed at this wonderful hotel! Although its old, it has been renovated! It is an amazing family-run business! The room was very clean! We could drink coffee for free 24/7! Arrived to the hotel but there was lack of parking because it is very small and we had parked in a big parking place (chargeable of course) very close by. We've asked for late check out and to pay it because we would run for the marathon and we didn't know what time will finish and we'd like to have a shower before the check out. But the receptionist denied it and then asked for extra one day in order...

Good value for money. Very well located, in city center, few minutes walk to all spots if interest. The room is comfortable, breakfast rich. It's 0130am here. We got stuck at the boarder becuase the car company didn't give us insurance to cross to the Turkish side. I give the hotel a call and the chap helped us put no end. He took us all in 3 adults + 1 toddler... last room with 2 singer beds. Life saver 👍
