I stayed in this hotel on bussines trip. Everything was well organised. It is a 3 star hotel, compared to others it is like 4. Specially the staff is great, every single employee will help you in any moment.

An excellent choice

From start to finish the experience at the Semeli hotel was absolutely lovely! The rooms were small but still cozy, clean and luxurious; the shower alone is a reason to return. The location is great, everything I'd need was in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I just been roof top restorant, The hotel is very new and very clean. The staff are very uneducate! It is very clear that there is insufficient staff. For example they can easly train their staf how to serve and behuve, their staff can not speaking good enough english which is a necessity anyehere in turisim sector specially for 5 star hotel. The location is good and easy to access hotel.

The hotel is almost brand new and very good. The staff are wonderful all the way from the reception to the restaurants and to the facilities. Among those are Nurcan and Yunus Emre. For example, you're always greeted by Nurcan with a warm smile in the morning and afternoon whenever you eat, and Yunus is a great help. Hotel is located very nicely. Facilities are clean, however the water has a horrible smell (sink/shower). The casino is terrible though, dead atmosphere and stupid rules. I don't see why anyone would like to play here when all other casinos are much better and more player friendly.

Just went to the roof top bar and casino and I absolutely enjoyed it. Great night out, they hold events at the roof top bar on the weekends and the night is Live!! The casino is very lush and service is pretty good. Totally reccomend it..

We've been to Merit Lefkosa Hotel a few times. Each time we asked for a non-smoking room and got a room with smoke smell. They were able to change our rooms but unfortunately the majority of the hotel allows smoking. You can find ash trays everywhere around the hotel, even in the rooms. Beautiful place, beautiful staff and an excellent service

Location was very convenient for my work. Very clean, spacious and well maintained. Excellent bed with different pillow options. The room had everything you need and it was possible to switch the air-con off. Everything was clean and well maintained.

It was my 2nd time I stayed at this wonderful hotel! Although its old, it has been renovated! It is an amazing family-run business! The room was very clean! We could drink coffee for free 24/7! When I told them I am lactose tolerant they brought me lactose free milk!! I really appreciated it.. Everyone is really kind and hospitable! I will definitely go again!

Great experience! Stayed there for 3 nights, hotel staffs were so kind, welcomed us with open arms and helped logistically while were searching for an aprtment to rent. Amazing family-run business! Everyone is super kind and hospitable! The room was super clean! We were given incredible local recommendations! Also I wanted to try a good Baklava place and ask for suggestions! When we checked out, they remembered we liked baklava and we were offered some to try, incredible hosts!!! PS: we couldn’t try breakfast due to dietary restrictions but apparently it’s worth it...

It's a very nice hotel, very good looking , the staff is very friendly and cooperative .. the food is good , the room is a little pit small but fully equipped and clean.. I love the bathroom it's very clean and has everything you need The only uncomfortable thing is the price , it's really expensive and doesn't work with long staying

Stayed here Feb 2023 and June 2023. I have stayed here on two occasions and have not been disappointed. It is in an excellent location and I have found the rooms to be spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast items are a little limited but this was not a big issue.

I went two days with my niece to the Cleopatra Hotel swimming pool and I loved it. Many thanks to the amazing workers and the pool bar!! The girl working there is very kind and together with her colleague they made our days amazing! Also the lifeguards are cool guys. For sure we will come back because of these lovely people 🙂

Arrived to the hotel but there was lack of parking because it is very small and we had parked in a big parking place (chargeable of course) very close by. We've asked for late check out and to pay it because we would run for the marathon and we didn't know what time will finish and we'd like to have a shower before the check out. But the receptionist denied it and then asked for extra one day in order...

Good value for money. Very well located, in city center, few minutes walk to all spots if interest. The room is comfortable, breakfast rich. Personnel very caring accepted to change our room according to our taste of no smokers . Only thing is the double bed which is small for two, good luck we are both skinny

It's 0130am here. We got stuck at the boarder becuase the car company didn't give us insurance to cross to the Turkish side. I give the hotel a call and the chap helped us put no end. He took us all in 3 adults + 1 toddler... last room with 2 singer beds. Life saver 👍

Not good if you are used to a international 5 star hotel and much worse than a lot of the 5 star hotels in limmasol. It's a 3.5stat or 4 star on international standards. Have had an excellent working relationship with the hotel during the time it was the Nicosia Hilton and continue to do so under the new ownership. 21 years we were the main attraction in the lobby bar area providing our fun casino night. Also providing entertainment for many of the top companies on the island.

This is a beautiful property with tremendous staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool is awesome and the food is also excellent. There is also a great gym in the lower level.

I’ll make this short and to the point. Excellent location. Lovely lobby. Average-good customer service. However, the rooms are EXTREMELY OUTDATED, OLD and need to be renovated completely starting yesterday!

A little tired hotel

Starting from the reception at the reception, room cleaning, restaurant and spa are simply magnificent. All employees are friendly and helpful, they work with a focus on customer satisfaction. The breakfast menu is rich. Evening meals are delicious and the presentation is great. We would like to thank the Grand Pasha team for their services beyond our expectations.

Best place to stay in the heart of city

I didn't stay for a night here but I came many times for business​ meetings or seminars. I enjoy every time there.

This is an nice hotel, it is true that it is a bit outdated but if you need the bare essentials you will be ok. Plus it seems to be in a very good location in terms of getting to many places. The beds were comfortable, the tv is very tiny like smaller than most computer monitors. My only true complaint is that when you turn the AC on you can't put it on automatic or adjust the temperature, it continues...

The reception and lounge are fine, although outdated. Rooms are plain, functional and clean. Breakfast is basic but with something for everyone. One should remember to bring AC outlet adapter, since the outlets in the room are UK style. Reception team holds some adapters, but don't count on it.
