The hotel decor is a little dated but everything is very clean and doesn’t look worn or “tired”. Housekeeping came every day to change towels, bins and top up toiletries

I stayed in this hotel on bussines trip. Everything was well organised. It is a 3 star hotel, compared to others it is like 4. Specially the staff is great, every single employee will help you in any moment.

I was thoroughly impressed by both the service and facilities, making this hotel a standout choice for anyone visiting Cyprus. Final Thoughts: Overall, my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations

Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it and will certainly be returning on my next trip to Cyprus

There is also parking but might be easy to miss for some so ask for directions. The room service from the restaurant was also very good and the portions generous

The highlight of my stay were the staff who were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming! They made a very stressed out girl a little bit less stressed

For example, you're always greeted by Nurcan with a warm smile in the morning and afternoon whenever you eat, and Yunus is a great help. The Roof bar and lounge is a fun place to hang out and the pool is pleasant too

However, the water in the pool sometimes smells so fixing that would be a good step. Also, some of the staff mainly the reception area are not speaking good English which is a necessity for a 5 star hotel

Also, Setting up two showers clearly by the pool would be a great idea for swimmers to use them before jumping into the pool. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone's preference

The location is good and cleanness is shown all the time. The restaurants by the pool have great services with a good selection of nourishment

Despite everything, if the hotel's policy doesnt allow any outside food and refreshments then I suggest, to the hotel, to lay out a vending machine somewhere that provides such refreshments and snacks like crisps and chocolates

Just went to the roof top bar and casino and I absolutely enjoyed it. Great night out, they hold events at the roof top bar on the weekends and the night is Live!! The casino is very lush and service is pretty good

Great place for a Spa day, the massage was very good. Bar by the swimming pool and the food was great. Definitely go again!!!

Location was very convenient for my work. Very clean, spacious and well maintained. Excellent bed with different pillow options. The room had everything you need and it was possible to switch the air-con off

We've been to Merit Lefkosa Hotel a few times. Each time we asked for a non-smoking room and got a room with smoke smell. They were able to change our rooms but unfortunately the majority of the hotel allows smoking

You can find ash trays everywhere around the hotel, even in the rooms. This seems to be the case for most of the casino hotels in Northern Cyprus

It was my 2nd time I stayed at this wonderful hotel! Although its old, it has been renovated! It is an amazing family-run business! The room was very clean! We could drink coffee for free 24/7! When I told them I am lactose tolerant they brought me lactose free milk!! I really appreciated it

Amazing family-run business! Everyone is super kind and hospitable! The room was super clean! We were given incredible local recommendations! Also I wanted to try a good Baklava place and ask for suggestions! When we checked out, they remembered we liked baklava and we were offered some to try, incredible hosts!!! PS: we couldn’t try breakfast due to dietary restrictions but apparently it’s worth it...

Great experience! Stayed there for 3 nights, hotel staffs were so kind, welcomed us with open arms and helped logistically while were searching for an aprtment to rent. The room was sunlit, big and clean

Also,the extras like,a small cab taking you wherever you want,you open the fridge whenever you want and take whatever you want,free breakfast and gym. No wonder why this hotel is the best in Cyprus

Stayed here Feb 2023 and June 2023. I have stayed here on two occasions and have not been disappointed. It is in an excellent location and I have found the rooms to be spacious, clean and comfortable

It's very tired and badly managed but some of the staff are very good. The gym and indoor pool have only one shower to share and a tiny changing room

This is a beautiful property with tremendous staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool is awesome and the food is also excellent. There is also a great gym in the lower level.

Best place to stay in the heart of city

Spent a day here to cool down in their pool in August with the family. EUR 30 pp for the day pass to use the facilities, which were in good condition and looked relatively new (kids go free)

Ver nice designed room, nice ambience at hotel. But room cleaning service is weak, they are not renewing vanity kit, shampoo or towels.

Nice executive lounge which served tasty snacks. Pool area is nice with plenty of loungers. Slightly out of the town so need a car but does have some nice cafes and restaurants nearby

Stayed there for a hematology conference... wonderful experience, great breakfast!! And the barista makes very good coffee...! Enjoy it by the pool... lovely 😊

It has modern rooms, is cleaned to a high standard and is very good value. The room has everything you could need with a fridge and kettle and complimentary slippers and new towels daily if needed

You can get free of charge towels from the bar to use at the pool. Food was similar each day but alot to choose from and great service from the staff

A small balcony with 2 chairs and a table, we didn't have time to use. The rooftop has a swimming pool with sun loungers and a bar with great views across the city and to the hills

I was here as a group leader of a hiking group from Switzerland in March 2022. The biggest positive surprise for us was the quality of the service in the bar and in the restaurant and the very fare pricing of drinks

One thing you should know: the centre is 20 minutes away by foot, which you can also arrive with local busses (called Dolmuş). However, totally recommendable, you will not be disappointed

Incredible value for the money at this budget, old style hotel. Definitely not fancy in any way - on the contrary! - but the friendly staff, quiet good location and the clean room was that mattered for us

Guess we got a special deal but we paid less than EUR 60 for a double room - and a very decent breakfast was included! There was even an espresso (capsule) machine at the buffet which was great :) Note that some of the one star reviews for this hotel are not reviews at all, just the one star rating which really doesn't say anything at all

This is an excellent budget hotel! Well located, while not far from the center of Nicosia. It is clean, simple, but beautiful. The staff is super kind and the breakfast is very very good, complete, with many options

The Rimi Hotel is in a great central Nicosia location, only minutes from Ledras shopping and eating, bus station, border crossing and every amenity

The spacious indoor restaurant was redundant as the weather was delightful. All in all Rimi is a very central comfortable reasonably priced hotel

The place is not bad but it looks like motel inside! They dont have aircondition and the bathroom is outside the room! I would give it a three star! And the price is high according to the place standards hpwever is good for somebody that just need to rest for the night!

Expensive for the worth, we use to be disappointed with the room because of the aircon wasn’t work at all, after couple ways to the front desk we moved next door. The gym is empty to weights and breakfast not to bad

The hotel is nicely located in the old town Nicosia and you can easily walk to several hotspots. The facilities include a very well equipped gym (much better than other hotels), a pool and bar which stays open late

The bed matress was very uncomfortable, the mini bar fridge was empty and smells very bad, the air vents didn't worked and the tv is very small (20inch) with only 5 channels

The hotel is right in the city centre. Pool is clean and nice, and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are good and clean, but the balconies are tiny. Another disadvantage I encountered is the tiny shower cabin

It is a bit pricey but this is your best option in northern Nicosia if you wish to avoid the big casino hotels. It is a very small and clean hotel with a home vibe and nice decoration
