Beautiful Lobby and Bar, huge gym, nice spacious pool, Spa could be improved a bit (sauna is only available in the locker rooms, only 3 bed chairs in the Spa to relax - difficult to get fresh air after the sauna)

Great, luxury and relaxing hotel. Room was comfortable and very clean with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Gym and interior pool good too. Bar and restaurant areas were good with pleasant and welcoming staff

It's very tired and badly managed but some of the staff are very good. The gym and indoor pool have only one shower to share and a tiny changing room

This is a beautiful property with tremendous staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool is awesome and the food is also excellent. There is also a great gym in the lower level.

Starting from the reception at the reception, room cleaning, restaurant and spa are simply magnificent. All employees are friendly and helpful, they work with a focus on customer satisfaction

It has modern rooms, is cleaned to a high standard and is very good value. The room has everything you could need with a fridge and kettle and complimentary slippers and new towels daily if needed

You can get free of charge towels from the bar to use at the pool. Food was similar each day but alot to choose from and great service from the staff

A small balcony with 2 chairs and a table, we didn't have time to use. The rooftop has a swimming pool with sun loungers and a bar with great views across the city and to the hills

I was here as a group leader of a hiking group from Switzerland in March 2022. The biggest positive surprise for us was the quality of the service in the bar and in the restaurant and the very fare pricing of drinks

One thing you should know: the centre is 20 minutes away by foot, which you can also arrive with local busses (called Dolmuş). However, totally recommendable, you will not be disappointed

We've been to Merit Lefkosa Hotel a few times. Each time we asked for a non-smoking room and got a room with smoke smell. They were able to change our rooms but unfortunately the majority of the hotel allows smoking

You can find ash trays everywhere around the hotel, even in the rooms. This seems to be the case for most of the casino hotels in Northern Cyprus

We were very happy with the breakfast and were looking forward to it each day. The hotel spa is also nice to spend some time in

If i have one word to describe it I would say: Great! Big rooms that are really clean and beatiful, clean shower, very nice personnel and q variety of food for breakfast. Voila.

We only used the conference room on floor B2. Took good care of us with refreshments and snacks. We needed to change the control of the projector and they responded so fast! All kind, willing to assist, smiley

The place was nice and clean but the guy that worked there was a bit rude. Although my experience was pretty nice the pool was pretty good and clean I will definitely come again and hope that the stuff is more helpful.💗

The cleopatra hotel is very central to everything, lovely hotel with pool, staff helpful and friendly, would recommend this hotel

Stayed here Feb 2023 and June 2023. I have stayed here on two occasions and have not been disappointed. It is in an excellent location and I have found the rooms to be spacious, clean and comfortable

I went two days with my niece to the Cleopatra Hotel swimming pool and I loved it

From everyone on reception, to those in the restaurant and the cleaners - they were all super friendly and kind and couldn't do enough to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here

It was my 2nd time I stayed at this wonderful hotel! Although its old, it has been renovated! It is an amazing family-run business! The room was very clean! We could drink coffee for free 24/7! When I told them I am lactose tolerant they brought me lactose free milk!! I really appreciated it

A good hotel for a night in Nicosia, the rooms are good, service is good, i even got a free upgrade to the executive room. They offer free snacks and a selection of drinks to take in the restaurant 24/7

This is an excellent budget hotel! Well located, while not far from the center of Nicosia. It is clean, simple, but beautiful. The staff is super kind and the breakfast is very very good, complete, with many options

Guess we got a special deal but we paid less than EUR 60 for a double room - and a very decent breakfast was included! There was even an espresso (capsule) machine at the buffet which was great :) Note that some of the one star reviews for this hotel are not reviews at all, just the one star rating which really doesn't say anything at all

Incredible value for the money at this budget, old style hotel. Definitely not fancy in any way - on the contrary! - but the friendly staff, quiet good location and the clean room was that mattered for us

The Rimi Hotel is in a great central Nicosia location, only minutes from Ledras shopping and eating, bus station, border crossing and every amenity

The spacious indoor restaurant was redundant as the weather was delightful. All in all Rimi is a very central comfortable reasonably priced hotel

If you want a luxury resort this is the wrong place, but with all basic needs catered for, I wouldn't choose another hotel for the great service

Expensive for the worth, we use to be disappointed with the room because of the aircon wasn’t work at all, after couple ways to the front desk we moved next door. The gym is empty to weights and breakfast not to bad

Recommend it for short stays 1 or 2 nights but not more. You can find nearby hotels with much better rooms for nearly the same price

The hotel is right in the city centre. Pool is clean and nice, and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are good and clean, but the balconies are tiny. Another disadvantage I encountered is the tiny shower cabin

i came for a holiday with my friend and we had so much fun! staff was so smiley and energetic they cared dearly. the foods were so delicious too we couldn't get enough everyone should come and stay here!

It is a bit pricey but this is your best option in northern Nicosia if you wish to avoid the big casino hotels. It is a very small and clean hotel with a home vibe and nice decoration
