It is dirty, unpleasant, and completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The soap dispensers are still hanging off the walls, exactly as they were on previous visits, showing a clear lack of maintenance

Pool area offers a lot of sunbeds and large fluffy towels. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. Free shuttle bus to downtown is offered from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays)

This year, the condition of the swimming pool changing rooms was so bad that it will put me off returning to the Hilton Nicosia in the future

The Hilton Nicosia staff were incredible, we had our flight cancelled and the hotel took us in, they made provisions for us even when arriving at the hotel 12am at night, food was provided and rooms were assigned to all of us swiftly

How did this pass fire safety regulations? The pool is under cover near a relaxing area and also a dining area. It's a lovely big pool but it was freezing cold. A 5 star hotel should be capable of keeping it warm

I took a pair of trousers and shirt for our birthday meal but they needed a quick iron. The hotel does NOT have an iron!!!! I would have to use the laundry service that would cost over £10 to iron my shirt and trousers

Everything was clean and well maintained

The hotel is located very near to the most crowded street of the small town for of nicosia, the room they gave us was part of a suite so it was quite big. the hotel totally is very clean

The front desk team were amazing, Ezgi and Evrim, thank you for all your help during my stay from early check in and a free room upgrade! The leisure facilities was fantastic, and Serap was beyond helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her

It's very tired and badly managed but some of the staff are very good. The gym and indoor pool have only one shower to share and a tiny changing room

This is a beautiful property with tremendous staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool is awesome and the food is also excellent. There is also a great gym in the lower level.

It has modern rooms, is cleaned to a high standard and is very good value. The room has everything you could need with a fridge and kettle and complimentary slippers and new towels daily if needed

You can get free of charge towels from the bar to use at the pool. Food was similar each day but alot to choose from and great service from the staff

A small balcony with 2 chairs and a table, we didn't have time to use. The rooftop has a swimming pool with sun loungers and a bar with great views across the city and to the hills

I was here as a group leader of a hiking group from Switzerland in March 2022. The biggest positive surprise for us was the quality of the service in the bar and in the restaurant and the very fare pricing of drinks

One thing you should know: the centre is 20 minutes away by foot, which you can also arrive with local busses (called Dolmuş). However, totally recommendable, you will not be disappointed

Location is perfect and central for access all the key places in Nicosia. The market, the border between north and south, coach access to go anywhere are all within walking distance

Located in the center of the city. The design is strange, huge, non functional furniture and strange installation of mirror and hairdryer. The breakfast is good and offers choices but it is the same every day

It’s hard to enjoy the pool in such extreme heat, and the hours don’t work well for business travelers. Overall, a decent 4-star stay, but there’s room for improvement

One major issue was the pool hours: it’s only open from 10:00 to 18:00, right during the peak heat (43°C when we visited in July)

Avoid it over the weekend as as it busy with kids playing with balls. During the weekdays it is much better. The food is very well presented but in terms of taste, it needs to improve

The hotel decor is a little dated but everything is very clean and doesn’t look worn or “tired”. Housekeeping came every day to change towels, bins and top up toiletries

I stayed in this hotel on bussines trip. Everything was well organised. It is a 3 star hotel, compared to others it is like 4. Specially the staff is great, every single employee will help you in any moment.

There is also parking but might be easy to miss for some so ask for directions. The room service from the restaurant was also very good and the portions generous

The place is not bad but it looks like motel inside! They dont have aircondition and the bathroom is outside the room! I would give it a three star! And the price is high according to the place standards hpwever is good for somebody that just need to rest for the night!

However, the water in the pool sometimes smells so fixing that would be a good step. Also, some of the staff mainly the reception area are not speaking good English which is a necessity for a 5 star hotel

Also, Setting up two showers clearly by the pool would be a great idea for swimmers to use them before jumping into the pool. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone's preference

The location is good and cleanness is shown all the time. The restaurants by the pool have great services with a good selection of nourishment

Despite everything, if the hotel's policy doesnt allow any outside food and refreshments then I suggest, to the hotel, to lay out a vending machine somewhere that provides such refreshments and snacks like crisps and chocolates

I also suggest booking directly through Agoda; I booked through Ctrip, and they also booked through Agoda, so the price was better

For example, you're always greeted by Nurcan with a warm smile in the morning and afternoon whenever you eat, and Yunus is a great help. The Roof bar and lounge is a fun place to hang out and the pool is pleasant too

Guess we got a special deal but we paid less than EUR 60 for a double room - and a very decent breakfast was included! There was even an espresso (capsule) machine at the buffet which was great :) Note that some of the one star reviews for this hotel are not reviews at all, just the one star rating which really doesn't say anything at all

This is an excellent budget hotel! Well located, while not far from the center of Nicosia. It is clean, simple, but beautiful. The staff is super kind and the breakfast is very very good, complete, with many options

It's indeed very close to the airport, just 10 kilometers away, similar to a 7-day weekend in China. Because I arrived in the middle of the night, a taxi from the airport to the hotel cost me nearly 200 yuan

Whilst a tad on the small side, it was very well presented, clean bed and bathroom with towels, slippers and other amenities all at hand

He made sure our short stay was good and was even happy to sort out a transfer to the airport and keep the car at the hotel whilst we were away … I’d take him up on his offer as parking a car at Ercan airport is now TL650 per day !!!! We had dinner in the dining lounge next to reception which was fab. This is a real plus as theres very little options of where to eat in the evening. The owner is a super friendly guy called Mevlut Ozdiken

We picked this hotel due to its close proximity to Ercan airport as we were flying out early morning and didn’t fancy making the long journey up from Paphos in the middle of the night

The Rimi Hotel is in a great central Nicosia location, only minutes from Ledras shopping and eating, bus station, border crossing and every amenity
