5 star hotels in Nicosia

I just been roof top restorant, The hotel is very new and very clean. The staff are very uneducate! It is very clear that there is insufficient staff. For example they can easly train their staf how to serve and behuve, their staff can not speaking good enough english which is a necessity anyehere in turisim sector specially for 5 star hotel. The location is good and easy to access hotel.

The hotel is almost brand new and very good. The staff are wonderful all the way from the reception to the restaurants and to the facilities. Among those are Nurcan and Yunus Emre. For example, you're always greeted by Nurcan with a warm smile in the morning and afternoon whenever you eat, and Yunus is a great help. The Roof bar and lounge is a fun place to hang out and the pool is pleasant too. However...

Hotel is located very nicely. Facilities are clean, however the water has a horrible smell (sink/shower). The casino is terrible though, dead atmosphere and stupid rules. I don't see why anyone would like to play here when all other casinos are much better and more player friendly.

Just went to the roof top bar and casino and I absolutely enjoyed it. Great night out, they hold events at the roof top bar on the weekends and the night is Live!! The casino is very lush and service is pretty good. Totally reccomend it..

Not good if you are used to a international 5 star hotel and much worse than a lot of the 5 star hotels in limmasol. It's a 3.5stat or 4 star on international standards. It's very tired and badly managed but some of the staff are very good. The gym and indoor pool have only one shower to share and a tiny changing room. Have had an excellent working relationship with the hotel during the time it was the Nicosia Hilton and continue to do so under the new ownership. 21 years we were the main attraction in the lobby bar area providing our fun casino night. Also providing entertainment for many of the top companies on the island.

This is a beautiful property with tremendous staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool is awesome and the food is also excellent. There is also a great gym in the lower level.

I’ll make this short and to the point. Excellent location. Lovely lobby. Average-good customer service. However, the rooms are EXTREMELY OUTDATED, OLD and need to be renovated completely starting yesterday!

Superb facilities, terrific food, wonderful staff. Five star all round and would go back anytime.

A little tired hotel

Starting from the reception at the reception, room cleaning, restaurant and spa are simply magnificent. All employees are friendly and helpful, they work with a focus on customer satisfaction. The breakfast menu is rich. Evening meals are delicious and the presentation is great. We would like to thank the Grand Pasha team for their services beyond our expectations.

Best place to stay in the heart of city

A really lovely Hilton, nice rooms, the staff were friendly, especially the lady in the executive lounge. One of the best Hilton breakfasts I have seen with a huge range of options including local food. Nice executive lounge which served tasty snacks. Pool area is nice with plenty of loungers. Slightly out of the town so need a car but does have some nice cafes and restaurants nearby

I am very pleased with our week-long stay in this hotel, the rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is at a high level. The food in the restaurant is extremely tasty, as well as the signature drink. This hotel was booked for me for my business trip. Reception is very nice, explained everything . The rooms were very nice and all automated, and that is my only objection. You have to familiarize yourself with all those buttons and touch screens. You don't know when something (AC for example) when it switches on or off. Great view, modern rooms, centrally located to explore the old city Especially we loved breakfast, it was really a quality one. To be mentioned: parking for the hotel is the public parking opposite the hotel. They don't charge you if you're a hotel guest.

Fantastic hotel and service! Staff were super friendly and helpful, gave us lots of tips and made arrangements for us. We've been to Merit Lefkosa Hotel a few times. Each time we asked for a non-smoking room and got a room with smoke smell. They were able to change our rooms but unfortunately the majority of the hotel allows smoking. You can find ash trays everywhere around the hotel, even in the rooms. Beautiful place, beautiful staff and an excellent service

Location was very convenient for my work. Very clean, spacious and well maintained. Excellent bed with different pillow options. The room had everything you need and it was possible to switch the air-con off. Everything was clean and well maintained.

It's a very nice hotel, very good looking , the staff is very friendly and cooperative .. the food is good , the room is a little pit small but fully equipped and clean.. I love the bathroom it's very clean and has everything you need The only uncomfortable thing is the price , it's really expensive and doesn't work with long staying

Stayed here Feb 2023 and June 2023. I have stayed here on two occasions and have not been disappointed. It is in an excellent location and I have found the rooms to be spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast items are a little limited but this was not a big issue.

I went two days with my niece to the Cleopatra Hotel swimming pool and I loved it. Many thanks to the amazing workers and the pool bar!! The girl working there is very kind and together with her colleague they made our days amazing! Also the lifeguards are cool guys. For sure we will come back because of these lovely people 🙂

Affordable hotel in the Turkish side. You can catch any bus with 14TL to the city center, the historic area of Nicosia. The service is great and most staffs are friendly. The breakfast could be more selections if possible. There is a exchange shop called chase exchange nearby offer better rate. Overall, will choose again next time.

Really enjoyed this hotel. It has modern rooms, is cleaned to a high standard and is very good value. Even though i wasn't opportuned to lodged their, the building, the reception and everything seen portrays a good hotel and the activities seen within the time spent shows that their service is A class. Its located at the heart of Nicosia in tge north cyprus, a minute walk to the famous bus terminal.
