I'm getting married this September 💍 My fiancee is from France and we want his family to stay at a top quality hotel when they come for our wedding. My friends suggested booking a room at the Hilton in Nicosia. After doing some research I found that Hilton was hosting a Cyprus-Israel joint investment summit around the dates I'll be welcoming my visitors from France. Since military service is compulsory in Israel there's a very high possibility that the people attending have potentially carried out hinious acts of crime on a certain group of people. I do not feel safe or comfortable. And I am questioning the Hilton's work ethics and morals. Hosting a state currently under investigation for genocide and illegal occupation by the International Court of Justice means they have no red lines at all.

Ver nice designed room, nice ambience at hotel. But room cleaning service is weak, they are not renewing vanity kit, shampoo or towels.

First of all we came with group of 23 people and I had so many issues like after they gave me the key they gave another guests the same room number and they entered my room while I was there. They gave me handicap room when I asked to change they told me they are fully occupied I waited to the next day and they told me you’re late now it’s 5 PM and we can’t change. I stayed for 7 nights and the room condition was very bad even though there’s a bad smell from the bathroom and when you take a shower all water comes out.
I like the other facilities like the SPA and swimming pool also the breakfast was delicious.
Reception staff need to be trained well and able to handle complaints.

I am very pleased with our week-long stay in this hotel, the rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is at a high level. The food in the restaurant is extremely tasty, as well as the signature drink.
Breakfast was definitely my favorite part of the day.
Quality products, traditional food (which was marked) and nice staff.
I especially remember Mercedes (breakfast supervisor). Always smiling, helpful, willing to talk, she remembered what coffee we drank every day, she really cared about her guests (I myself felt taken care of).
Overall, the hotel made a good impression on me, I will definitely go back there someday.

A really lovely Hilton, nice rooms, the staff were friendly, especially the lady in the executive lounge. One of the best Hilton breakfasts I have seen with a huge range of options including local food. Nice executive lounge which served tasty snacks. Pool area is nice with plenty of loungers. Slightly out of the town so need a car but does have some nice cafes and restaurants nearby

Stayed there for a hematology conference... wonderful experience, great breakfast!! And the barista makes very good coffee...! Enjoy it by the pool... lovely 😊

Beautiful Lobby and Bar, huge gym, nice spacious pool, Spa could be improved a bit (sauna is only available in the locker rooms, only 3 bed chairs in the Spa to relax - difficult to get fresh air after the sauna)

Decent hotel with very clean rooms. Fitness and Spa are good, however limited opening hours which is a big let down. Executive lounge is unattended during daytime and closes 8pm. No ideal for business members of HiltonHonours ariving late.
