Poor hotel and I don’t understand how this hotel is a 4 star, starting with room
Bed hard could feel the springs on my body and it was really squeaky.
If you are coming as a couple bring your own toiletries and towels as only one set is provided and our room was pretty dark.
This is not a disabled friendly hotel as in the room where we stayed there was gap/step to both bathroom and balcony.
Carpet in the corridors are well past date/use not easy to roll your suitcases.
Breakfast and lunch without much choices...breakfast hard bread, cheese or ham (one choice),cereals or whatever you call the rest.
Lunch not better unless you love salad and rice.
As for desert watermelon, coffee cake and one other thing.
Staff kept at the corner waiting for you to leave not even bothering taking your plate away.
There was also a foul smell from reception toilets which was not very pleasant considering we were having 35 degrees Celsius.
Gym is well but most of the treadmills are out of date some broken, showers very dirty everywhere hair and dust
Overall will not recommend this hotel to no one as it has been the worse place I have ever stayed. For sure NOT a 4 star hotel

A lovely hotel in the center of Nicosia. It has very spacious rooms and cleaning happens everyday.
It has lovely lunch and breakfast buffets.

The place was nice and clean but the guy that worked there was a bit rude. Although my experience was pretty nice the pool was pretty good and clean I will definitely come again and hope that the stuff is more helpful.💗

Hotel is fine. Basic rooms (hardly four star) in a good location near the old town.

What irked me slightly was the feeling of being an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. I went to check out on the final morning of my stay to be informed my the otherwise monosyllabic gentleman at the counter that I ‘owed him nothing’. This seemed hard to fault as a statement of fact, but it might have been nice had he enquired as to my well being, or indeed whether I’d enjoyed a pleasant stay.

I asked whether I could leave my luggage, whereupon he opened the door to his office and stood by it, watching me struggle to move three bags and a child car seat.

The same thing happened a few hours later on my return. I asked to retrieve my luggage, and a different receptionist (who appeared otherwise unoccupied) nodded towards the door.

‘Don’t worry,’ I said, bent double under my luggage, ‘I don’t need any help’. But the irony seemed lost.

Thankfully I’ve had a better experience of Cypriot hospitality at the other establishments I’ve stayed at since.

Mediocer breakfast
Run down
Staff is clueless
Gym has strange safety rules while the interior is falling apart
Pool is closed
All in all, not a good hotel

I went two days with my niece to the Cleopatra Hotel swimming pool and I loved it. Many thanks to the amazing workers and the pool bar!! The girl working there is very kind and together with her colleague they made our days amazing! Also the lifeguards are cool guys. For sure we will come back because of these lovely people 🙂

It's a very nice hotel, very good looking , the staff is very friendly and cooperative .. the food is good , the room is a little pit small but fully equipped and clean.. I love the bathroom it's very clean and has everything you need
The only uncomfortable thing is the price , it's really expensive and doesn't work with long staying

2 dozen kids screaming at the pool splashing a ball around. If you’re into that then this is a great place. Considering that the pool area is the only amenity for the guests it is unfathomable for the hotel to have such lax pool rules. Not a relaxing environment. I don’t recommend.

Stayed here Feb 2023 and June 2023. I have stayed here on two occasions and have not been disappointed. It is in an excellent location and I have found the rooms to be spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast items are a little limited but this was not a big issue.

Bring your towels, iron, curtains, ants spray, ear plugs.
Expect not hot water to shower.
You are entering a construction site where you will be awaken at 7 am with drills and hammers. Bring specialized earplugs.
If you are facing the main road, expect no sleep during the night because windows allow all the noise to come in the room. Hotel has saved some bucks in putting very low quality windows.
If by chance hotel didn't put towels in your room, staff will say that hotel is fully booked so tomorrow you can collect towels.
If you show them at online there are plenty of rooms available they will tell you very aggressively to go to reception to collect the towels. They force you to go to reception like a refugee begging to have a towel. If they make fun of you do not take personally because they did to several people.
No hot water at all during 3 nights I stayed in the hotel.
Book a daily gym in another hotel so you can shower properly.
Be prepared to ants attack. Bring a spray.
This building which they call hotel has one iron for all the rooms, so if you want to iron clothes it is better you wake up at 4 am and start queuing in front of the iron room.
If you arrive to the reception and you start melting it is normal, because the hotel turns off the air-conditioning on purpose in the communal areas so people go to the bar to buy drinks.
Once you enter the bar with air-conditioning the staff comes immediately saying that if you do not buy drinks you need to leave to the heat.
This building keeps loud music in the pool area until midnight so they sell more drinks despite many guests want to sleep, but they do not care.
Please check if your room has the door finished of the bathroom, because in my case the door was not complete and you can hurt yourself in wooden parts of not finished door.
If you ever think to go to eat breakfast in the hotel, please visit the kitchen before, so you can take an informed decision.
Bring your curtains, since many rooms have curtains with lots of holes, which allow the light to go through.
When you leave your "rooms" please do not touch any unprotected electrical wire since you can die of electrocution.
Do not try to ask for a refund from the management because they thing you are fool by asking that.
They laugh at you because you were so fool to book this "hotel".
Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!
Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
