Paradise Cove Luxurious Beach Villas

I had an amazing stay at Princessa Vera Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed but professional, and everything felt clean, fresh, and thoughtfully designed.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony and all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated how well-kept everything was — you can tell they care about maintenance and cleanliness here.

Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, tasty, and with a great variety every morning. The pool area is also a great spot to unwind, with plenty of loungers and a really chill vibe.

The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach, the promenade, and a ton of great cafes and restaurants. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this hotel puts you right in the middle of it all.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. I’d definitely come back!

We have just returned from Paradise Cove where we rented 2 villas for 14 nights. It was a fabulous experience. The locations is so convenient. Antonis is brilliant. Nothing is to much trouble and if you need anything he is there in a matter of minutes. The whole family had a truly brilliant time. It suits everyone who ranged from little ones to the Grandparents and all ages in between. Thank you making our stay so special. We really hope to return next year.

Hotel is nice and centrally located. There is luxury apartments being built next door so there is a little construction noise and traffic to site but not all that bad. Rooms are clean and well presented and rear block has Fantastic sea views with front block lottery of either a pool view or main road views. Good service for restaurant meals and good food. Nice bar area street facing view. All in all a pleasant stay so far.

We loved our stay here. The rooms were spotless, as were the outside areas. It's location is excellent. Just 5 minute walk to the Kings Mall, 20-30 minutes walk to the harbour. The Bus station is just up the road. The service was excellent, wonderful staff. We had a problem with the bed configuration in my son's apartment, but it was quickly resolved. The breakfast is lovely. Plenty of choice.

Just returned from a 10 night stay with my mum (84) the apartments and communal areas were spotless clean. Henley's Bar was lovely.
However, the pictures of rooms on website are a bit disceptive! as our 2 bed studio whilst having great facilities you could not open wardrobe doors and walk past bed at the same time so learn to walk like a crab!
The local beach is ok but very tired and sun beds need some serious attention, torn, screws missing and generally not great. Lighthouse Beach bar makes up for it though...good service and great food and drinks. Local area not great as mum not a good walker so limited restaurant selection. Kings Mall offers everything you need and more but is a bit of a walk away...again for an 84yr old. Local bus services are fabulous and run regularly.
Overall we had a great time.
Just clarify details of your transfer to airport port for return....seems not even tour operator sure of that info!!

Second time staying here, which says it all really. Lovely villa in a great location. We have again been well looked after.

We have just returned to a wet, cold, misty UK, and what a shock it has been as we experienced 2 weeks at Paradise Cove, in Villa Marine, this was our 4th stay, we are so smitten by the owners, the area, and most importantly the villas! Each villa is impressive for size, aesthetics and facilities, there is nothing you need, everything is catered for. Lovely big bedroom with chest of drawers, built in wardrobes, and bedside cabinets, with an en-suite so tastefully decorated with beautiful marble walls and floors, and the power from the shower is just great! Beautiful equipped kitchen, washing machine, with lots of storage. The living room has sumptuous sofas, tv, and you can access your Netflix Amazon prime etc. there are 3 loungers and a beautiful pool which is serviced every 3 days, there is a beautiful bbq area coupled with an outside sink, Antonis the owner is an exceptional human being, him and his family are always on hand to help with any concerns, however, you’ll never need them as every need is covered, it truly is a home away from home, we have booked for 3 weeks next year, and we tried to book Indigo for 2026, but it had already been booked, now that tells you what a popular place, location and hosts paradise cove is. Special thanks to Monica and Erika for their efficient cleaning every 3 days, these two are trojans, working efficiently in such heat too. Thank you Antonis, can’t wait to be back next year, if God spares us of course. Barb & Steve 😊

Just checked out of Paradise Cove - periwinkle. Exceeded expectations. What a beautiful villa. Definitely go back next year.

We were messaged a code for the lock box at the villa so entry was very easy . The villa is very well equipped and well maintained. The coastal path walk into Paphos took around 30 minutes by contrast if you go in the main road it took 20 minutes . Shopping at Kings Avenue Mall is a 5 minute walk and a nice respite from the heat . The supermarket in the mall is a great place to stock up on essentials. There are a few restaurants nearby if the walk to Paphos is a bit far . Our favourite was The Farmhouse . Our favourite in Paphos was Argo , both serve very good traditional food and were very reasonably priced .
We loved our time at Paradise Cove Villas and cannot wait to return at some point in the future.
