The hotel is in lovely location near the sea side, lovely views from the terrace, two outdoors swimming pools, separately apartments, bit stinky in the bathroom because of the drainage system, otherwise good standard. Most of the apartments located to have balcony with the sea view. Nice and helpful staff, delicious food, we had bed and breakfast- lots of choices food wise.
Few meters from the hotel, on the coast side you can find the coast path- mostly built, leading to the Pafos archaeological site- perfect for the bicycle trip- nearly 10 km long-maybe longer. Highly recommend 👌

Great value for money stay, rooms average size but very comfortable beds. Service is first class and the buffet breakfast and dinner are brilliant, lovely and fresh with lots of choices. Only slight negative is you really require a rental car which are very reasonable if booked from UK before travelling as the hotel is about 7 minutes drive back to central Paphos.The views from the hotel are beautiful and I am delighted with our choice to stay at the Theo Sunset Bay Hotel.

The indoor pool is full of pee and completely stinks !
There's mold on the ceiling!
Wallpaper and tiles falling off around the whole room!
The loungers had rips and marks all over them!

Sauna and Steam Room shut! No idea why but they were completely locked! Even though was told by two staff members it's open!!

the noise from our balcony was unbelievablely loud (I have a video to try and show this!) after trying the pool we came straight back to the hotel room to wash as the pool was disgusting!

The cleaning service for our room left dirt everywhere, toilet paper in the sink, not taking out cups! It was not good!

The noise we can hear from our room was unbelievable. Anyone walking past our room, slamming doors, TV next doors, noise from outside! It was insane and I'm surprised we even slept a little bit!

Little to no option for food! Chicken nuggets is basically ALL I HAD!! THE ENTIRE TIME!!!
glasses plates cups cutlery all nasty, lip mark stains, food dirt and loads more!

Bar tenders completely forgetting to make our drinks too, we asked for two drinks and after waiting 20-30 mins we went back over and they said they forgot!!!!
One bar tender was even smoking while serving!!! I'm asthmatic

On the day of check out, our hotel room card stopped working. Then a cleaner came into our room looked at us and said "go" never have I been treated like this in my life

We was actually looking forward to the flight home to get out of this place. This was the complete opposite to the holiday we needed and PAYED FOR!!!

Stay away from this hotel!! Go literally anywhere else

Just arrived home last night from a fabulous week at this hotel. I was traveling with my cousin and her husband to celebrate his birthday and their wedding anniversary, the staff were amazing and made us all feel special. I can definitely recommend this hotel, the food and drink was lovely and menu was vast (something for every taste), we plan to go back.
Well done to all the staff (especially Zoe, Joe, Atina and Elena) for a great week.

The hotel offers a magnificent view of Coral Beach Bay, and not far from Coral Bay with restaurants, taverns and bars, there is also a large supermarket. The center of Paphos and the port are 15 minutes by taxi. Tel: +35799481005

A wonderful hotel. Two swimming pools, bungalows with sea views, good food and friendly staff. They allow you to check in early if the transfer arrives before 14:00. After check-out, they also allow you to stay until the transfer. You can take a pool towel and lie around by one of the pools. We had breakfast and dinner. Everything was delicious. Each day has a separate themed menu. And it's not for nothing that the hotel is called that - the view of the sunsets here is gorgeous. There is a small bay nearby where you can swim. There are no sun loungers there, but there are not many people. Have a great holiday!

I really liked everything)) There is a Russian-speaking administrator at the reception, the girl explained everything perfectly. In the room, as a greeting, they left us a bottle of champagne, fruit, water. Our room was the simplest, but very good (everything was like in the picture). We lived on the 3rd floor and we had a view of the sea. The pool is very clean, towels for the sun loungers were given out for free. There is a mini-market at the hotel, the prices there are the same as in the city. Water 0.5 l costs 0.5 euros, a magnet 1.5 euros. All inclusive was at the highest level, we recommend taking it, because you can eat all day)) We were constantly late for lunch, but from 15:00 to 18:00 you can order pizza or a burger or a salad. The cuisine in Cyprus seemed much better to us than in Egypt and Turkey. You can get to the hotel by bus 615 from the main bus stop (first from the airport to 612, then you need to change). Also 7 minutes by bus and you will get to the best beach in Paphos Coral Bay. The hotel is of course near the sea, but there is a rocky coast. The bus ride costs 1.5 euros. From the hotel you can see a beautiful sunrise and sunset. We recommend the hotel!!!

We've had a really lovely stay this week. I will definitely book to come back.
Rooms are cleaned every day. The communal areas are always clean and tidy.
The restaurant hot food is not always hot, but there's plenty of options to choose from. You wouldn't go hungry if you're a fussy eater.
A good selection of food at breakfast, lunch and the evening meal.
Thank you Theo Sunset Bay Hotel, it's a been a fantastic week.

Very nice holiday village with breathtaking views from rooms and from the bar and pool area.
Breakfast has great variety, so everyone should find something to eat
If you don't want to go anywhere else to eat, the bar offers also great food, big portions and very reasonable pricing.
Rooms could do with a bit of regular maintenance - just some of the items in the room had a squeak, rattled a bit too much etc. Nothing major, just small things. But this should not put you off staying in this hotel.
Sea is also easily accessible. Beach portion is a bit too rocky but the water area is nice and sandy. This is not owned or maintained by the hotel, just if you are interested in swimming in the sea, this hotel is a great joice.
