Very nice holiday village with breathtaking views from rooms and from the bar and pool area.
Breakfast has great variety, so everyone should find something to eat
If you don't want to go anywhere else to eat, the bar offers also great food, big portions and very reasonable pricing.
Rooms could do with a bit of regular maintenance - just some of the items in the room had a squeak, rattled a bit too much etc. Nothing major, just small things. But this should not put you off staying in this hotel.
Sea is also easily accessible. Beach portion is a bit too rocky but the water area is nice and sandy. This is not owned or maintained by the hotel, just if you are interested in swimming in the sea, this hotel is a great joice.

Can't wait to go back. Friendly helpful staff, lots of food choices and 3 pools. Couldn't find anyone when we wanted to use the spa, it was open, but no one was on the desk. Fantastic views and entertainment every night bar Sunday. Lots of stray cats around but they didn't bother us at all.

The hotel doesn't tell you too much from the outside, but it's nice on the inside, rooms are clean and spacious (the wardrobe can be upgraded, but cleaning was made every day) . The food is really good and tasty and there is plenty of choice for everybody taste. The pool area is clean and has plenty of available sun loungers throughout the day. The location was great for us and close to the beach .Buses are great run every 15 min no problem getting around.All staff very helpful and polite would definitely recommend.

From the photos, the hotel looks good but I personally wouldn’t stay here unless you’re paying a cheap price. We were all inclusive but the drinks are very limited and not great. Even the soft drinks. The food is a hit and miss. It fills the hole in your stomach but nothing amazing. As a “four star” hotel, absolutely not. I would give this 3 stars at the most. And I’m comparing this to other Greek/ European hotels. Not UK standard hotels as a premier Inn would looks luxury compare to the rooms here. The staff are friendly. Bar and pool area is not bad too. They have an adult only pool as well as the main pool.

The hotel doesn't look fancy from the outside, but it's very nice on the inside rooms are clean and spacious, and serviced every day the food is really good, and there is plenty of choice and very tasty pool area is clean looked after towels available for pool and beach a separate adults only pool plenty of available sun loungers throughout the day. The location was great for us away from the main. Close to the beach .Buses are great run every 20 min no problem getting around.overall I think the the sunset bay is a great hotel all staff very helpful and polite would definitely recommend on my experience not sure in school holidays how busy it gets but we had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were excellent the grounds were well kept and the food was great. The location was perfect for coral bay and the harbour the bus runs right outside the hotel every 10-15 mins each way. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future

Just come back from a 2 week stay here. Hotel was clean, rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels daily. Staff were very friendly and Vasile in the bar was outstanding, very friendly and always made sure our glasses were full. There was just one main fault with this hotel and that was the pool staff. I went to adult only pool to relax as it states no children, no ball games, no inflatables and no drinks in the pool. However to my dismay this was not the case. The female lifeguard could see that all of these rules were being broken however chose to ignore it and spend her day on her phone and collecting glasses. I was therefore not able to relax as I had planned to due to several times the ball smacking me whilst I’m trying to relax on my sun lounger. I was unable to swim in the pool due to inflatables and ball games going on in such a small pool. My partner and myself have also come home with ear infections due to tissues being in the pool. A word of advice to management you have a great hotel and lovely staff but please change your pool attendant

Had a lovely stay and we really enjoyed ourselves. Everyone was very helpful and louca behind the bar was exceptional with his hospitality, as was krasimira.
The hotel itself was in beautiful grounds and good location to old town by bus.
The entertainment at night was really good.
The negatives.
In terms of the rooms. They were very clean but could do with some minor improvements like an iron in the room such as small hangers behind the bathroom door. Blankets for the room as the first day we froze with just sheets.
A fresh bottle of water everyday and not just one for the entire stay.
The gym was tiny cramped with a few machines very close together, and hot with no ac.
Steam was non functional.
Overall we still had a great time.

I wasn't sure about this hotel when we arrived as we don't do busy.... How wrong I was ... This hotel has friendly staff, amazing views, and an adults only pool so if you don't have children with you, you get to relax. Food in the bar was great. There is an on-site shop, beach is a very short walk and there is the most amazing restaurant a 2 minute walk away. I will definitely be back. The only minus was the shower door leaking but a towel on the floor sorted that problem.

Been here for a week over Easter. Hotel wasn't crowded and therefore very enjoyable. I stayed in a spaceous, bright, double room on the ground floor, near the lower swimming pool. The room had private bathroom without windows.
It was very quite in the room, even when sleeping with open windows.
Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, with local and continental options. Dinner buffet offered different options every night and was very good.
I cannot comment on the location, as I was there with a group and we moved around with locals by car. However, we reached stunning beaches in 10 mins or so.
