Maseven is the perfect apartment Hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a small sufficient kitchen. The hotel is only 2 minutes far from Messe. There are multiple parks even for van and truck. The hotel is small but well studied with all necessary. The room is big enough with a small desk, good to work with laptop. Staff in the evening very gentle.

room is not bad and clean, except there don't do housekeeping , location is abit too far from city. hard to get uber or restaurant to dine in. For those who don't drink tap water would have to worry because they don't have a kettle, water can be drink directly from the tap .

Good hotel for it's price. It's clean and have everything needed. For the breakfast there were quite a lot options. Free wifi worked without any issues. An iron or hairdrier can be borrowed at the receiption for €20 deposit. S-bahn and bus stops are nearby. The only downside – it was noisy outside at night to sleep with window opened. But if you close the window, it gets quiet.

One of the most amazing places I stayed in Munich with the most amazing service and everyone working in Golden Ball were extremely friendly which made the place feel homey. Rooms are spacious and clean and I would defiantly recommend this place for everyone to enjoy.

Amazing service! We have been staying at Golden Ball Munich for a while now. So far, everything was nice, from designer suits to the roof terrace. The bar is on point too. We requested the room to be cleaned, but when we returned, it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The service in this hotel is very poor. Also, the room lighting is very dim, and the room is quite dark. This rating is definitely not deserved for this hotel.

Hotel is located in a quiet environment with plenty of free parking outside the premise (albeit a little walking is required). Very close by to the exhibition. Easy check in process and the staff are friendly and attentive to our requests during the stay.

Generally a good hotel. Some of the rooms are a bit on the basic side and others a bit odd to British tastes, for example, an open planned bathroom. They are however very clean and a little bag of Haribo on your pillow every day is very welcome. Breakfast is free and of a decent quality though you might have to wait a while for bacon as supply can't match demand.

Good points: the room was huge, clean and the decor was fun. The bed was comfortable. There’s a taxi stand right outside, and a bus that serves the Messe. The bad: The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The breakfast was unremarkable, and some of the bread items were quite stale.

The hotel room are spacious and clean, hotel staff is friendly, with a big useful underground parking lot. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel and in 20/25 minutes you can be in the city center. Totally recommended!
