The hotel is nicely located, it is 15 minutes by S-Bahn to the city center but the place is very calm. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. P.S. Caroline on the reception is one of the kindest souls in Munich :)

Maseven is the perfect apartment Hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a small sufficient kitchen. The modern reception area has a very cool design, everything you need is at the right place. The hotel is conveniently located close to the fair and subway station. A great place for long term stays. I can only recommend it!!!

The hotel is only 2 minutes far from Messe. There are multiple parks even for van and truck. The hotel is small but well studied with all necessary. The room is big enough with a small desk, good to work with laptop. Staff in the evening very gentle.

We were on our way home to Amsterdam and we book this hotel for stop over. Eleonora and Rininta were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy. I highly recommend it!

Firm beds, VERY firm pillows with no option for softer pillows - believe me, I asked three different staff members. Nice hotel situated close to the Munich conference centre. The rooms are compact with a small office desk or “ledge”. The food at the hotel is excellent and the service is friendly and attentive.

Absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so nice. The breakfast is beyond incredible! I looked forward to it every morning. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are as well, and the beds are very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner in the restaurant as well. We have no complaints....Sehr Gut!!! Wunderbare!

room is not bad and clean, except there don't do housekeeping , location is abit too far from city. hard to get uber or restaurant to dine in. For those who don't drink tap water would have to worry because they don't have a kettle, water can be drink directly from the tap .

Good hotel for it's price. It's clean and have everything needed. For the breakfast there were quite a lot options. Free wifi worked without any issues. An iron or hairdrier can be borrowed at the receiption for €20 deposit. S-bahn and bus stops are nearby. The only downside – it was noisy outside at night to sleep with window opened. But if you close the window, it gets quiet.

One word to describe it: PERFECT!!! Exceptionally clean and very comfortable rooms, great breakfast with loads of options. We had an issue with people from the cafe/bar hanging around after the 1130 closing time talking loudly and arguing right below our window. No A/C, so we had to have open window, so at 2:00 in the morning it was a little much. No staff is around to run them off, so it was very disturbing.

Good place to stay. Very clean rooms peaceful location. Little far from Munich anyway If you want to stay out of traffic and pollution this is the best place. This place is next to bus stop you can easily reach the train stations, shopping Malls and underground rail.

It is a very good place to stay when you come to Munich. Close to the city. Very good connection by bus or train. Apartaments are comfortable with a small but practical kitchen (open space). Home away from home clearly defines this place. Very nice people. Value for your money. Pub, restaurants, cofee shops located in the near neighborhood complete the image.

Perfect apartment hotel to stay even for a few months if you have a job in Unterföhring for a very reasonable price. The bus stop is literally 2 minutes walk, there are very good restaurants nearby. The staff is very kind and helpful. The apartments are clean and tidy. You have your little kitchenette so you can cook for yourself. The motorised blind is very cool :)

One of the most amazing places I stayed in Munich with the most amazing service and everyone working in Golden Ball were extremely friendly which made the place feel homey. Rooms are spacious and clean and I would defiantly recommend this place for everyone to enjoy.

Amazing service! We have been staying at Golden Ball Munich for a while now. So far, everything was nice, from designer suits to the roof terrace. The bar is on point too. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for day-to-day cooking. Plus, the 24/7 laundry room and nearby stores are convenient. Will definitely get back once I have a chance
