We were on our way home to Amsterdam and we book this hotel for stop over. Eleonora and Rininta were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful and welcoming staff
Great spot
A good choice for a stay
Well, we said we’d be back and we did for two nights this time and again was spectacular, even the bartender remembered us.
Great staff all around. Our Dalmatian loves it as well.

Nothing special nor nothing bad.
This hotel meets the standards of its chain bonvoy the staff is fairly friendly the hotel felt modern and the rooms clean, quiet and well equipped. The gym was on point and neat.
You can walk from and to the train station it takes 10 min and after a 30min train ride you’ll be at Munich city centre

Firm beds, VERY firm pillows with no option for softer pillows - believe me, I asked three different staff members. Rooms do not have any sort of wardrobe or closet space and there is no safe, so don’t bring any valuables! Staff is friendly, but slow to respond to service requests through the Marriott app. It’s best just to go to the front desk if you need anything. Otherwise you’ll wait for a couple hours or more. Overall, not impressed and wish that I had booked elsewhere.

Rooms are so hot and you are unable to adjust the thermostat. Also, breakfast was supposed to have been included in the stay and they charged us anyway.
Horrible location as well. I definitely would choose another hotel if I ever came to Munich again.

Rooms and location are appropriate for a hotel at the exhibition area. However, the staff quality is very low, and it is strongly recommended to double check your invoice prior to approving the payment. Don’t expect any frequent travelers perks as in other hotels of the Marriott group; be patient with the staff as most of them are still in training modus. But for the check-out and payment part please try to find a senior staff member and still remember to double check; and even then double counts are not reversible……..

Hotel was ok with clean room, comfortable bed and nice breakfast. Ok for a day trip in for a conference or visit to a local company, but I would not recommend for a longer stay. Rooms are very sparse without basic amenities or services. No closet, iron, laundry, in room coffee/fridge/safe/microwave/desk. Rooms are super small and bathroom is so tiny you can almost sit on the toilet and shower at the same time. Location is convenient if you have a conference or trade show, otherwise it's in the middle of an office park and you really need a train or taxi to reach anything. Was ok for one night but definitely not a place I would book again.

Worst experience in a Moxy hotel. I‘m Bonvoy gold member and often in this hotel chain. The staff is not trained and acts often silly, e.g. during the Euro 2024 they were not able to switch on the tv. The hot food is the worst I have ever eaten, e.g can not recommend the pizza. In total the service is very unfriendly.

The room is big and clean. Front desk is so friendly and helpful. Sharing with us all the information we need to have a short trip to downtown, restaurants around hotel and how to get the public transport to move around.

Nice hotel situated close to the Munich conference centre. The rooms are compact with a small office desk or “ledge”. The food at the hotel is excellent and the service is friendly and attentive.
