DO NOT STAY HERE
A friend and I stayed at München Messe from the 2nd to the 5th of October. Upon arrival we decided to pay for buffet breakfast, being 12.90 euro per night per person. Firstly, the orange juice was empty on the first day, being 7:30am. The selection of food was very minimal. The second and third day there was absolutely no change in the food, as in the food was literally the same food as what was put out the first day… after the first day you could tell they were severely dried out, the fruit salad was also mushy!!
To then also add, our room was directly next door to your kitchen. At 5:30am every morning for our stay, your workers/chefs would start making an absolute racket with preparing the food and even played music… not acceptable as we were not planning to get up at this time in the mornings, there should be atleast soundproofing or no room directly next to your kitchen…
++ Another added note, nobody came and switched our towels/made our linen for a day and I had to physically take it to reception. We also had one of your workers walk into our room while we were getting ready, after 12pm!! When it states room cleaning will be done before this time
I have contacted your franchise for a refund twice and havent had anyone even email me or contact me to discuss this further

Perfect, from the very beginning up to the very end. Spotlessly clean, you can get in 20 minutes to the city centre by the S-Bahn. I arrived a bit later than exőpected (around 8:30 p.m), but have already received my access code to the room. The room was spotlessly clean, WiFi worked well. For a business trip, this is a perfect location, for sure. Staff is always friendly.

The hotel is very far away from the center of Munich and you will need to take at least 2 metros and 1 bus (this bus is always full) to get there. The bed is ok however the blankets are individual and small instead of a big one and maybe you will freeze. The hotel is ok and the pizza they sell in the counter is also ok. Other b&b gives you free coffee, water and milk but this won't give you that. The surrounding of the hotel doesn't have good restaurants, bars or any entertainment then if you are hungry at night "8:00 pm", you need to wait to the next day.

Very close to the Messe. Rooms are small. The man at the front desk was rude, and the dirty laundry carts were full and in the hallway 24 hours or more.

Completely incompetent staff. I arrived and no check-in machines available. Both where Inside hotel lobby that was locked, so no way to check in after hours. Hotel instructions promises to EMAIL access code to enter but they never sent code. When I saw a female employee, she claimed they called me to give me code. I was on the flight in when they called, and she blamed me for not being available. I waited almost 1 hour outside until a hotel guest arrived and let me into lobby where check in machines are. Stupidity abound. Zero sense of customer service and they obviously don't know their own procedures. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT THIS HOTEL BRAND.

Very basic hotel, but it has everything you need. Good beds, very clean room and (own) bathroom. Perfect WLAN, enough parking space. Close to highway but far enough to leave window open during night. Perfect location to stay overnight when travelling. Good and fast service at reception.

Nice budget hotel with great service. The rooms are small but well designed and comfy, the breakfast buffet is very basic, though.
