Super helpful and kind staff! Something went wrong during our Booking reservation, and instead of this evening, the date was in June! They could have turned us down, or charged us the ‘last minute rate’ but instead they were so kind to keep the price the same.
Rooms are good, clean and practical, location is good, just outside of the city centre.
Rooms have a kitchenette and downstairs in the lobby you can buy the food and drink essentials! Perfect!

We used the hotel as a transit hotel. It is fantastic. Some questions I didn’t find answers to and am super satisfied with:
Service: super friendly and polite
Parking: underground gated garage with cameras for 12€ a night, fantastic. Seems there is also free street parking out front
Bar/reception/store: open 24 hours, if you want to have a snack or drink late at night no problem
Rooms are clean, area is safe and quiet, although a bit industrial, but for the price it’s hard to beat.

Hotel Just outside of München. The hotel defines the rooms as mini apartments only because these have a sink and a microwave.. yet not enough to consider these apartments especially if there is no way to cook and especially if not even cutlery is provided. We were 6 and in 3 rooms we couldn't even find 1 knife or a fork. Apart from this the hotel is nice with a small but well equipped breakfast.

Very good room with friendly staff. It is little far away from city but if you like to have calm and peaceful sleep then it is a perfect location. I booked studio room and it has basic utensils. The best thing about this room was early check in and late checkout so that I got time to relax.

We stayed here for 6 days. Standard spacious room. All good. Just the bathroom with the shower and toilet area is not very good solved, as if somebody wents showering everything is wet and slippery around the toilet.
You have a nice kitchenette and little kitchen area in the room. Opening windows is during daytime not very ideal when the room is situated to the main Street side. Bed comfy and good to sleep. Standard little breakfast. There are washing machines to use by App within longer stay. The lounge area is tiny and fine. Bar 24/7. Parking in the areas without no charge in front of the hotel and behind the Hotel during our stay 10€ a night.

My wife and I lived there for professional reasons for ~5months and we felt like home. The apartment and hotel structure is really good and the staff very friendly and helpful. If needed I would happily stay there again.

Good rooms, very clean and really modern equipment.
Personally, I don't like the bread rolls at breakfast (too dry) and the selection was unfortunately always the same. But therefor good quality food.

Will not be booked by us for the time being. 2 stars only for room facilities and location! Rest: We were there for 5 days, during this time there was no change of towels and no cleaning of the room. The shower gel container was empty in the shower cubicle. Toilet bin was never emptied.
We didn't book breakfast again after the first day. Bread rolls were very dry, you have to cook your own egg (time required!)
No butter and cream cheese in small packets. Lean selection of cold cuts. I did not find any fresh fruit. Not enough tables. So we always had breakfast out. Conclusion: very expandable and capable of improvement!

Great new hotel, friendly staff, quality breakfast. Everything perfect, gladly again anytime!

This hotel is not ready yet to host people. Nothing is working well...
No breakfast service, tv, warm water does not work well... the reception desk is almost always empty.
