We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and I have something to say:
Breakfast — complete disappointment
What they call a “buffet” is a joke. A couple of sausage slices, cheese, cereal, bread and some scrambled eggs — is that worthy of a 4-star hotel? It looks ridiculous. Food runs out quickly, bowls are always empty, and you have to wait for someone to bring more — and that’s not fast. Everything is chaotic and it was unpleasant.
Cleanliness — zero
I noticed dirty cutlery at breakfast, as if nobody washes it. It feels like the hotel decided to save money on water and cleaning products. This attitude to hygiene is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a place that calls itself a 4-star hotel.
Room — also a big disappointment
The only plus is a microwave and a kettle. That’s where the good things end. The floor is dirty, and it’s clear cleaning is done very rarely or very poorly. According to the woman at the reception, cleaning is done once every four days — too often, right? Horrible.
I’m not writing this to change the hotel — obviously nothing will. I’m writing for people who are planning a trip and choosing where to stay.
Please read carefully and think before you book this hotel. Given everything above, I’m sure you can find much better options for the same money.
The S-Bahn takes 20-30 minutes to get to the city center, and it's a great value for the price. It's clean and tidy, and the residence-style design makes it ideal for long-term stays. Large stores like Riedel, Revue, and DM are all within a 10-minute walk, so I don't have to worry about shopping in the city center, which is incredibly convenient.
