Even the hotel was (or still is) under construction, we never noticed anything of it and service, rooms,.. were all on point. Spacious room, beautiful setting, nothing to remark. We enjoyed the spa, the afternoon tea with some live music and had dinner in the Fritz&Felix restaurant, followed by the best Whisky Sours made by Fabio (who now moved to Bristol hotel in Paris to my knowledge).

Absolutely top notch service, facilities and rooms. The food was excellent as well and direct access to the park is a great perk. Shopping and restaurants are also close by. The staff is very attentive and professional.

Great hotel. I had a nice stay at Brenners Park with exceptional service. The entrance was a bit hard to find due to construction - the main building is being renovated so only the smaller building is being utilized but that is not reflected on google maps navigation. Had to drive around the construction sites before finding the entrance.

The hotel restaurant is amazing, every dish is 5 stars, not a single thing is an after thought. The hotel restaurant was way better than the restaurants we tried in the area. The breakfast is also very good with fresh quality items.

Very, Very nice hotel. We were upgraded to a nice suite and both the room, the location and the breakfast was great. Best of all was the service from the super friendly women in the reception. They were fantastic and made our stay extraordinary.

Modern hotel and and old half blended together nicely. The rooms are modern and large. The big feature is the in hotel spa. There is a warm indoor lap pool and a hot pool that in both indoor and outdoor.there were plenty of loungers. Also a dry and wet sauna. The exercise room was under repair. My single room was comfortable and well equipped with a mini fridge, kettle (complete with complimentary peppermint tea), safe, TV, desk and en suite. Disappointed with staff reception (phone at door w unidentified speaker who cut me off before my questions re parking were answered AND LOBBY was NEVER OPEN the entire trip despite pics on website that indicate otherwise) and no air conditioning. We have spent a long time finding a really good hotel in Baden Baden. Very comfortable rooms, particularly the beds, good breakfast selection. Parking convenient and easily accessible. As a child, we used to stop by here every summer on our way to Spain. This place is lovely on the outside (great views of a little church at the back, for example), there are lots of parking spaces, and it's also nice inside as well (a toy shop, a motel, a canteen with a variety of German food to choose and enjoy). I've stopped there for a night for the last two years during post Christmas season. I've always liked the room at this hotel, descent size and very quiet and clean. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Would highly recommend it to travellers, and I'll personally definitely go back there when I'm in baden baden again.

Large, clean and modern furnished apartment. The shower was noticeably large. The breakfast room was small - it was difficult to keep your distance here - but due to the few guests it worked well. The breakfast was plentiful and lovingly prepared. Scrambled eggs were offered fresh. The parking situation is horrific - more of an urban problem ... I will gladly come again.

The hotel is average at best and I feel once we go to Baden-Baden realised there were many better places to stay. The best thing about the hotel was the massive room size and its balcony. But there were many problems - the water temperature in the showers was not consistent, there no acs so the rooms are very hot, etc During our stay there was also construction nearby so it was extremely.

Great place to stay to explore Baden-Baden. The hotel is located on narrow streets up a steep hill overlooking the town. The town centre is approx 15 minutes away on foot but we highly recommend getting a taxi back. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed.

As per the concept, the Little Prince is in every room and there are many skylights! If you are a fan of The Little Prince, this is a must-see. However, the building itself is an old European house.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! The service is superior and the rooms are so comfy, you almost don't want to leave! The little touches left in the room are wonderful BUT the level of service is far and above anything I expected!
