Modern hotel and and old half blended together nicely. The rooms are modern and large. The big feature is the in hotel spa. There is a warm indoor lap pool and a hot pool that in both indoor and outdoor
Nice hotel. Nice staff. Good Breakfast. Not enough restaurants. There is underground Parking. The pool, sauna and so on. Outdoor pool with thermal water. View. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes
Bettina took excellent care of me by giving me the perfect room. Hope to get another great room next time in January. Happy holidays

The appetizers and dessert for the chef's menu were delicious, but the entree (venison goulash) with the pinot noir pairing was not very good at all, really my only complaint here
We were originally only going to stay one night but we loved it so much we stayed nearly a week. The staff treats you like royalty and everyone is so kind and accommodating
If you do the chef's three course meal for the additional 62 euros, it's a good deal, but you'll have much less to choose from, and you might get an entree you don't like
The spa offers a wide range of services, I absolutely love the indoor pool (also has a bar), the front desk is professional and courteous, and the food is quite good too
The corner suits are super nice and worth the extra cost. The room service is pricey but good quality. And you can't beat the location
The rooms are clean and presentable, and the service everywhere in the hotel is excellent

The hotel has an excellent spa on the 3rd floor with sauna and steam rooms. This was my first time staying at HelioPark and I will definitely stay again
Bed and pillows are very comfortable, the shower and toilet looked recently refurbished with lots of hot water and quality body wash/products. Breakfast is extremely good served between 7am - 10
30am in the 1st floor restaurant. Again the restaurant staff are wonderful. My room was well heated with a good-sized radiator, but the windows also opened for fresh air, so not stuffy
Stayed at this fabulous hotel in the centre of Baden-Baden for the weekend. The staff are lovely and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean and well decorated inc a minibar and safe
In the last three years I have visited between 20 and 30 hotels in different European countries. Nowhere have I experienced such great service, care and nice approach as in Heliopark zum Hirsch
A lovely hotel centrally located. Very clean and lavish decor. We liked it very much. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Grey location, our room was quiet.

Two bars are serving well-made cocktails, while the party is downstairs, upstairs is for a more quiet experience. The spa / sauna offer great views, but is a bit confusing with what to bring and wear
This is a great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the valet parking experience, the check-in, the rooftop bar and the check-out. Our room had very modern and cool interior - we loved it
The only downside is that the hotel restaurant (Moriki) charged us DOUBLE for our dinner. 50 Euro and charged it to the room
When we checked out, the restaurant had charged 281 Euro to our room! The girl at the reception checked the paper receipt I had signed and was really embarrassed and apologetic about the mistake
Further if you need anything in the room they come and take care of it. The service is very good and the whole hotel is nice and clean. It was our third time and for sure not the last one
I don't blame her or the hotel, but shockingly bad by the restaurant

Brenners Park Hotel offers world class service and the staff made sure every need was met. We had a villa with a private balcony that overlooked the lush gardens

I recently stayed at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa in Baden-Baden, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel is nestled in a serene park setting, offering peaceful views of the gardens and the Oos River
Even the hotel was (or still is) under construction, we never noticed anything of it and service, rooms,. Spacious room, beautiful setting, nothing to remark

Sauna cost 3+ Euro and you have to wait for 30 minutes before you can use it. I did not use it anyway so i can not comment on that
Highly Recommended! The hotel is well located and a walking distance to the city’s sightseeing and shopping areas. The staff are super friendly, and were very helpful. The suite is so spacious and spotless clean

I stayed at Leonardo during a business trip. The room was spacious and clean. All expected amenities were available. Breakfast was a real highlight: well made arrangements of local food and greet choice of coffee
We arrived at midnight and were greeted by Criston, very kind, smiling and always ready to help. He is a wonderful person who made our evening more beautiful with smiles and solutions to our needs
Spend an afternoon indulging in the saunas, and peaceful relaxation areas. There's also a state-of-the-art fitness center to enjoy. The heated outdoor pool overlooking the city is a highlight on warm days

The food was delicious with some great vegetables. They also have a large selection of local wines. Definitely worth a detour if you're in the area

An amazing location with acres of vineyards on your doorstep. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast was perfect on the terrace in the morning

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. They have good restaurant and the breakfast is also awesome. Our young kids enjoyed the room and the night sky with the wall glass/door. Will definitely stay here again next time.
With west facing rooms the view over the Rhein valley into the distant hills of France is outstanding. Not far from the beautiful Baden-Baden city, the local walks through slopes of vineyards are another bonus
Special shoutout to Axel who looked after us and was so attentive and kind! We will definitely be back if we are ever passing through again. Do not hesitate to book the hotel or eat at the restaurant!
The restaurant served really tasty appetising food, menus were made available in English as needed. The room was lovely, the views outstanding and the whole experience was relaxing and a perfect end to our road trip

Situated close to the city centre, this hotel is a short walk from some of the highest rated restaurants on trip advisor. Offering plenty of car parking and high quality of service I have yet to find fault

The hotel room was on the top floor in the corner so the ceiling was slanted and cut off a bit of room space. There is a path out the back so you can walk to the town center where all the shops and restaurants are
The internet here was free and relatively fast. The breakfast offered a good selection and was replenished quickly by the staff. The town of Baden Baden is great for playing ingress as there are like 60 portals
