The exercise room was under repair. Service in the restaurant and bar could have been better

It is a classic hotel with a long history. Located in the heart of the city, just 2 min walking from the Main Street. Hotel is undergoing renovation and a facelift so in the coming weeks, it is going to even better

I enjoyed the breakfast and my stay here. The only complaint that I have is that I didn’t get a parking spot as the hotel was completely booked, so had to park nearby (it costs 36 euros per day)

Fantastic hotel! Beyond fantastic! I stayed there with 160 of my guests and they took care of us the best way possible. Rooms are stunning!! The staff is extremely kind and accommodating, helpful and personable

The appetizers and dessert for the chef's menu were delicious, but the entree (venison goulash) with the pinot noir pairing was not very good at all, really my only complaint here

If you do the chef's three course meal for the additional 62 euros, it's a good deal, but you'll have much less to choose from, and you might get an entree you don't like

The spa offers a wide range of services, I absolutely love the indoor pool (also has a bar), the front desk is professional and courteous, and the food is quite good too

I'll definitely come back for a weekend in the future

We did enjoy breakfast in the "Wintergarten" Restaurant, and dinners were outstanding as well. Several of our family enjoyed massages in the spa area, which contributed to their relaxing experience as well

This establishment is like a quiet oasis in a park setting, and it invites you to relax and to leave any stress behind. Service is outstanding and helpful in every way

Sauna cost 3+ Euro and you have to wait for 30 minutes before you can use it. I did not use it anyway so i can not comment on that

The Batschari Palais was a wonderful place to stay in Baden-Baden. It has onsite outdoor parking for a small fee or a parking garage for a fee. It is in a quiet neighborhood easily walkable to the center of Baden-Baden

The hotel has an on-site spa, which was super convenient and affordable. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and willing to help answer all inquiries about the area

Absolutely wonderful! Charming old building, huge, lovely room with kitchenette, big bathroom, everything very clean, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, not too long a walk from the old town / city centre

We could check in well before the check-in time, it was raining, so big thank you for that

The hotel is very charming and unique in an historic cigar factory. Big rooms and very close to the festival concert house. So perfect for me. Friendly staff. Would always chose this place in Baden-Baden!!

Went there for lunch and we were not disappointed. Very quiet charming restaurant on the outskirts of Baden-Baden with a nice terrace, perfect for sitting outside in warm summer months

The food was delicious with some great vegetables. They also have a large selection of local wines. Definitely worth a detour if you're in the area

What a nice Hotel! This place was amazing from every point of view! We enjoyed the sauna at first and after dinner we could enjoy the garden with a drink, amazing. The breakfast was also perfect

Large hotel on the hillside overlooking the town. There is an external car park, with additional parking in a garage (this is below ground & is charged) The hotel has a large restaurant with external terrace

However, the view, the location, and natural beauty of the surroundings and coolness of the building/hotel made it worth it. The room was modern, clean, with comfortable bed and great facilities

(Much needed in the July heat) There is no coffee/tea facilities in the room - but these can be obtained from the restaurant at a charge. Bedrooms have TV & the bathroom has complimentary toiletries

Great place to stay to explore Baden-Baden. The hotel is located on narrow streets up a steep hill overlooking the town. The town centre is approx 15 minutes away on foot but we highly recommend getting a taxi back

The room was very spacious and modern with a really cool layout. The breakfast was very good, the staff were all incredibly nice. Overall this was an excellent hotel experience, one of the best

The hotel room was on the top floor in the corner so the ceiling was slanted and cut off a bit of room space. There is a path out the back so you can walk to the town center where all the shops and restaurants are

The internet here was free and relatively fast. The breakfast offered a good selection and was replenished quickly by the staff. The town of Baden Baden is great for playing ingress as there are like 60 portals

This is a great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the valet parking experience, the check-in, the rooftop bar and the check-out. Our room had very modern and cool interior - we loved it

When we checked out, the restaurant had charged 281 Euro to our room! The girl at the reception checked the paper receipt I had signed and was really embarrassed and apologetic about the mistake

The only downside is that the hotel restaurant (Moriki) charged us DOUBLE for our dinner. 50 Euro and charged it to the room

Nice space, friendly staff and it's near the station and attractions. Pretty good indoor wellness spaces in the spa area.

She then made some offhand comment about there being no other rooms (not what I asked). In the end they just sprayed some lemon scent to try and cover up the smell but it was too strong. The main floor smells of cigars

Good location, spacy and clean room, a set of additional pleasure are available like spa, swiming pool even I couldn't use it, didn't have time; and the main carachteristic is the friendless of the reception desk staff!

The Leonardo Royal Hotel Baden-Baden is a superb hotel located right in the city center. From the moment you walk into the sleek and modern lobby, the upscale atmosphere is apparent

One small criticism, which has nothing to do with your hotel: The charging stations for electric cars in the parking garage were regularly blocked by non-electric vehicles

30am in the 1st floor restaurant. Again the restaurant staff are wonderful. My room was well heated with a good-sized radiator, but the windows also opened for fresh air, so not stuffy

The hotel has an excellent spa on the 3rd floor with sauna and steam rooms. This was my first time staying at HelioPark and I will definitely stay again

Stayed at this fabulous hotel in the centre of Baden-Baden for the weekend. The staff are lovely and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean and well decorated inc a minibar and safe

Bed and pillows are very comfortable, the shower and toilet looked recently refurbished with lots of hot water and quality body wash/products. Breakfast is extremely good served between 7am - 10

If you are British and like a cup of tea, take your own kettle as there are no hot drink facilities in the rooms. Overall, I could not find any faults

With west facing rooms the view over the Rhein valley into the distant hills of France is outstanding. Not far from the beautiful Baden-Baden city, the local walks through slopes of vineyards are another bonus

We recently stayed 2 nights at the Rebenhof & our only disappointment is that we didn’t book for longer. We chose to stay here rather than in the centre of Baden-Baden and we’re so glad we did

We’ll definitely return for longer next time!! Oh…and we loved the geese! They made us laugh every day with their antics,specially in night time 🤩

A quiet little village with its own sauna and vineyards around. It should be the first choice in summer.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. They have good restaurant and the breakfast is also awesome. Our young kids enjoyed the room and the night sky with the wall glass/door. Will definitely stay here again next time.
