We stopped here during a family trip. I’d way under estimated the place from when I booked it. Just walking into the lobby showed that this place was very nice. Very nice rooms, huge comfortable beds, good bathrooms

Spa and wellness centre was free to use and has a pool, 2 saunas and a steam room. Towels and robes were supplied in the room. Very nice bar area and terrace. Parking was available, albeit €20-25 for the night

A bit too expensive and from the city center on foot 20 min. did Not speak Russian and only 1 TV channel. Many guests of the Arabs may have coincided. A 2-minute temple of the Russian Orthodox Church

I stayed at Brenners Hotel for the first time and was impressed by the beauty of the rooms, which have a timeless, classic charm and are quite spacious. The view of the park, both morning and evening, was stunning

We took the train in then hopped on bus 201. Frau Peter's told us via email where to get off. Our room was spotless and modern. Breakfat was a typical German breakfast and delicious

My stay was in apartment #102 very helpful stuff especially Miss Kletsko svetlana + very nice Apartment Equipped with all amenities ( Kitchen appliances, cutlery, coffee machine, air conditioning and two large TVs ) + very clean Apartment + classy Apartment + A large balcony with a stunning view + free parking + Private garden of the building

It was clean but no love in this place:sterile & nothing like the photos +had to drive looking for wood for the fire place after a long drive arriving at night. WiFi didn’t work.

Unfortunately some strange men started following and harassing us and we ended up missing the last train. We weren't the only ones that missed the train and together as a group of 4 women we tried to shake these men off

We were offered to stay the night free of charge considering the situation. And I can't express how grateful we are for this. Without the staff of the Stadt Gernbach Hotel we could have been robbed, assaulted or worse

Even we don't understand the German Language, they manage to make our stay Enjoyable. All Necessities that we needed are all walking distance! (Food, Transportation and Supplies) for our 14 Day stay in Gernsbach!

Because we were afraid and especially with groups of young men here and there still lighting off fireworks, we ended up ringing the Stadt Gernbach Hotel's doorbell for safety

The lady of the night staff really saved us and took us in. She tried to call a taxi for us, but every one of them was booked throughout the night

On new year's eve my friend and I wanted to take the last S-bahn train home after celebrating the new year in Gernbach Altstadt

Wonderful place to stay in Buehlertal with A-Mazing!! views. The owners were friendly and were so kind to give us some strawberries for our pending road trip to Italy. The accomodation was spacious, modern and very clean

Tranquil setting. The nuns and reception were very warm and friendly. The room and also the shared facilities, bathroom and shower were extraordinarily clean. Breakfast selection and quality was excellent.

Spontan visit, never been there befor. Quiet hotell from 22-7.30 after that working noise. Realy good breakfast with homemade food from the monastery. Clean and simpel rooms.

The food was delicious, I had a really great meal. The fries were just fried right. And the salmon I had, taste really really good.

As is typical for Germany, they don't have AC, so you leave the windows open to get the cool air at night but this also means noise from the restaurant and the street below

However, the noise was a minor inconvenience and overall it was a very nice stay. The restaurant food was fantastic!

Breakfast was very good, I believe anybody will choose something. Hotel is in town center, but there is nothing interesting around. You have to visit nearby towns

The problem of this area does not deal in US dollars, even in currency exchange offices and the bank depends entirely on the credit card only, as I had this problem. The hotel needs an air-conditioner

The biggest issue is the lack of parking and the garage requires you to get your ticket validated at the front desk every time you need to leave

Unfortunately we also have quite a few comments, which we hope the hotel’s management will review and learn from: - upon arrival we discovered that all five e-car parkings in front of the hotel were occupied by non-e-cars

The hotel has its charm the staff is very friendly the hostess even spoke French (thanks Sabine)! Unfortunately the bathroom was tiny not enough to fit in 2, plus we had twin beds that did not fit together so not great when you come as a couple for a romantic weekend

A negative point on the evening buffet that was not included in our stay and we were charged € 29 per person for 1 meal! The location is superb with views of the hills around the valley, despite a road on either side of the hotel evenings are quiet

Parking in the hotel's underground car park costs € 4 per day. Getting to that you will have the opportunity to stroll in the nearby parks or take your car to eat in a good little restaurant within 10 minutes

The 908 m high Teufelsmühle is the perfect challenge for the best view over the valley. If the weather is good, even as far as Rastatt. But Bad Herrenalb itself is also a popular hiking destination

Dogs are allowed in some of the apartments, on arrival there were already two bowls ready for ours. :) The highlight was the bathroom: large, modern, bright, extremely clean and equipped with organic care products

The apartments of the Wagner family are very spacious and lovingly furnished. Each room is individually designed and has beautiful art paintings. You feel incredibly comfortable and very warmly welcomed

The only thing you hear at night when you open the window is the soothing sound of the river right next door. We received a very warm welcome and our apartment had everything you could need

We went there for lunch with 30 people (wedding). The Cordon-Bleu was delicious, and freshly made. The dessert was a nice selection of sorbet, cake, fruit and parfait

Only downside was the pumpkin soup, where the flavor of the standard curry powder was a little do dominant and didn't really fit the rest

The Hotel Holzwurm is an absolute recommendation! the house is nicely located a little bit up the hill in Sasbachwalden, a cute village in the northern black forest
