We arrived at midnight and were greeted by Criston, very kind, smiling and always ready to help. He is a wonderful person who made our evening more beautiful with smiles and solutions to our needs

For us, it was the second time staying at this hotel during our journey to the Netherlands. Currently, the hotel is undergoing renovations, so we were fortunate to stay in a beautifully renovated room this time

During check-in, at the reception, guests are offered a glass of champagne (for children - soft toys). We were not offered anything until we asked ourselves. A small thing, but still not very pleasant

The new room was tastefully decorated with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite noisy, and we were woken up early by the construction workers

The hotel is still being renovated. But it is not indicated on the website and it was an unpleasant surprise! 2. The website indicates that there is a swimming pool in the hotel

Even the hotel was (or still is) under construction, we never noticed anything of it and service, rooms,. Spacious room, beautiful setting, nothing to remark

Lovely hotel stayed 2 nights July 2021. Great location very central and a very nice short walk into centre. Afternoon tea disappointing as not what it advertises but overall great stay.

Great service and a lovely hotel. Upon arrival our room was dusty so we asked it to be cleaned and we were immediately moved to another room and given a glass of champagne.

The staffs were great and friendly and did it for us instantly! I can only imagine the service to be equal or greater than what I received that day - I would recommend :)

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! The service is superior and the rooms are so comfy, you almost don't want to leave! The little touches left in the room are wonderful BUT the level of service is far and above anything I expected! The staff treats you with such warmth and respect and they are exceptional at their jobs! I will stay here again and again!!

When we arrived late afternoon, they got our luggage to the room and arranged to have a glass of wine waiting for us in their lounge. The lounge was so quaint and relaxing! Breakfast was good and location was great

Super friendly check-in without prior booking, we were just ordinary walk-ins. They treated us like a little prince and princess. It was nice quiet rooms facing the backside. Nothing was missing to have a quiet night

First row balcony, with a VIP lounge with open bar and canapes before and then during intermission. Great location as well, walking distance to rose garden, museums, casino, spas, and plenty of restaurants

Loved the no nonsense clean tidy efficient room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and on the bus route to the town centre.

Service, service, service! Welcomed with very friendly, English speaking, host. Building is older but in great shape. Room was good size, clean, and comfortable. Bus stop very close and easily found

The owners were supremely hospitable and helpful. Intact they even helped a girl who had locked her keys in her car even though agree wasn't a guest on the hotel. I would certainly come again!

Service was absolutely amazing but the parking was a little tricky with all of the construction in the area at the time. I would recommend this place though. Walking distance to the casino and many other nice places

Really nice Hotel, run by a nice lady very polite and friendly. The rooms are new, very clean and well furnished, the location is strategic for a trip to the black forest.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and hospitable. Rooms were nice but very warm. Thankfully they gave us a table fan. Parking is a bit difficult if you don't get there early.

Modernly furnished accommodation with large rooms and a good breakfast. About 500 meters to walk to the old town where you can find enough restaurants.

Even we don't understand the German Language, they manage to make our stay Enjoyable. All Necessities that we needed are all walking distance! (Food, Transportation and Supplies) for our 14 Day stay in Gernsbach!

Stuff is very kind and helpful, it's a nice place to be and the food just delicious.. well spent money!

Bed and breakfast facility available. outside area of hotel is very calm but most of shops are closed very early so very less possibilities to get food after 7pm

Hotel Location is not good for food but it is good for connectivity. wifi is not working in this hotel most of the time
