We had a one night stop on Baden Baden and by chance ended here. The receptionist was so nice! We really loved the place

We enjoyed are stay mostly due to the friendly personnel and the location, the hotel could benefit from some improvements. The room was big and quite homely. However, there were too little curtains to fully cover the window. We were woken up and kept up by the light. Interior was lovely, truly traditional and well maintained. Breakfast was fine.

We stayed there with our 2 teenagers. We rented 2 rooms with a connecting door. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was also big, wide and enjoyable to use. The locating is fantastic. Parking is challenging but manageable. We had a great time.

Speciality dishes were somewhat a bit salty but awesome overall. Warmer service from one staff member would have made the experience better

Great Hotel in the heart of Baden-Baden with very nice owners. Shops and bars in walking distance, busstops and Taxistand right around the corner. Very accomodating due to nice rooms and comfortable beds. And the breakfast is just yummy :) nice buffet with a good selection and of course great service. It's always a pleasure to come back here. It's like a home away from home.

I don't know the hotel, only talking about the restaurant. Waiters speak German and English. The menu was not very well organized, but the service was helpful and explained us everything. We had a "menu" with soup as starter, salad, main dish, and dessert, for more or less 18€. Compared to others restaurants nearby, I think that this one is a good option.

The hotel is functional, nothing special in the room, we had a mobile air condition which most of the time was leaking water, the service and staff are very welcoming and helpful, the breakfest is good and the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious! Overall Baden is an expensive city so the value for money in this hotel is good.

Under the circumstances due to COVID19, it was a very successful stay. Breakfast was served a la carte and was very tasty and generous. The tables had enough space and were disinfected after each guest. All staff and guests wore a mask. I felt very safe. Probably typical for the area, but the rooms were rather small. The bathroom door won't even open 90 degrees before it hits the toilet, and there is no room to move around. No A/C in the room, either, which we knew ahead of time, but it's worth mentioning. Unfortunately a mediocre experience. Our room 303 was spacious and up to date furnished but nothing special. Bathroom was clean and up-to-date as well. Main beds were good. Breakfast was ok. My single room was comfortable and well equipped with a mini fridge, kettle (complete with complimentary peppermint tea), safe, TV, desk and en suite. I’m staying in this lovely hotel for several days! The location is excellent, you are in the center to everything! The hotel staff are very friendly and competent. The room is clean and fully equipped. For a small amount of money you get so good breakfast definitely worth booking. For the price/quality ratio, I highly recommend this hotel.

Plenty of well organised parking and services for the driver and family the toilets were clean and the restaurant had a great choice of fresh cooked food and salads for a reasonable price,one feels refreshed and satisfied to be able to continue on ones journey.

As a child, we used to stop by here every summer on our way to Spain. This place is lovely on the outside (great views of a little church at the back, for example), there are lots of parking spaces, and it's also nice inside as well (a toy shop, a motel, a canteen with a variety of German food to choose and enjoy). I've stopped there for a night for the last two years during post Christmas season. I've always liked the room at this hotel, descent size and very quiet and clean. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Would highly recommend it to travellers, and I'll personally definitely go back there when I'm in baden baden again.

We stopped for one night as we travelled through europe. The staff were friendly but quite slow in serving terms. The hotel ran out of beer on the first round and didn't offer dinner. Rooms clean and fresh.

Large, clean and modern furnished apartment. The shower was noticeably large. The breakfast room was small - it was difficult to keep your distance here - but due to the few guests it worked well. The breakfast was plentiful and lovingly prepared. Scrambled eggs were offered fresh. The parking situation is horrific - more of an urban problem ... I will gladly come again.

They mixed up my booking so I didn’t have the bath or balcony I ordered. After one night with a side building view I was swapped up to the attic with a better view and more space.

Very nice, beautiful and clean room. But for hotel of 3 stars there was no place to- for example- refill water or just enjoy coffee out of breakfast hours. Internet doesnt work on phones. No hair dryer. We just came from 2 stars hotel and they had all this.

We had a good stay, the Hotel was comfortable and staff were nice. A 24 hour consierge would be convenient and lights out in the communal areas at midnight was a bit unexpected.
