Holiday Inn Express Baden-Baden by IHG, Baden-Baden1 / 50

Excellent and clean hotel with breakfast included
It’s a very comfortable, clean, quiet hotel with very attentive and helpful front office staff. Breakfast was very satisfying, with lots of choices and fresh tasty food. Easy to reach from the center by bus. We had amazing 2 days in Baden Baden
Very good location, minutes away from city center and baths. Very clean and good breakfast choices.
The hotel is nice and overall we were satisfied with our stay. Breakfast was delicious but if you stay for several nights, you might get bored with it. What we didn't like was that there was no fridge in the room and the parking was too expensive.
Rooms are modern and clean. Friendly staff. Value for money. The breakfast is somewhat basic.
I was here for a night in September. Like almost all Holiday Inn Expresses it was fairly basic but everything was clean, the bed was adequate, and the location was really nice. I would use this hotel again

Best five star I’ve ever stayed at (in terms of service and staff helpfulness). Some people say nothing is perfect, but the Brenner tries very hard to be perfect! It’s true that google maps takes you to the wrong spot (off by one street), so they should change that. But, once you arrive, the staff is ultra helpful. From the valet, to the door service, to the concierge, the people were awesome! ...
I stayed at Brenners Hotel for the first time and was impressed by the beauty of the rooms, which have a timeless, classic charm and are quite spacious. The view of the park, both morning and evening, was stunning. The service was very good, though the bar could use a bit more staff in the evening. The atmosphere there with the fireplace and pianist is simply perfect. The breakfast is outstanding,...
I stayed here as part of the American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts. I mostly came here to rank the dining on Beli. The location on Google Maps will take you to the parking garage if you are driving. I didn’t know they had a parking service, and the hotel charged me €39 for the garage. Better off parking for free on the street. The garage is confusing and under construction; there are signs to the...
This hotel is unlike any other I have been to in the world. Every detail has been thought of, and the staff are unbelievably professional and kind. Much of the property has just been renovated and it’s absolutely exquisite.
We stayed at this establishment for 4 nights, and the experience has been outstanding: the excellent location makes it easy to explore Baden Baden. Even without a rental car, it is very convenient to get around Baden Baden, either on foot or by public transit. This establishment is like a quiet oasis in a park setting, and it invites you to relax and to leave any stress behind. Service is outstanding...
Our family had the pleasure of staying at Brenners Park Hotel this summer while visiting friends in Germany. I travel a lot and have stayed Waldorf hotels and I also have intercontinental platinum ambassador status. This hotel by far is the best. The service, food and attention to detail blew me away. Breakfast is a whole experience on its own. If you are looking to stay in the area this is the hotel...

Under the circumstances due to COVID19, it was a very successful stay. Breakfast was served a la carte and was very tasty and generous. The tables had enough space and were disinfected after each guest. All staff and guests wore a mask. I felt very safe. The staff was very friendly and had got me something delicious for the evening from a to go restaurant service and set a table in the restaurant....
A nice hotel in a pretty good central location, with very helpful staff. When booking in, the front desk staff spent a fair bit of time explaining what was in the local area, and even annotated a local map for us. The room was clean however, our minibar/fridge had food left in there which produced a pretty bad smell, which had already stunk out the room. Pretty unusual that the cleaners missed this...
It was good with friendly attentive staff. As a three star+ I didn't expect a lot but was happy. The main thing I would want is something homemade for breakfast. Anything homemade. Omelette, Crêpes, pancakes, French Toast, Huevos Rancheros, breakfast rolls, breakfast burrito, Standard English breakfast, pho, breakfast bowl, a scone, biscuits... The easy to make affordable options are endless. Anything...
Perfect little gem in the heart of Baden-Baden. We love this hotel and stay here every year. We feel very save here at the difficult time.
Class and modern hotel in a prime location in Baden-Baden. Breakfast was a la carte and all necessary safety precautions were taken in the hotel. We felt very comfortable and safe. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly.
Probably typical for the area, but the rooms were rather small. The bathroom door won't even open 90 degrees before it hits the toilet, and there is no room to move around. No A/C in the room, either, which we knew ahead of time, but it's worth mentioning. Would also recommend against using their parking, as they have very limited space and pack many cars into it, so they have to keep your keys so...

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Hotel Romerhof. Staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was great, location was perfect for visiting the baths, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was airy and clean. We enjoyed the balcony. Thank you, Hotel Romerhof!
Great place to stay Perfect location near spas and shops, staff was welcoming and hotel was very comfortable.
Not the best in Baden Baden, not the worst. Location was convenient. Staff was helpful. Room was okay, but the bed was not comfortable and the bathroom layout was terrible. The breakfast was ordinary. It was fine for the price, but nest time I’d rather spend a little more and get something a little better.
Excellent location, very clean, with friendly staff and a great choice for breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room, good breakfast & centrally located to Christmas market.

Great location in center of town. Quaint hotel in altstadt. Room and bathroom were comfortable. Check in was smooth. Staff was very helpful and considerate. Breakfast was nice. Location was very close to everything downtown. Would stay again.
Everything was great, helpful friendly receptionist, very clean, in great location and reasonable price.
Rude manager but great staff and hotel Initial welcome was good however the manager was absolutely a disgrace to the hotel. I feel for her staff. This should have no not impact the hotel and other staff. Everyone else was welcoming.. breakfast was lovely, location very good and central. It was a shame one member of staff behaviour could be so unreasonable and childish.
yery friemdly service, defenetry recommend there i would back
Unfortunately a mediocre experience. Our room 303 was spacious and up to date furnished but nothing special. Bathroom was clean and up-to-date as well. Main beds were good. Breakfast was ok. Parking can be done in 2 parking garages in walking distance and costs max 20 p/d. Limited in hight but our tiguan with rooftop box fitted in. Hotel location is great and in dead center of town. Ideal for a visit...
Breakfast is five-star and as satisfying as an average German family hotel👍 But if it's not the main building, you need to use a key. The doors to other auxiliary buildings also need to be opened with a key, which takes a while. And the basic room type may not have air conditioning but only a fan. But the weather in Baden-Baden is not too hot and can be tolerated. I like to simply tidy up before checking...

Clean hotel, a bit outdated but fairly well located near the town center. A nice walk quickly brings you to a lovely park and eventually into a forest. The staff is friendly and was very keen to help us with our requests. Pets are welcome. We were in room 8, which is the only one with a door to the backyard. The room was clean and spacious and felt like a memory of old times splendor
Disappointing breakfast, very friendly Night staff, very unfriendly breakfast personnel. All in all the stay was okay
Nice location. Convenient. Basic. Older hotel showing its age - peeling paint, some wood rot, etc. No aircon / AC. Still it was clean and good size. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast while a basic continental breakfast, it was good with fresh bread.
Tv programming are old programs no English Channels hallways not ventilation old carpets Elevator didn’t work and we have to go through the side door to climb the stairs I can’t imagine if disable man have to go.No 24. Hours reception, Overall it’s cheap hotel .
We had a mixed experience. Room would be convenient to the Festspielhaus, but it’s a bit of a walk to the City Center. The room was basic but adequately comfortable. We stayed a month in Germany, and this was our least favorite hotel of the stay when considering all factors. There is an elevator.Breakfast was basic but adequate. Pretty dining area. Parking is nearby, but the older woman working...
The hotel is next to the festspielhaus and it’s parking. Very convenient. Hotel staff were very accommodating and supportive. The hotel is basic BUT is well kept, clean and offers everything needed for a short stay. The room was an adequate size with an efficient bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent supported by a very efficient staff. Great value for the money.

Large hotel on the hillside overlooking the town. Gardens surround the hotel. There is an external car park, with additional parking in a garage (this is below ground & is charged) The hotel has a large restaurant with external terrace. The rooms are modern & comfortable. There is no air conditioning - however, when asked at reception I was given a room fan. (Much needed in the July heat) There is...
The hotel is average at best and I feel once we go to Baden-Baden realised there were many better places to stay. The best thing about the hotel was the massive room size and its balcony. But there were many problems - the water temperature in the showers was not consistent, there no acs so the rooms are very hot, etc During our stay there was also construction nearby so it was extremely.
Great place to stay to explore Baden-Baden. The hotel is located on narrow streets up a steep hill overlooking the town. The town centre is approx 15 minutes away on foot but we highly recommend getting a taxi back. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed.
This hotel was very nice. The room was very spacious and modern with a really cool layout. The breakfast was very good, the staff were all incredibly nice. Overall this was an excellent hotel experience, one of the best. It made for a very relaxing time in Baden-Baden. Plus the hotel gives out coupons for the Caracalla spa nearby, I recommend going there as well. Overall 5 star experience in Baden...

I've stopped there for a night for the last two years during post Christmas season. I've always liked the room at this hotel, descent size and very quiet and clean. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Would highly recommend it to travellers, and I'll personally definitely go back there when I'm in baden baden again.
Great Hotel for Baden-Baden, however the walk back from the town centre may be a little too steep for some.
We stopped for one night as we travelled through europe. The staff were friendly but quite slow in serving terms. The hotel ran out of beer on the first round and didn't offer dinner. Rooms clean and fresh.
Very cosy and quiet place to spend romantic vacation or businesstrip. Not far from the main attractions. We spent fantastic fortnight on this, 2015 new year. Thanks a lot to all the staff for care and the hotel owner for quality management!

Perfect in every way. The breakfast was amazing, the welcome and staff couldn't have got it better. The location and quality, cleanliness of the room, we couldn't have asked for more. After a day of walking and sightseeing I slept well and happy
What an absolute gem of a hotel! We had a lovely room with a balcony. Don’t get me wrong this hotel is not posh, but neither is the price tag. It’s a charming little boutique hotel in a fabulous location that offers an excellent breakfast.
Pleasant means it was nice but not outstanding. As other reviews have said the breakfast really was very good. The bathroom was very good quality and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable but décor was a little underwhelming. It is very close to a lovely park.
A fabulous, family-run boutique hotel in an amazing location in the centre of old town Baden-Baden. The rooms are nice and the breakfast room is stellar with lovely decor and an excellent breakfast including homemade pots of chia with almond milk and platters of tropical fruit. Wished we could have stayed longer We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Humber’s Hotel. Our room was very clean with a good sized wardrobe/storage space. The bed was extremely comfortable, the most comfortable of our 2 week trip. Breakfast was superb, an excellent selection of good quality products. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The attached cafe/bar was also excellent.

I had a perfect stay here. The hosts are so friendly and hospitable. The rooms are large, clean, and well appointed. Parking is free. The breakfast is better than most 5* hotels I’ve stayed in, it must take them hours of prep and yet they’re still happy and smiley with every guest at 7am. There is no restaurant onsite so I ate at the restaurant opposite, there is however an honesty bar. I can’t wait...
We loved our stay... It was too short, we will come back! The area is beautiful, quiet and serene, just a few kilometers away from Baden Baden. The staff in this family owned hotel is very welcoming. Thank you !! Arrived late on a Sunday when we couldn’t get a thing in Baden Baden. Booked online 30 mins before arrival. The hotel is friendly, Exceptionally clean, and serves a wonderful breakfast, with friendly staff that make you feel so welcome. A nice typical German spa town cafe. I needed espresso, eggs, bread, cheese and cured meat for breakfast and found it all here! Next time I would stay here.
The cakes were great. But the main dishes were not so amazing. Service was okay, might be our table were too far from the store.
Delicious for lunch, Quiche, pizza & pastry.

Good hotel considering the location
Easy parking and access. Spacious room that was warm and comfy. Friendly and helpful staff. Per friendly. A nice place to stay for a few nights when you’re traveling.
1. We were surprised that it was a service area and without air conditioning 2. BIZARRE 3. Correct price-service ratio 4. Service area surroundings and no air conditioning, the hotel needs to be modernized, very old and dated
We stopped in this place for lunch on way to Switzerland from Amsterdam. A big space with all basic amenities and a food court. Good choices of foods including for those who look for vegetarian food. Clean place and good coffee.
Plenty of well organised parking and services for the driver and family the toilets were clean and the restaurant had a great choice of fresh cooked food and salads for a reasonable price, one feels refreshed and satisfied to be able to continue on ones journey.
Play yard available. Great for lunch with kids. Cleaning could be better.

Very nice and quiet room, delicious wine and grape juice. Always my pleasure

Great centrally located hotel with enormous family room. Wonderful spread at breakfast too. Beds very comfortable, perfect temperature in the hotel and overall very clean. Some decor dated but have to accept that for location. Great place. Recommend for families.
Hotel Etol was very well located downtown Baden Baden however hard to find but once you did, easy access to the main street and good sightseeing. Parking limited. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. Great breakfast. Right downtown so easy to walk everywhere. Would stay again and recommend.

Beautiful hotel, noisy location The hotel is quaint, lovely and very charming. Location is in the middle of activity which is great. The Hotel Bischoff is located in the beautiful center of Baden-Baden and yet quietly located opposite the Friedrichsbad. You have to pick up the key at the Hotel Laterne and breakfast was also served in the beautifully Christmas-decorated Café Laterne. The room and bathroom are functional with everything you need. The WiFi still has a multi-digit code and is very weak.
Fantastic location opposite the spa complex. Room spotlessly clean. Breakfast fine, but one day it was served at a sister hotel down the road . Building a little noisy from other guests - wooden stairs, echoey hallway, but it wouldn’t stop me staying here again.
They mixed up my booking so I didn’t have the bath or balcony I ordered. After one night with a side building view I was swapped up to the attic with a better view and more space.
Very nice, beautiful and clean room. But for hotel of 3 stars there was no place to- for example- refill water or just enjoy coffee out of breakfast hours. Internet doesnt work on phones. No hair dryer. We just came from 2 stars hotel and they had all this.
Reasonably priced hotel in a great location. Good rooms.

We stayed for three nights. We took the train in then hopped on bus 201. Frau Peter's told us via email where to get off. Our room was spotless and modern. Breakfat was a typical German breakfast and delicious. Both Herr and Frau were a wealth of information and so friendly. We either walked to town center via a lovely parkway or took the bus. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend.
Loved the no nonsense clean tidy efficient room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and on the bus route to the town centre.
Service, service, service! Welcomed with very friendly, English speaking, host. Parking was easy. Building is older but in great shape. Room was good size, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was good. Breakfast was great. Bus stop very close and easily found.
The owners were supremely hospitable and helpful. Intact they even helped a girl who had locked her keys in her car even though agree wasn't a guest on the hotel. I would certainly come again!
Service was absolutely amazing but the parking was a little tricky with all of the construction in the area at the time. I would recommend this place though. Good location. Walking distance to the casino and many other nice places.
