Unfortunately a mediocre experience. Our room 303 was spacious and up to date furnished but nothing special. Bathroom was clean and up-to-date as well. Main beds were good. Breakfast was ok. Parking can be done in 2 parking garages in walking distance and costs max 20 p/d. Limited in hight but our tiguan with rooftop box fitted in. Hotel location is great and in dead center of town. My single room was comfortable and well equipped with a mini fridge, kettle (complete with complimentary peppermint tea), safe, TV, desk and en suite. The highlight was definitely the breakfast which had a much larger variety of food on offer than I expected (hot and cold meats, fruit, cereal, breads, jams, pastries, yoghurt, salad and some Mediterranean antipasti) and nice coffee prepared on request...

I’m staying in this lovely hotel for several days! The location is excellent, you are in the center to everything! The hotel staff are very friendly and competent. The room is clean and fully equipped. For a small amount of money you get so good breakfast definitely worth booking. For the price/quality ratio, I highly recommend this hotel.

Plenty of well organised parking and services for the driver and family the toilets were clean and the restaurant had a great choice of fresh cooked food and salads for a reasonable price,one feels refreshed and satisfied to be able to continue on ones journey.

As a child, we used to stop by here every summer on our way to Spain. This place is lovely on the outside (great views of a little church at the back, for example), there are lots of parking spaces, and it's also nice inside as well (a toy shop, a motel, a canteen with a variety of German food to choose and enjoy). I've stopped there for a night for the last two years during post Christmas season. I've always liked the room at this hotel, descent size and very quiet and clean. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Would highly recommend it to travellers, and I'll personally definitely go back there when I'm in baden baden again.

Great Hotel for Baden-Baden, however the walk back from the town centre may be a little too steep for some.

We stopped for one night as we travelled through europe. The staff were friendly but quite slow in serving terms. The hotel ran out of beer on the first round and didn't offer dinner. Rooms clean and fresh.

For the price very nice room and good location. Check-in was a bit complicated as the door code didn't work and we had to call 3 different phone numbers.

Large, clean and modern furnished apartment. The shower was noticeably large. The breakfast room was small - it was difficult to keep your distance here - but due to the few guests it worked well. The breakfast was plentiful and lovingly prepared. Scrambled eggs were offered fresh. The parking situation is horrific - more of an urban problem ... I will gladly come again.

The hotel is average at best and I feel once we go to Baden-Baden realised there were many better places to stay. The best thing about the hotel was the massive room size and its balcony. But there were many problems - the water temperature in the showers was not consistent, there no acs so the rooms are very hot, etc During our stay there was also construction nearby so it was extremely.

Great place to stay to explore Baden-Baden. The hotel is located on narrow streets up a steep hill overlooking the town. The town centre is approx 15 minutes away on foot but we highly recommend getting a taxi back. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Great room and location. It is on a hill so walking may be difficult for some people. I liked the quiet and the view. Wifi worked and parking was free.

Under the circumstances due to COVID19, it was a very successful stay. Breakfast was served a la carte and was very tasty and generous. A nice hotel in a pretty good central location, with very helpful staff. When booking in, the front desk staff spent a fair bit of time explaining what was in the local area, and even annotated a local map for us. Probably typical for the area, but the rooms were rather small. The bathroom door won't even open 90 degrees before it hits the toilet, and there is no room to move around. No A/C in the room, either, which we knew ahead of time, but it's worth mentioning. Great staff very accommodation

We came here to sample the local game in the restaurant. It’s beautifully traditional woodwork carvings and paintings. The food is traditional hearty and tasty a cosy place to be with friends and dog friendly. The staff work hard but it would be nice if they smiled more and made you feel a little more welcome. Would recommend a visit.

One of the best meals our party ever had. We also own a restaurant this was the most authentic and passionate set of dishes we had on our two week trip. Our waitress “Adalina” was the epitome of courtesy and kindness. The food was made with so much love. It has an amazing signature to every dish, I wish I could have high-fived the kitchen staff. I don't know the hotel, only talking about the restaurant. Waiters speak German and English. The menu was not very well organized, but the service was helpful and explained us everything. We had a "menu" with soup as starter, salad, main dish, and dessert, for more or less 18€. Compared to others restaurants nearby, I think that this one is a good option.

The hotel is functional, nothing special in the room, we had a mobile air condition which most of the time was leaking water, the service and staff are very welcoming and helpful, the breakfest is good and the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious! Overall Baden is an expensive city so the value for money in this hotel is good.

We enjoyed are stay mostly due to the friendly personnel and the location, the hotel could benefit from some improvements. The room was big and quite homely. However, there were too little curtains to fully cover the window. We were woken up and kept up by the light. Interior was lovely, truly traditional and well maintained. Breakfast was fine.
