Always a good stay here . We come every year and the location of this hotel is second to none .

The room was good. Large enough and clean. But it was very stuffy and warm. An air conditioner would have been very nice. The beds were nice. But what is up with these German pillows?! They're way too soft!!

Stayed 4 nights as solo travel. Had a single room. The room was spacious. It had a fridge, kettle and safe. Bed would be tight for a taller individual. It was cleaned daily. Unfortunately a mediocre experience. Our room 303 was spacious and up to date furnished but nothing special. Bathroom was clean and up-to-date as well. Main beds were good. Breakfast was ok. My single room was comfortable and well equipped with a mini fridge, kettle (complete with complimentary peppermint tea), safe, TV, desk and en suite. The highlight was definitely the breakfast which had a much larger variety of food on offer than I expected (hot and cold meats, fruit, cereal, breads, jams, pastries, yoghurt, salad and some Mediterranean antipasti) and nice coffee prepared on request...

The rooms are not any youth, but still comfortable. The wifi connection is correct and the breakfast is good. What makes the most of this place is the restaurant really excellent.

Good Restaurant in Geroldsau/B. Baden. Parking is not a Problem. You can in there, and in good weather prior to that, sit in the beer garden. Good kitchen, the chefs, you can praise. Upscale prices for nearly continuous, high-quality food.

Very nice hotel, everything excellent especially very friendly staff. Location is good, 15 min to centre and close to bus stop. Only thing is they didnt change the bed sheet when we stayed there. I guess its good they save water

I had an amazing stay in this hotel! It’s located in a quaint atmospheric building, nevertheless it has all modern facilities you can need. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again.

I don't know the hotel, only talking about the restaurant. Waiters speak German and English. The menu was not very well organized, but the service was helpful and explained us everything. We had a "menu" with soup as starter, salad, main dish, and dessert, for more or less 18€. Compared to others restaurants nearby, I think that this one is a good option.

The hotel is functional, nothing special in the room, we had a mobile air condition which most of the time was leaking water, the service and staff are very welcoming and helpful, the breakfest is good and the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious! Overall Baden is an expensive city so the value for money in this hotel is good.

Way too long waiting time till the dishes will be ready. Also the allergens specification in the menu is totally messed up, there is an error in every second dish. Good duck, but the steaks are overdried.

Location is amazing! Right next to both of the greatest spas in Baden Baden. Kind and helpful staff and a free buffet breakfast ? Room was amazing with a great view overlooking both bathes.

For the price very nice room and good location. Check-in was a bit complicated as the door code didn't work and we had to call 3 different phone numbers.

Large, clean and modern furnished apartment. The shower was noticeably large. The breakfast room was small - it was difficult to keep your distance here - but due to the few guests it worked well. The breakfast was plentiful and lovingly prepared. Scrambled eggs were offered fresh. The parking situation is horrific - more of an urban problem ... I will gladly come again.

I've stopped there for a night for the last two years during post Christmas season. I've always liked the room at this hotel, descent size and very quiet and clean. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Would highly recommend it to travellers, and I'll personally definitely go back there when I'm in baden baden again.

Great Hotel for Baden-Baden, however the walk back from the town centre may be a little too steep for some.

We stopped for one night as we travelled through europe. The staff were friendly but quite slow in serving terms. The hotel ran out of beer on the first round and didn't offer dinner. Rooms clean and fresh.

Very cosy and quiet place to spend romantic vacation or businesstrip. Not far from the main attractions. We spent fantastic fortnight on this, 2015 new year. Thanks a lot to all the staff for care and the hotel owner for quality management!

Plenty of well organised parking and services for the driver and family the toilets were clean and the restaurant had a great choice of fresh cooked food and salads for a reasonable price,one feels refreshed and satisfied to be able to continue on ones journey.

Play yard available. Great for lunch with kids. Cleaning could be better.

As a child, we used to stop by here every summer on our way to Spain. This place is lovely on the outside (great views of a little church at the back, for example), there are lots of parking spaces, and it's also nice inside as well (a toy shop, a motel, a canteen with a variety of German food to choose and enjoy). The staff was very nice and prepared also a very good breakfast for us. Comfortable room, warm and clean. They have great wines and gave us some to taste.

It is a beautiful place. To horizon is amazing. Really worth the visit and even to taste some wine. There is many other wineries around Baden-Baden, so you can try a few of them. People were very polite and nice to us during our time in Germany. I loved!

A nice typical German spa town cafe. I needed espresso, eggs, bread, cheese and cured meat for breakfast and found it all here! Next time I would stay here.

They mixed up my booking so I didn’t have the bath or balcony I ordered. After one night with a side building view I was swapped up to the attic with a better view and more space.

Very nice, beautiful and clean room. But for hotel of 3 stars there was no place to- for example- refill water or just enjoy coffee out of breakfast hours. Internet doesnt work on phones. No hair dryer. We just came from 2 stars hotel and they had all this.

Nice place close to the theatre of Baden Baden, walking Distance to the city center. Rooms are less impressive than the pictures suggest. Parking spots available about 200 m from hotel, unless u get one of about 20 spots in front of the hotel - observe the local maximum parking time! Beds are comfortable.

We enjoyed are stay mostly due to the friendly personnel and the location, the hotel could benefit from some improvements. The room was big and quite homely. My partner and I were visiting Baden-Baden for the first time and found ourselves here for dinner. We couldn't resist the opportunity to sit on their inviting patio where it was well heated, outfitted with faux fur pillows and cozy blankets. We stayed here last weekend. Beautiful hotel in the centre of town. The staff are friendly and the food is very good, with very generous portions. We'll certainly visit again.

We had a great meal and a great time at this restaurant! Friendly staff who spoke English. Most delicious Apple Strudel, see photo, with of ice cream and Bavarian cream.

We stayed there with our 2 teenagers. We rented 2 rooms with a connecting door. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was also big, wide and enjoyable to use. The locating is fantastic. Parking is challenging but manageable. We had a great time.

Speciality dishes were somewhat a bit salty but awesome overall. Warmer service from one staff member would have made the experience better
