Beautiful light interior and very good location. Not informed of ongoing work or that swimming pool was closed. A ladder was perched at the top of the stairs - so dangerous Phone not working in room
We will definitely come back Our room was great, bed firmness was perfect, comfortable and very spacey. Room had been cleaned very well Excellent customer service when we arrived. We felt welcome to your hotel
We arrived at midnight and were greeted by Criston, very kind, smiling and always ready to help. He is a wonderful person who made our evening more beautiful with smiles and solutions to our needs
The hotel is very clean, modern and minimalist design, diversified breakfast with many food options. All the staff are kind and knowledgeable. Congratulations, keep it up!
The hotel is still being renovated. But it is not indicated on the website and it was an unpleasant surprise! 2. The website indicates that there is a swimming pool in the hotel
This was a minor inconvenience, and it might be helpful to inform guests about this during the booking process so they can plan accordingly. Despite this, the location of the hotel remains a significant advantage

An amazing location with acres of vineyards on your doorstep. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast was perfect on the terrace in the morning
We enjoyed staying in this hotel. They have good restaurant and the breakfast is also awesome. Our young kids enjoyed the room and the night sky with the wall glass/door. Will definitely stay here again next time.
With west facing rooms the view over the Rhein valley into the distant hills of France is outstanding. Not far from the beautiful Baden-Baden city, the local walks through slopes of vineyards are another bonus
Special shoutout to Axel who looked after us and was so attentive and kind! We will definitely be back if we are ever passing through again. Do not hesitate to book the hotel or eat at the restaurant!
Most importantly, staff were amazing! Particularly Layla and Sandra Albrecht who went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. We will defiantly stay again!
The restaurant served really tasty appetising food, menus were made available in English as needed. The room was lovely, the views outstanding and the whole experience was relaxing and a perfect end to our road trip

Modern hotel and and old half blended together nicely. The rooms are modern and large. The big feature is the in hotel spa. There is a warm indoor lap pool and a hot pool that in both indoor and outdoor
Nice hotel. Nice staff. Good Breakfast. Not enough restaurants. There is underground Parking. The pool, sauna and so on. Outdoor pool with thermal water. View. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes
In General, normal. Great. If no Pravitelstva. Great hotel and rooms are excellent. Pool with thermal - free.
A unique hotel in Baden (with its thermal pool). But the flip side of this uniqueness low level of service and perslnal in General.
but it's under construction and except for a small outside pool all was out of order. Let the people park for free and give them breakfast included in the room rate. A brand like radisson should be able to do so
150€ per night without breakfast(they charge 35!€ for breakfast with two people) and 19!!€ for parking the car in a very narrow garage is not worth it. They show beautiful pictures of their pool on the website

The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed the expansive breakfast buffet
A beautiful luxury hotel in the lovely (yet expensive) town of Baden Baden. Everything is top quality from the comfortable and spacious room, through the perfectly temperatured pool, to the varied, fresh breakfast
There were times when requests took longer than anticipated, which detracted from the overall experience. The location is excellent, situated near many of Baden-Baden's attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing
We stayed 3 nights here in between our cycling trips in Europe. It was a splurge and quite worth it! We had a superior room with a terrace and the room was spacious and very comfy
One of the highlights of my visit was the spa, which is a must-try! It offers a range of rejuvenating treatments and a tranquil environment that perfectly complements the hotel’s luxurious vibe
Overall, Maison Messmer has a lot of potential with its stunning ambiance, great location, and fantastic spa, but improvements in service would elevate the experience significantly

Helpful staff, rooms are large, modern and clean, fantastic spa for treatments and just relaxing. Oh and the shades are automatic. And the bathrooms have big tubs and rain showers ??Love it and would definitely return.
This is a great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the valet parking experience, the check-in, the rooftop bar and the check-out. Our room had very modern and cool interior - we loved it
The only downside is that the hotel restaurant (Moriki) charged us DOUBLE for our dinner. 50 Euro and charged it to the room
The overall experience exceeded my expectations in every aspect - from the friendly and attentive service provided by your staff to the top-notch facilities, quality of food, and breakfast offerings
I don't blame her or the hotel, but shockingly bad by the restaurant
One of the reasons I chose to stay in Baden-Baden is its strategic location at the center between several countries, and I am delighted to say that Roomers Hotel has truly become my preferred choice for accommodation

La grande dame of Baden Baden😍 Luxury and charm of the old world. Palacial rooms and suites, perfect service, delicious breakfast with champagne, wonderfull cocktails in the bar. Nothing to add and nothing to take away
Brenners Park Hotel offers world class service and the staff made sure every need was met. We had a villa with a private balcony that overlooked the lush gardens
My room was elegant, with luxurious furnishings and a beautiful balcony overlooking the park. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a range of treatments and an indoor pool that provided ultimate relaxation
I recently stayed at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa in Baden-Baden, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel is nestled in a serene park setting, offering peaceful views of the gardens and the Oos River
Even the hotel was (or still is) under construction, we never noticed anything of it and service, rooms,. Spacious room, beautiful setting, nothing to remark
The service was impeccable, making every moment feel special. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious escape!

We have been able to spend a wonderful weekend in Baden-Baden and this is also a first-class Hotel, and the bombastic Breakfast. I can only say this: TOP Service TOP rooms TOP location We are more than satisfied!
The room was good. Large enough and clean. But it was very stuffy and warm. An air conditioner would have been very nice. The beds were nice. But what is up with these German pillows?! They're way too soft!!
The single bed was comfortable, there is a work desk with power outlets, a small shower (fully enclosed!) and enough room to repack my huge suitcase as I begin a ten day journey across Germany, France and Switzerland
Wifi worked well and there is a hot water kettle with tea/coffee items and a small refrigerator. I did not take a meal here and did not need to use their parking. For a base to explore Baden-Baden, it's five stars
I booked a single room, I was checked in to a single room. Plenty comfortable, quiet and located along the Sophienstraße, it is close to shopping and restaurants and the bus stop is not far away
They let us leave our luggage with them after check-out to do some activities before leaving the city - very much appreciated. Rooms were spacious and had their older charm

In the evening we ate at the restaurant. The food was very tasty, the taste was well balanced, the service was friendly and polite, with a pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back. I still remember good food.
Went there for lunch and we were not disappointed. A very quiet, charming restaurant on the outskirts of Baden-Baden with a beautiful terrace, ideal for alfresco dining during the warm summer months
The food was delicious with some great vegetables. They also have a large selection of local wines. Definitely worth a detour if you're in the area
My favorite thing is where the sun loungers are!! Amazing, very soft and comfortable! I will definitely be back again to enjoy my stay, perhaps longer! I give 5 stars because I can't give 10! I'm a happy guest!
The hotel Heiligenstein we've stayed many times. We love the spacious Junior Suite with a beautiful design, attention to detail, the warm atmosphere and a huge balcony. Friendly atmosphere, good restaurant
What a nice Hotel! This place was amazing from every point of view! We enjoyed the sauna at first and after dinner we could enjoy the garden with a drink, amazing. The breakfast was also perfect

Overall I would recommend this place and I would stay again! This is not for everyone but if you want to have a “5-star” experience, go to a 5-star hotel ;) To me it was practical, cozy, and what I needed for my stay
I did not get the name of the receptionist but she was very patient and sweet and walked me through the check in. I was lucky enough to get a 1st floor room right outside the main building
My room was clean and had no issues, I just wished that the wi-fi was faster so I could stream my shows on my iPad! The location was great and prime locations were all walkable distance (best restaurant for me was an Indian restaurant called Ganesha!)
Very kind welcoming hotel. Very kind owner. Calm and clean. Near the bus station. Lovely breakfast. I strongly recommand.
Luxury at an affordable price. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast included. Great water pressure in shower.
2 therefore we slept with the window open which meant we were disturbed in sleep by street noises till 1 am. 3 the 3rd additional bed was an unconformable sleeping sofa with very hard surface

Staff was super friendly and helped us get our bags up the stairs! The in house Restaurant has good food and service too! It’s well located if you’re doing a 2-3 day trip to baden baden
The rooms are extremely cozy, with lavish furniture and ample space. Lastly, the food in the restaurant downstairs is of sumptuous quality, one of the best in the entire town. S:The centre is a stone s throw from the inn
Absolutely phenomenal stay with a lovely staff! We had such a wonderful stay; everything was just amazing. The food in the restaurant was so good for both dinner and breakfast; we highly recommend dinner here
Beautiful cozy hotel right in the heart of Baden Baden. Easy walking distance to everything the town has to offer. Room was comfy and staff very friendly. Great spot to stay at.
A small and friendly hotel. Located at a short walking distance from all the sites in the town. Nice and very helpful staff. There is a parking option 5 minutes' walk away.
The room was gorgeous, the parking was inexpensive and close, the best spa was literally a few minutes walk away from the hotel and the property was beautiful and historic

I've stopped there for a night for the last two years during post Christmas season. I've always liked the room at this hotel, descent size and very quiet and clean. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast
Very cosy and quiet place to spend romantic vacation or businesstrip. Not far from the main attractions. We spent fantastic fortnight on this, 2015 new year
Would highly recommend it to travellers, and I'll personally definitely go back there when I'm in baden baden again
Great Hotel for Baden-Baden, however the walk back from the town centre may be a little too steep for some.
Thanks a lot to all the staff for care and the hotel owner for quality management!
We stopped for one night as we travelled through europe. The staff were friendly but quite slow in serving terms. The hotel ran out of beer on the first round and didn't offer dinner. Rooms clean and fresh.

Friendly staff. The location is great, ideally situated close to the city centre. Breakfast was good. Hotel room was comfortable and clean.
Easy check in. Big room. Small but beautiful bathroom. Great location. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Friendly and helpful staff to provide all the useful information to tourists. The only flaw, for which I do not rate with 5 stars, the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, but only with a simple fan
Nice hotel in a strategic position in Baden Baden: close to the historical center of the city, in a quiet position and well served by public transport. Good value for money, with breakfast always included
Nice hotel. Easy arrive via city bus or car. It’s just next to Festspielhaus. The staff is nice. Room is very clean and cozy. 10 mins walk to city center.
Stayed here in 2018, good hotel, good staff, close to all, met a beautiful woman in Baden-Baden who could have stolen my heart, a great location for R&R.

Lovely hotel tucked away in a beautiful little township not to far from Baden-baden. Nice welcoming feel with friendly staff and very good breakfast. Made for an enjoyable stopover and prices were good.
Was only there 1 night. Very clean and very friendly staff. Hygiene regulations implemented very well. Will book it again as soon as we are in the area
Excellent in all respects. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and spacious. evening meal and breakfast was also very good.

Only complaint was the shower was very hard to get to the right temperature—it was either cold, or scalding hot. After a few minutes of playing with the control I could get it a good temperature but it was difficult
An excellent hotel with a very gracious front desk and bar staff, and wonderful accommodations. The location is perfect and near the Friedrichsbad, although having to lug a very heavy suitcase up that hill was a trial
Great hotel situated right near the heart of Baden-Baden, especially close to Caracalla and Friedrichsbad. I enjoyed my stay here, though the rooms do get hot and I'm pretty sure the one we stayed in didn't have AC
Situated close to the city centre, this hotel is a short walk from some of the highest rated restaurants on trip advisor. Offering plenty of car parking and high quality of service I have yet to find fault
However, the view, the location, and natural beauty of the surroundings and coolness of the building/hotel made it worth it. The room was modern, clean, with comfortable bed and great facilities
Super Hotel, nice staff, more than 3 star value. This Hotel is to recommend. The rooms are Tip Top and beautiful. You will feel like at home. We will be back.

A must during your stay in the region. Either for a stay in the hotel or a beautiful dîner you won’t regret your choice. (A truly amazing chef will make your time special for a very reasonable price)
I stayed for one night at Hotel Restaurant Haus Rebland, which was an excellent experience. The very best service, and a room with all the right amenities, one needs for a pleasant stay
Top class treatment. Excellent customer service. The best and most affordable hotel and restaurant in Baden-Baden.

Charming hotel, wonderful location in the centre. Would not stay anywhere else. All the rooms are so tastefully decorated and recently refurbished. Service 5 star, excellent restaurant ,cannot fault.
I am absolutely in love with this hotel! The service is superior and the rooms are so comfy, you almost don't want to leave! The little touches left in the room are wonderful BUT the level of service is far and above anything I expected! The staff treats you with such warmth and respect and they are exceptional at their jobs! I will stay here again and again!!
My fiancé and I stayed in the penthouse, impeccable decor, impeccable cleanliness, incredible service from the staff (all of them) I'm in love with you and this hotel in Baden Baden, so much so that I want to go back one day and I recommend it to everyone
Super friendly check-in without prior booking, we were just ordinary walk-ins. They treated us like a little prince and princess. It was nice quiet rooms facing the backside. Nothing was missing to have a quiet night
Incredible hotel in a perfect location. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and lovely. A short walk away from all of the great sights and activities in Baden Baden
Unfortunately, we had a rainy day while there but when we came back to the hotel from walking in the rain, they brought us a cappuccino to the lounge and turned the fire on to help us get warm

Lovely hotel. Convenient location. The views are beautiful. The center of the city. Helpful staff. :)
Pat and I first visited Baden Baden during our honeymoon thirty years ago. We returned last month, April 2010, and stayed in the center of town at Hotel Haus Reichert
The accommodations and amenities are top notch

As my father have had a knee replacement last year (he can walk perfectly fine but walking up 3 floors might put a lot of strain on the knee), we asked if it's possible to change to a room at the lowest floor and they accommodated us without any problems
We had our rooms changed and were perfectly happy A few downsides were the occasional noise from the outside, which can wake you up if you're a light sleeper. And parking could be a bit of a hassle due to the small space
Excellent stay. Beautiful rooms with a unique mixture of ancient and modern. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast very tasty and complete. Cleanest room I have seen! Very recommended. We'll be back.
This hotel was best choice in Baden Baden. The reception staff were always smiling and very kind while they providing their service. The hotel itself was very very clean and quiet
Everything was perfect. Our breakfast and cappuccinos were amazing. The only thing was that we had three wasps in our room after leaving the window open to get some fresh air.
Without a doubt the friendliest hotel manager I have ever met! He came running outside as soon as we arrived to help us find a place to park
