This is a great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the valet parking experience, the check-in, the rooftop bar and the check-out. Our room had very modern and cool interior - we loved it

Helpful staff, rooms are large, modern and clean, fantastic spa for treatments and just relaxing. Oh and the shades are automatic. And the bathrooms have big tubs and rain showers ??Love it and would definitely return.

When we checked out, the restaurant had charged 281 Euro to our room! The girl at the reception checked the paper receipt I had signed and was really embarrassed and apologetic about the mistake

Gym, sauna, spa are amazing, clothing not allowed for us Americans in the sauna (typical in this area). There is a rooftop hotel bar that’s enclosed next to the pool, serves drinks and some bar snacks

The overall experience exceeded my expectations in every aspect - from the friendly and attentive service provided by your staff to the top-notch facilities, quality of food, and breakfast offerings

We have been able to spend a wonderful weekend in Baden-Baden and this is also a first-class Hotel, and the bombastic Breakfast. I can only say this: TOP Service TOP rooms TOP location We are more than satisfied!

There is a paid, covered parking a couple of minutes away by foot (Vincenti) but you can park in front of the hotel to load/unload your bags. The Caracalla spa is just around the corner

Stayed 4 nights as solo travel. It had a fridge, kettle and safe. Bed would be tight for a taller individual. WiFi works well on the phone but was a little weak on the laptop. At least from my room on the 3rd floor

The location is very near the town center and bus Links. With some daily variety in the warm food. Go for an earlier sitting though so you can enjoy full variety. The reception was very helpful

The front desk closes at 9pm however, which makes taking advantage of their pool table impossible later at night

Overall I would recommend this place and I would stay again! This is not for everyone but if you want to have a “5-star” experience, go to a 5-star hotel ;) To me it was practical, cozy, and what I needed for my stay

I did not get the name of the receptionist but she was very patient and sweet and walked me through the check in. I was lucky enough to get a 1st floor room right outside the main building

My room was clean and had no issues, I just wished that the wi-fi was faster so I could stream my shows on my iPad! The location was great and prime locations were all walkable distance (best restaurant for me was an Indian restaurant called Ganesha!)

Unfortunately, we had a rainy day while there but when we came back to the hotel from walking in the rain, they brought us a cappuccino to the lounge and turned the fire on to help us get warm

2 years ago I was the first time here to visit with one of the parents. Everything was perfect and to our satisfaction. Absolutely recommended

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! The service is superior and the rooms are so comfy, you almost don't want to leave! The little touches left in the room are wonderful BUT the level of service is far and above anything I expected! Our room was charming, spotlessly clean and cozy! It truly felt like home! The hotel is located in a great part of the city… a little removed from all of the busyness of the town, but a very short walk! I highly encourage booking your stay here

Modern hotel and and old half blended together nicely. The rooms are modern and large. The big feature is the in hotel spa. There is a warm indoor lap pool and a hot pool that in both indoor and outdoor

but it's under construction and except for a small outside pool all was out of order. Let the people park for free and give them breakfast included in the room rate. A brand like radisson should be able to do so

150€ per night without breakfast(they charge 35!€ for breakfast with two people) and 19!!€ for parking the car in a very narrow garage is not worth it. They show beautiful pictures of their pool on the website

The exercise room was under repair. Service in the restaurant and bar could have been better

The hotel location made it easy to explore the heart of the city. My only concern was the poor quality of the WiFI - very unstable and low rate when connected. They said they were aware and working to fix it

There were times when requests took longer than anticipated, which detracted from the overall experience. The location is excellent, situated near many of Baden-Baden's attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing

The entrance was a bit hard to find due to construction - the main building is being renovated so only the smaller building is being utilized but that is not reflected on google maps navigation

The hotel Heiligenstein we've stayed many times. We love the spacious Junior Suite with a beautiful design, attention to detail, the warm atmosphere and a huge balcony. Friendly atmosphere, good restaurant

The food was delicious with some great vegetables. They also have a large selection of local wines. Definitely worth a detour if you're in the area

What a nice Hotel! This place was amazing from every point of view! We enjoyed the sauna at first and after dinner we could enjoy the garden with a drink, amazing. The breakfast was also perfect

Spend an afternoon indulging in the saunas, and peaceful relaxation areas. There's also a state-of-the-art fitness center to enjoy. The heated outdoor pool overlooking the city is a highlight on warm days

You can easily walk into town within minutes and without mayor traffic. Pool was not accessible during my stay due renovation but that was mentioned to me. I can fully recommend Leonardo!

Good location, spacy and clean room, a set of additional pleasure are available like spa, swiming pool even I couldn't use it, didn't have time; and the main carachteristic is the friendless of the reception desk staff!

I stayed at Leonardo during a business trip. The room was spacious and clean. All expected amenities were available. Breakfast was a real highlight: well made arrangements of local food and greet choice of coffee

A small and friendly hotel. Located at a short walking distance from all the sites in the town. Nice and very helpful staff. There is a parking option 5 minutes' walk away.

The room was gorgeous, the parking was inexpensive and close, the best spa was literally a few minutes walk away from the hotel and the property was beautiful and historic

We stopped for one night as we travelled through europe. The staff were friendly but quite slow in serving terms. The hotel ran out of beer on the first round and didn't offer dinner. Rooms clean and fresh.

A must during your stay in the region. Either for a stay in the hotel or a beautiful dîner you won’t regret your choice. (A truly amazing chef will make your time special for a very reasonable price)

Friendly and helpful staff to provide all the useful information to tourists. The only flaw, for which I do not rate with 5 stars, the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, but only with a simple fan

Great food, clean bathrooms (free for customers), interesting history of the mill and restaurant. Bring your patience, the staff has a lot of tables to cover so it can take some time to get served but it's worth the wait

We went there for diner, with no particular plans. But after diner we directly booked a table for the day after! This place is warm, the staff is available and welcoming, the food is great, good quality and affordable

Geroldsauer Muhle is just outside Baden Baden. It is a perfect place to stop for a proper German lunch. The building also has a mini shop and a high end supermarket with a bakery, cake section and meats

The restaurant food was large and delicious. We had the curry wurst and pork which were both great. The Black Forest cake was a great way to end the meal. Paid 51 euros including drinks

Interesting restaurant and shop concept. If you're nearby, go there for dinner or stroll through their healthy food shop. Can get rather busy on the weekends though.

No space inside for bicycles. Otherwise the place is ideal. They did provide plastic covers for our bikes though!

Wonderfully retro!

As my father have had a knee replacement last year (he can walk perfectly fine but walking up 3 floors might put a lot of strain on the knee), we asked if it's possible to change to a room at the lowest floor and they accommodated us without any problems

We had our rooms changed and were perfectly happy A few downsides were the occasional noise from the outside, which can wake you up if you're a light sleeper. And parking could be a bit of a hassle due to the small space

This hotel was best choice in Baden Baden. The reception staff were always smiling and very kind while they providing their service. The hotel itself was very very clean and quiet

Everything was perfect. Our breakfast and cappuccinos were amazing. The only thing was that we had three wasps in our room after leaving the window open to get some fresh air.

A unique experience in the center of Baden-Baden from the atmosphere, shops and cafes, and close to Outlet in France

This place is a very nice to sit outside in the beer garden. The food is very tasty ( Wiener schnitzel and beefsteak) when the weather is nice you have to sit outside with nice flower decoration

Normal, the store is very large, the roles of each role are several brands, even in the offers, the prices are high, which is useful for fans of brands

For me, I do not like to buy brands except from the original store, I doubt in places like this

The workers were pleasant, we had free parking (very important in that part of town) and we really enjoyed our time! The food in the restaurant was absolutely great!! I really recommend the restaurant and this hotel for short term stays on a budget!

Wife and I stayed three nights, had three breakfasts here and two dinners at the restaurant. All was very good, especially dinner at restaurant which I felt was great value for the quality and quantity of the meal

The owner was superb, he loaned me his car to take my other half to hospital for checks after a minor spill on the bike! Also a fridge in the room with a selection of drinks. Much appreciated and we will return

Spent three nights here in mid-August. The room, service, and food were great! Got a single bedroom on the second floor. Fan was enough to keep the room cool for me. Also had a mini cooler with drinks you can purchase

Stay: 2 nights in July - The Hotel The Athos hotel is an older hotel. However, it is a very neat, cosy and clean hotel. The owner is a friendly man who will always greet you with a smile and help you where possible
