but it's under construction and except for a small outside pool all was out of order. Let the people park for free and give them breakfast included in the room rate. A brand like radisson should be able to do so

150€ per night without breakfast(they charge 35!€ for breakfast with two people) and 19!!€ for parking the car in a very narrow garage is not worth it. They show beautiful pictures of their pool on the website

Fantastic hotel! Beyond fantastic! I stayed there with 160 of my guests and they took care of us the best way possible. Rooms are stunning!! The staff is extremely kind and accommodating, helpful and personable

The spa offers a wide range of services, I absolutely love the indoor pool (also has a bar), the front desk is professional and courteous, and the food is quite good too

The appetizers and dessert for the chef's menu were delicious, but the entree (venison goulash) with the pinot noir pairing was not very good at all, really my only complaint here

We were originally only going to stay one night but we loved it so much we stayed nearly a week. The staff treats you like royalty and everyone is so kind and accommodating

If you do the chef's three course meal for the additional 62 euros, it's a good deal, but you'll have much less to choose from, and you might get an entree you don't like

We did enjoy breakfast in the "Wintergarten" Restaurant, and dinners were outstanding as well. Several of our family enjoyed massages in the spa area, which contributed to their relaxing experience as well

The hotel Heiligenstein we've stayed many times. We love the spacious Junior Suite with a beautiful design, attention to detail, the warm atmosphere and a huge balcony. Friendly atmosphere, good restaurant

The food was delicious with some great vegetables. They also have a large selection of local wines. Definitely worth a detour if you're in the area

We stopped for one night as we travelled through europe. The staff were friendly but quite slow in serving terms. The hotel ran out of beer on the first round and didn't offer dinner. Rooms clean and fresh.

Large hotel on the hillside overlooking the town. There is an external car park, with additional parking in a garage (this is below ground & is charged) The hotel has a large restaurant with external terrace

However, the view, the location, and natural beauty of the surroundings and coolness of the building/hotel made it worth it. The room was modern, clean, with comfortable bed and great facilities

(Much needed in the July heat) There is no coffee/tea facilities in the room - but these can be obtained from the restaurant at a charge. Bedrooms have TV & the bathroom has complimentary toiletries

Great place to stay to explore Baden-Baden. The hotel is located on narrow streets up a steep hill overlooking the town. The town centre is approx 15 minutes away on foot but we highly recommend getting a taxi back

Unfortunately, we had a rainy day while there but when we came back to the hotel from walking in the rain, they brought us a cappuccino to the lounge and turned the fire on to help us get warm

The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are clean, although the shower cubicle can be a bit small and tucked away in a corner. One downside is that there is no complimentary water provided

No space inside for bicycles. Otherwise the place is ideal. They did provide plastic covers for our bikes though!

We have celebrated a wedding with a company. A better Location, we can't imagine. The food was perfect from beginning to end. The staff was at any time zuforkommend and friendly. Each request was treated individually

I stayed on this hotel with my wife for five nights and we absolutely loved it! The location is amazing, in the middle of the black forest the room was comfortable and spacious

This is a great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the valet parking experience, the check-in, the rooftop bar and the check-out. Our room had very modern and cool interior - we loved it

When we checked out, the restaurant had charged 281 Euro to our room! The girl at the reception checked the paper receipt I had signed and was really embarrassed and apologetic about the mistake

One small criticism, which has nothing to do with your hotel: The charging stations for electric cars in the parking garage were regularly blocked by non-electric vehicles

Beautiful light interior and very good location. Not informed of ongoing work or that swimming pool was closed. A ladder was perched at the top of the stairs - so dangerous Phone not working in room

The hotel is still being renovated. But it is not indicated on the website and it was an unpleasant surprise! 2. The website indicates that there is a swimming pool in the hotel

With west facing rooms the view over the Rhein valley into the distant hills of France is outstanding. Not far from the beautiful Baden-Baden city, the local walks through slopes of vineyards are another bonus

We recently stayed 2 nights at the Rebenhof & our only disappointment is that we didn’t book for longer. We chose to stay here rather than in the centre of Baden-Baden and we’re so glad we did

An amazing location with acres of vineyards on your doorstep. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast was perfect on the terrace in the morning

The room was gorgeous, the parking was inexpensive and close, the best spa was literally a few minutes walk away from the hotel and the property was beautiful and historic

We were in room 8, which is the only one with a door to the backyard. The room was clean and spacious and felt like a memory of old times splendor

At check out, I was quoted in euros for the amount we had booked, so I readily signed the credit card receipt. Later, we noticed that the very soft spoken woman we had at check in, had converted it to US dollars

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Hotel Romerhof. Staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was great, location was perfect for visiting the baths, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby

The single bed was comfortable, there is a work desk with power outlets, a small shower (fully enclosed!) and enough room to repack my huge suitcase as I begin a ten day journey across Germany, France and Switzerland

Wifi worked well and there is a hot water kettle with tea/coffee items and a small refrigerator. I did not take a meal here and did not need to use their parking. For a base to explore Baden-Baden, it's five stars

Built in 1843, this really neat hotel is a short walk from the casino, theater and spas. This is a family owned hotel and is perfectly situated to get all around the center of town on foot
