Nice building in a good location,close to the Action. In my opinion the value for money is not good

Modern hotel and and old half blended together nicely. The rooms are modern and large. The big feature is the in hotel spa. There is a warm indoor lap pool and a hot pool that in both indoor and outdoor

Staff were always happy to help and friendly. The room was pristine and modern and the beds very comfortable. Loved staying here!

Let me start from good note - quiet nice peaceful/ interior from my street. for family that lives in Baden and eats there probably 2/3 times every second month it’s getting more n more disappointing

The breakfast buffet is top notch and they’ve served the only decent cup of tea I’ve had during our Germany trip. The spa is great, and access is free for guests. Rooms are comfortable, well maintained and well appointed

The appetizers and dessert for the chef's menu were delicious, but the entree (venison goulash) with the pinot noir pairing was not very good at all, really my only complaint here

If you do the chef's three course meal for the additional 62 euros, it's a good deal, but you'll have much less to choose from, and you might get an entree you don't like

The breakfast buffet in the morning is really good, one of the best I've seen at a hotel. This place is quite expensive, but not too outrageous ,and I'd say it's worth it

The spa offers a wide range of services, I absolutely love the indoor pool (also has a bar), the front desk is professional and courteous, and the food is quite good too

Best place in Baden The best! I’m a frequent guest at Aqua Aurelia. Probably have stayed there 25 times and it is always consistent and good

My first time staying in Baden Baden and it was an unforgettable stay, very comfortable and enjoyable, the room is clean and the staff are polite, the restaurants and cafes are very close to the hotel

The breakfast buffet was good but few hot items. The bar has big comfy chairs and a lovely fireplace. was right outside the hotel and it was excellent. I would definitely stay at the Atlantic on a return visit

The Batschari Palais was a wonderful place to stay in Baden-Baden. It has onsite outdoor parking for a small fee or a parking garage for a fee. It is in a quiet neighborhood easily walkable to the center of Baden-Baden

The rooms are very large and have good facilities, very nice decorations & very modern facilities. Breakfast was an excellent huge selection of food and drinks, work very friendly staff serving it

In the evening we ate at the restaurant. The food was very tasty, the taste was well balanced, the service was friendly and polite, with a pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back. I still remember good food.

An excellent Hotel that met all expectations. The food is prepared very well, the Breakfast selection is varied and the rooms very clean! The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly and the Parking situation is excellent

There is a restaurant here but there are also several nearby that are easy to walk to. The owners don't speak English, but everyone is very nice and tries their best. Google translate is very helpful

We didn't notice that the hotel restaurant wasn't open on Sundays and the friendly receptionist offered us a fruit plate with nuts for lat- night snack. The breakfast was also plentiful

Rude manager but great staff and hotel Initial welcome was good however the manager was absolutely a disgrace to the hotel. This should have no not impact the hotel and other staff

Parking can be done in 2 parking garages in walking distance and costs max 20 p/d. Limited in hight but our tiguan with rooftop box fitted in. Hotel location is great and in dead center of town

Unfortunately I realized only later a 12 Euro overcharge to the prices on the menue - having to do my own calculations when paying takes away a lot of the joy at a restaurant, therefore my overall rating

Bed & pillows good, bathroom with shower ok. Breakfast was good, had a reasonable selection. No 24 hour front desk, restaurant open till 11pm & they can arrange entry

For the price very nice room and good location. Check-in was a bit complicated as the door code didn't work and we had to call 3 different phone numbers.

They said it "had been sent via ******* that morning as in the attached pdf" but there was no pdf--not sure if that was due to ******* or the hotel. I recommend future guests be certain to get the code before arrival

Whimsical, magical, beautiful perfect boutique hotel. So tastefully decorated. Clean. Quiet. The staff are so helpful and pleasant. The hotel itself was a highlight of our trip! We are looking forward to returning!

Another note regarding mobility: this hotel, like MANY others we stayed at in Europe, does not have an elevator *and* the stairs are winding and somewhat steep. I managed fine but could be an issue for some

We didn't use the kitchenette but it was well furnished with a two-burner stove top/hot plate, generous mini fridge, sink and dishes/cutlery/cookware and 2 stools at the end of a raised counter for an eating surface

Good location to visit festspielhaus

Bed and pillows are very comfortable, the shower and toilet looked recently refurbished with lots of hot water and quality body wash/products. Breakfast is extremely good served between 7am - 10

30am in the 1st floor restaurant. Again the restaurant staff are wonderful. My room was well heated with a good-sized radiator, but the windows also opened for fresh air, so not stuffy

The hotel has an excellent spa on the 3rd floor with sauna and steam rooms. This was my first time staying at HelioPark and I will definitely stay again

Clean hotel, a bit outdated but fairly well located near the town center. A nice walk quickly brings you to a lovely park and eventually into a forest. The staff is friendly and was very keen to help us with our requests

We were in room 8, which is the only one with a door to the backyard. The room was clean and spacious and felt like a memory of old times splendor
