Modern hotel and and old half blended together nicely. The rooms are modern and large. The big feature is the in hotel spa. There is a warm indoor lap pool and a hot pool that in both indoor and outdoor

The breakfast buffet is top notch and they’ve served the only decent cup of tea I’ve had during our Germany trip. The spa is great, and access is free for guests. Rooms are comfortable, well maintained and well appointed

The appetizers and dessert for the chef's menu were delicious, but the entree (venison goulash) with the pinot noir pairing was not very good at all, really my only complaint here

If you do the chef's three course meal for the additional 62 euros, it's a good deal, but you'll have much less to choose from, and you might get an entree you don't like

The breakfast buffet in the morning is really good, one of the best I've seen at a hotel. This place is quite expensive, but not too outrageous ,and I'd say it's worth it

The spa offers a wide range of services, I absolutely love the indoor pool (also has a bar), the front desk is professional and courteous, and the food is quite good too

We did enjoy breakfast in the "Wintergarten" Restaurant, and dinners were outstanding as well. Several of our family enjoyed massages in the spa area, which contributed to their relaxing experience as well

The Batschari Palais was a wonderful place to stay in Baden-Baden. It has onsite outdoor parking for a small fee or a parking garage for a fee. It is in a quiet neighborhood easily walkable to the center of Baden-Baden

The rooms are very large and have good facilities, very nice decorations & very modern facilities. Breakfast was an excellent huge selection of food and drinks, work very friendly staff serving it

In the evening we ate at the restaurant. The food was very tasty, the taste was well balanced, the service was friendly and polite, with a pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back. I still remember good food.

There is a restaurant here but there are also several nearby that are easy to walk to. The owners don't speak English, but everyone is very nice and tries their best. Google translate is very helpful

Unfortunately I realized only later a 12 Euro overcharge to the prices on the menue - having to do my own calculations when paying takes away a lot of the joy at a restaurant, therefore my overall rating

Bed & pillows good, bathroom with shower ok. Breakfast was good, had a reasonable selection. No 24 hour front desk, restaurant open till 11pm & they can arrange entry

For the price very nice room and good location. Check-in was a bit complicated as the door code didn't work and we had to call 3 different phone numbers.

They said it "had been sent via ******* that morning as in the attached pdf" but there was no pdf--not sure if that was due to ******* or the hotel. I recommend future guests be certain to get the code before arrival

Whimsical, magical, beautiful perfect boutique hotel. So tastefully decorated. Clean. Quiet. The staff are so helpful and pleasant. The hotel itself was a highlight of our trip! We are looking forward to returning!

Another note regarding mobility: this hotel, like MANY others we stayed at in Europe, does not have an elevator *and* the stairs are winding and somewhat steep. I managed fine but could be an issue for some

We didn't use the kitchenette but it was well furnished with a two-burner stove top/hot plate, generous mini fridge, sink and dishes/cutlery/cookware and 2 stools at the end of a raised counter for an eating surface

They have everything from healthy juices to greasy bacon ;) I have to admit, it's the best hotel breakfast I've had thus far and I couldn't even eat everything I wanted to eat! The restaurant delivers to the room, by the way, so do order some sushi even if there are no tables

Except for the slightly old facilities, everything else is pretty good and worth the price.

This is a great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the valet parking experience, the check-in, the rooftop bar and the check-out. Our room had very modern and cool interior - we loved it

I was here for a night in September. Like almost all Holiday Inn Expresses it was fairly basic but everything was clean, the bed was adequate, and the location was really nice. I would use this hotel again

Plenty of parking space and a quiet neighborhood together with quick access to the tunnel where the bundesstrasse connects to the autobahn makes this location a good choice

One small criticism, which has nothing to do with your hotel: The charging stations for electric cars in the parking garage were regularly blocked by non-electric vehicles

You can easily walk into town within minutes and without mayor traffic. Pool was not accessible during my stay due renovation but that was mentioned to me. I can fully recommend Leonardo!

Bed and pillows are very comfortable, the shower and toilet looked recently refurbished with lots of hot water and quality body wash/products. Breakfast is extremely good served between 7am - 10

30am in the 1st floor restaurant. Again the restaurant staff are wonderful. My room was well heated with a good-sized radiator, but the windows also opened for fresh air, so not stuffy

The hotel has an excellent spa on the 3rd floor with sauna and steam rooms. This was my first time staying at HelioPark and I will definitely stay again

They should training their waitress how to respect the coustomers, we're visiting here for relax. Except this, everything was good.

We recently stayed 2 nights at the Rebenhof & our only disappointment is that we didn’t book for longer. We chose to stay here rather than in the centre of Baden-Baden and we’re so glad we did

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. They have good restaurant and the breakfast is also awesome. Our young kids enjoyed the room and the night sky with the wall glass/door. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The isn’t much to do without a car but that is the beauty of the place. Walk in the vineyards or just sit on your balcony and enjoy the view
