Beautiful light interior and very good location. Not informed of ongoing work or that swimming pool was closed. A ladder was perched at the top of the stairs - so dangerous Phone not working in room

Good location, spacy and clean room, a set of additional pleasure are available like spa, swiming pool even I couldn't use it, didn't have time; and the main carachteristic is the friendless of the reception desk staff!

Situated in the charming Baden-Baden and surrounded by beautiful nature, the hotel provides an excellent base for walks and exploring the area

Exceptionally good breakfast with great variety of hot and cold beverages and foods. The hotel has also own restaurant, and bar, and pool, and garden. I will definitely stay there again next time in Baden-Baden

Room not cleaned every day and dirty cups not removed. Bland over priced breakfast, however very good dinner. Poor communication about issues from lobby staff

30am in the 1st floor restaurant. Again the restaurant staff are wonderful. My room was well heated with a good-sized radiator, but the windows also opened for fresh air, so not stuffy

The hotel has an excellent spa on the 3rd floor with sauna and steam rooms. This was my first time staying at HelioPark and I will definitely stay again

Stayed at this fabulous hotel in the centre of Baden-Baden for the weekend. The staff are lovely and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean and well decorated inc a minibar and safe

Bed and pillows are very comfortable, the shower and toilet looked recently refurbished with lots of hot water and quality body wash/products. Breakfast is extremely good served between 7am - 10

Only thing I would say is that for English guest an english movie channel other than news as even though much to do and see it's nice at end of day to go to bed relaxing

They should training their waitress how to respect the coustomers, we're visiting here for relax. Except this, everything was good.

We recently stayed 2 nights at the Rebenhof & our only disappointment is that we didn’t book for longer. We chose to stay here rather than in the centre of Baden-Baden and we’re so glad we did

An amazing location with acres of vineyards on your doorstep. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast was perfect on the terrace in the morning

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. They have good restaurant and the breakfast is also awesome. Our young kids enjoyed the room and the night sky with the wall glass/door. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Good hotel services. It's near the center of Baden Baden. But some rooms are very small. I have changed my room 2 times. Also they are charging €3/day for city tax, and €15/day for car parking.

There were times when requests took longer than anticipated, which detracted from the overall experience. The location is excellent, situated near many of Baden-Baden's attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing

Overall, Maison Messmer has a lot of potential with its stunning ambiance, great location, and fantastic spa, but improvements in service would elevate the experience significantly

However, I found the service to be lacking. While the staff were generally friendly, they didn’t seem as attentive as I expected from a hotel of this caliber

The dining options are decent, but again, the service did not match the quality of the hotel itself

I hope they can address this, as it could be an exceptional destination for travelers

The view you have from your balcony for morning coffee is the best in town and it’s overlooking the river Oos running through the park. This also means it’s very quiet

If you want a better location than the Brenners at a third of the price this one is for you. The service in this hotel is spectacular, the hotel is built in 1824, so you have the classy European charm

The Kamin bar is beautiful, they serve drinks until the early hours if you wish. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world for my business travels for 35 years, this hotel is on top of my list

Very classy hotel with first class Service. Directly at the great city park and many cafe and Restaurants. The Rooms are old fashioned but with every modern technology you need.

The Atlantic is from now on my favorite Hotel in Baden Baden. I stay in Baden Baden at least twice a year, my family lives there, so I stayed in most of the decent ones

This is a great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the valet parking experience, the check-in, the rooftop bar and the check-out. Our room had very modern and cool interior - we loved it

The only downside is that the hotel restaurant (Moriki) charged us DOUBLE for our dinner. 50 Euro and charged it to the room

When we checked out, the restaurant had charged 281 Euro to our room! The girl at the reception checked the paper receipt I had signed and was really embarrassed and apologetic about the mistake

The only negative words will be for Moriki restaurant : food super good but service not… All the best , Amélia

Brenners Park Hotel offers world class service and the staff made sure every need was met. We had a villa with a private balcony that overlooked the lush gardens

We enjoyed the spa, the afternoon tea with some live music and had dinner in the Fritz&Felix restaurant, followed by the best Whisky Sours made by Fabio (who now moved to Bristol hotel in Paris to my knowledge)

I recently stayed at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa in Baden-Baden, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel is nestled in a serene park setting, offering peaceful views of the gardens and the Oos River

Very good hotel, good reception, good price/quality ratio. Very well located in the centre of Baden-Baden, which is ideal to go to the thermal baths and the Christmas market. The staff speaks English and Russian.

The room was good. Large enough and clean. But it was very stuffy and warm. An air conditioner would have been very nice. The beds were nice. But what is up with these German pillows?! They're way too soft!!

The single bed was comfortable, there is a work desk with power outlets, a small shower (fully enclosed!) and enough room to repack my huge suitcase as I begin a ten day journey across Germany, France and Switzerland

Wifi worked well and there is a hot water kettle with tea/coffee items and a small refrigerator. I did not take a meal here and did not need to use their parking. For a base to explore Baden-Baden, it's five stars

I booked a single room, I was checked in to a single room. Plenty comfortable, quiet and located along the Sophienstraße, it is close to shopping and restaurants and the bus stop is not far away

They let us leave our luggage with them after check-out to do some activities before leaving the city - very much appreciated. Rooms were spacious and had their older charm

We stayed in the hotel and used 5 different restaurants, located in the hotel and around. Great place to stay for your vacation and good food selections.

I don't know about the hotel, but the restaurant was very good. And every room had its own style too. The staff was very nice and spoke english, so they helped us choose our dishes.

For same price rooms with big difference in size and comfort. No parking, difficult accessibility by car. Food is good, but breakfasts are accross the street.

We stayed there with our 2 teenagers. We rented 2 rooms with a connecting door. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was also big, wide and enjoyable to use. Parking is challenging but manageable

We had a great meal and a great time at this restaurant! Friendly staff who spoke English. Most delicious Apple Strudel, see photo, with of ice cream and Bavarian cream.

There was mold in the fridge, kitchen corner was not clean, the tiles on the bathroom floor were dirty, yellow spots on the toilet seats, toothpaste marks on the glasses in the bathroom, drain in the tub not working properly

We loved Caracalla Spa! The hotel has a parking spot, but since it was raining very hard when we arrived, I was afraid I would miss the entrance and I parked on the parking lot just in front of the hotel (but going down the road a few more minutes you'll see the hotel's entrance on your right)

The hotel restaurant is amazing, every dish is 5 stars, not a single thing is an after thought. The hotel restaurant was way better than the restaurants we tried in the area

Have to say one of the BEST hotels we stayed in on our trip round Europe. We wanted to explore so didn’t make use of the Spa this time but it looked like a great experience

The food was delicious with some great vegetables. They also have a large selection of local wines. Definitely worth a detour if you're in the area

Overall I would recommend this place and I would stay again! This is not for everyone but if you want to have a “5-star” experience, go to a 5-star hotel ;) To me it was practical, cozy, and what I needed for my stay

I did not get the name of the receptionist but she was very patient and sweet and walked me through the check in. I was lucky enough to get a 1st floor room right outside the main building

My room was clean and had no issues, I just wished that the wi-fi was faster so I could stream my shows on my iPad! The location was great and prime locations were all walkable distance (best restaurant for me was an Indian restaurant called Ganesha!)
