My room was elegant, with luxurious furnishings and a beautiful balcony overlooking the park. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a range of treatments and an indoor pool that provided ultimate relaxation

We enjoyed the spa, the afternoon tea with some live music and had dinner in the Fritz&Felix restaurant, followed by the best Whisky Sours made by Fabio (who now moved to Bristol hotel in Paris to my knowledge)

Even the hotel was (or still is) under construction, we never noticed anything of it and service, rooms,. Spacious room, beautiful setting, nothing to remark

My first time staying in Baden Baden and it was an unforgettable stay, very comfortable and enjoyable, the room is clean and the staff are polite, the restaurants and cafes are very close to the hotel

It was spotless! Also, nice balcony with a beautiful view of the Caracalla Spa. Very comfortable beds as well. The breakfast buffet was also very good

The hotel restaurant is amazing, every dish is 5 stars, not a single thing is an after thought. The hotel restaurant was way better than the restaurants we tried in the area

Fabulous! We decided to enjoy an overnight getaway from Kaiserslautern to Baden-Baden, and of the local hotel reviews we read, this hotel seemed the best bet. And, those amazing reviews were spot on

We were upgraded to a nice suite and both the room, the location and the breakfast was great. Best of all was the service from the super friendly women in the reception

The breakfast buffet is top notch and they’ve served the only decent cup of tea I’ve had during our Germany trip. The spa is great, and access is free for guests. Rooms are comfortable, well maintained and well appointed

The appetizers and dessert for the chef's menu were delicious, but the entree (venison goulash) with the pinot noir pairing was not very good at all, really my only complaint here

If you do the chef's three course meal for the additional 62 euros, it's a good deal, but you'll have much less to choose from, and you might get an entree you don't like

The breakfast buffet in the morning is really good, one of the best I've seen at a hotel. This place is quite expensive, but not too outrageous ,and I'd say it's worth it

The spa offers a wide range of services, I absolutely love the indoor pool (also has a bar), the front desk is professional and courteous, and the food is quite good too

The view you have from your balcony for morning coffee is the best in town and it’s overlooking the river Oos running through the park. This also means it’s very quiet

If you want a better location than the Brenners at a third of the price this one is for you. The service in this hotel is spectacular, the hotel is built in 1824, so you have the classy European charm

The Kamin bar is beautiful, they serve drinks until the early hours if you wish. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world for my business travels for 35 years, this hotel is on top of my list

Overall I would recommend this place and I would stay again! This is not for everyone but if you want to have a “5-star” experience, go to a 5-star hotel ;) To me it was practical, cozy, and what I needed for my stay

I did not get the name of the receptionist but she was very patient and sweet and walked me through the check in. I was lucky enough to get a 1st floor room right outside the main building

My room was clean and had no issues, I just wished that the wi-fi was faster so I could stream my shows on my iPad! The location was great and prime locations were all walkable distance (best restaurant for me was an Indian restaurant called Ganesha!)

Disappointed with staff reception (phone at door w unidentified speaker who cut me off before my questions re parking were answered AND LOBBY was NEVER OPEN the entire trip despite pics on website that indicate otherwise) and no air conditioning

There was mold in the fridge, kitchen corner was not clean, the tiles on the bathroom floor were dirty, yellow spots on the toilet seats, toothpaste marks on the glasses in the bathroom, drain in the tub not working properly

Very good restaurant ! Breakfast is big with great variety ! The spa is simple but complete with hammam, sauna, jacuzzi and cold bath ! Which I could come back here !

Went there for lunch and we were not disappointed. Very quiet charming restaurant on the outskirts of Baden-Baden with a nice terrace, perfect for sitting outside in warm summer months

In the evening we ate at the restaurant. The food was very tasty, the taste was well balanced, the service was friendly and polite, with a pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back. I still remember good food.

If someone is threatened by the lack of restaurant, it's not a problem, the area has very good restaurants where you can dine, and if you don't want to go anywhere, you will cook very tasty pizza, served with a glass of wine or other beverage of your choice

For the price very nice room and good location. Check-in was a bit complicated as the door code didn't work and we had to call 3 different phone numbers.

Large, clean and modern furnished apartment. The shower was noticeably large. The breakfast room was small - it was difficult to keep your distance here - but due to the few guests it worked well

The breakfast was plentiful and lovingly prepared. Scrambled eggs were offered fresh. The parking situation is horrific - more of an urban problem

She then made some offhand comment about there being no other rooms (not what I asked). In the end they just sprayed some lemon scent to try and cover up the smell but it was too strong. The main floor smells of cigars

Stayed here for two nights in twin room, clean and fresh, pleasant and helpfull reception, excellent breakfast, parking under hotel on first come basis, (parked motorbikes here, safe enough) nice area 15 min walk from main area of Baden Baden, would recommend

Room was clean, dog friendly, good wifi, good breakfast, good bathroom. However mattress was old with very noisy springs

Hotel is located between 2 main roads and the traffic noise is heard from the room, even on backside, as there is a 4-lane road just there

Plenty of parking space and a quiet neighborhood together with quick access to the tunnel where the bundesstrasse connects to the autobahn makes this location a good choice

One small criticism, which has nothing to do with your hotel: The charging stations for electric cars in the parking garage were regularly blocked by non-electric vehicles

You can easily walk into town within minutes and without mayor traffic. Pool was not accessible during my stay due renovation but that was mentioned to me. I can fully recommend Leonardo!

Bed and pillows are very comfortable, the shower and toilet looked recently refurbished with lots of hot water and quality body wash/products. Breakfast is extremely good served between 7am - 10

30am in the 1st floor restaurant. Again the restaurant staff are wonderful. My room was well heated with a good-sized radiator, but the windows also opened for fresh air, so not stuffy

The hotel has an excellent spa on the 3rd floor with sauna and steam rooms. This was my first time staying at HelioPark and I will definitely stay again

With west facing rooms the view over the Rhein valley into the distant hills of France is outstanding. Not far from the beautiful Baden-Baden city, the local walks through slopes of vineyards are another bonus

Special shoutout to Axel who looked after us and was so attentive and kind! We will definitely be back if we are ever passing through again. Do not hesitate to book the hotel or eat at the restaurant!

The room was good. Large enough and clean. But it was very stuffy and warm. An air conditioner would have been very nice. The beds were nice. But what is up with these German pillows?! They're way too soft!!

There is a paid, covered parking a couple of minutes away by foot (Vincenti) but you can park in front of the hotel to load/unload your bags. The Caracalla spa is just around the corner

Stayed 4 nights as solo travel. It had a fridge, kettle and safe. Bed would be tight for a taller individual. WiFi works well on the phone but was a little weak on the laptop. At least from my room on the 3rd floor

I booked a single room, I was checked in to a single room. Plenty comfortable, quiet and located along the Sophienstraße, it is close to shopping and restaurants and the bus stop is not far away
