Modern hotel and and old half blended together nicely. The rooms are modern and large. The big feature is the in hotel spa. There is a warm indoor lap pool and a hot pool that in both indoor and outdoor.there were plenty of loungers. Also a dry and wet sauna. The exercise room was under repair. Service in the restaurant and bar could have been better.

Nice building in a good location,close to the Action. In my opinion the value for money is not good. 150€ per night without breakfast(they charge 35!€ for breakfast with two people) and 19!!€ for parking the car in a very narrow garage is not worth it. They show beautiful pictures of their pool on the website.... but it's under construction and except for a small outside pool all was out of order...

It is a classic hotel with a long history. Located in the heart of the city, just 2 min walking from the Main Street. Getting to the hotel is difficult and the staff had no idea about the public transportation system and we almost missed our train but for convenience to the Caracalla spa it was perfect and you’re able to go directly into the spa and even pay at the hotel.

Fantastic and very unique hotel, in a very quiet but convenient part of the town. On arrival the receptionist was super helpful with information, and directions. Breakfast is five-star and as satisfying as an average German family hotel👍 But if it's not the main building, you need to use a key. The doors to other auxiliary buildings also need to be opened with a key, which takes a while. And the basic room type may not have air conditioning but only a fan. The hotel is average at best and I feel once we go to Baden-Baden realised there were many better places to stay. The best thing about the hotel was the massive room size and its balcony. Great place to stay to explore Baden-Baden. The hotel is located on narrow streets up a steep hill overlooking the town. The town centre is approx 15 minutes away on foot but we highly recommend getting a taxi back. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed.

The food is great, though simple and not that cheap. The service was not good, it took them 40 minutes to get our food when the place wasn't even half full. Went there for lunch and we were not disappointed. A very quiet, charming restaurant on the outskirts of Baden-Baden with a beautiful terrace, ideal for alfresco dining during the warm summer months. I've stopped there for a night for the last two years during post Christmas season. I've always liked the room at this hotel, descent size and very quiet and clean. As per the concept, the Little Prince is in every room and there are many skylights! If you are a fan of The Little Prince, this is a must-see. However, the building itself is an old European house.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! The service is superior and the rooms are so comfy, you almost don't want to leave! The little touches left in the room are wonderful BUT the level of service is far and above anything I expected! It's a bit of a walk up the mountain, but the view is great and there's a big balcony. But checkin is slow and many things are not provided, for example, some people have disposable toothbrushes and some don't. The overall experience is OK.

The hotel I stayed in when I first came to Germany. No passport was required and I could check in directly. The lock of the single room was broken, so I had to re-acquire another room and it was upgraded for free. Overall, the price/performance ratio was very high and breakfast was included

The environment in Baden-Baden is very good, suitable for taking pictures of the sunset, and the dining outside is also very comfortable. Sitting on the terrace and watching the dusk at the French-German border is a relaxing environment, and it is worth recommending. 

If I could give 12 stars I would! Absolutely amazing place. Our room was stunning, and the meal we had in the restaurant was just fantastic. Special shoutout to Axel who looked after us and was so attentive and kind! We will definitely be back if we are ever passing through again. We arrived at about 9pm, and the hotel restaurant was almost closed, but they still received us. The dinner was very good! The surrounding environment of the hotel is superb. There is a vineyard, a swing, and a big white goose. It is best to stay for a few more days to experience it. There is no room card in the hotel room, it is a very retro key.

With west facing rooms the view over the Rhein valley into the distant hills of France is outstanding. Not far from the beautiful Baden-Baden city, the local walks through slopes of vineyards are another bonus. Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant offers abundant choices. Best of all: the wonderful staff.

Pat and I first visited Baden Baden during our honeymoon thirty years ago. We returned last month, April 2010, and stayed in the center of town at Hotel Haus Reichert. Built in 1843, this really neat hotel is a short walk from the casino, theater and spas. This is a family owned hotel and is perfectly situated to get all around the center of town on foot. The accommodations and amenities are top notch
