Even the hotel was (or still is) under construction, we never noticed anything of it and service, rooms,.. were all on point. Spacious room, beautiful setting, nothing to remark. We enjoyed the spa, the afternoon tea with some live music and had dinner in the Fritz&Felix restaurant, followed by the best Whisky Sours made by Fabio (who now moved to Bristol hotel in Paris to my knowledge).

Absolutely top notch service, facilities and rooms. The food was excellent as well and direct access to the park is a great perk. Shopping and restaurants are also close by. The staff is very attentive and professional.

Great hotel. I had a nice stay at Brenners Park with exceptional service. The entrance was a bit hard to find due to construction - the main building is being renovated so only the smaller building is being utilized but that is not reflected on google maps navigation. Had to drive around the construction sites before finding the entrance.

Very, Very nice hotel. We were upgraded to a nice suite and both the room, the location and the breakfast was great. Best of all was the service from the super friendly women in the reception. They were fantastic and made our stay extraordinary.

Modern hotel and and old half blended together nicely. The rooms are modern and large. The big feature is the in hotel spa. There is a warm indoor lap pool and a hot pool that in both indoor and outdoor.there were plenty of loungers. Also a dry and wet sauna. The exercise room was under repair. It is a classic hotel with a long history. Located in the heart of the city, just 2 min walking from the Main Street. My single room was comfortable and well equipped with a mini fridge, kettle (complete with complimentary peppermint tea), safe, TV, desk and en suite. I’m staying in this lovely hotel for several days! The location is excellent, you are in the center to everything! The hotel staff are very friendly and competent. The hotel is average at best and I feel once we go to Baden-Baden realised there were many better places to stay. The best thing about the hotel was the massive room size and its balcony. Great place to stay to explore Baden-Baden. The hotel is located on narrow streets up a steep hill overlooking the town. The town centre is approx 15 minutes away on foot but we highly recommend getting a taxi back. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed.

The food is great, though simple and not that cheap. The service was not good, it took them 40 minutes to get our food when the place wasn't even half full. This is not an authentic German restaurant. They do have a nice atmosphere and a beer garden. This is the only place in town that's open on Sunday evening though.

I've stopped there for a night for the last two years during post Christmas season. I've always liked the room at this hotel, descent size and very quiet and clean. As per the concept, the Little Prince is in every room and there are many skylights! If you are a fan of The Little Prince, this is a must-see. However, the building itself is an old European house.

This is the best Autograph Collection hotels I have ever stayed in. Hotel is immaculate, service is top notch and the decor is stunning. Gym, sauna, spa are amazing, clothing not allowed for us Americans in the sauna (typical in this area). I just love this hotel. It has a check in with bubbels, big rooms/ beds and a super nice sauna with pool etc. When you enter the spa you get a nice ginger shot, you can have a vodka shot and fresh fruit. It's a bit of a walk up the mountain, but the view is great and there's a big balcony. But checkin is slow and many things are not provided, for example, some people have disposable toothbrushes and some don't. The overall experience is OK.

The hotel I stayed in when I first came to Germany. No passport was required and I could check in directly. The lock of the single room was broken, so I had to re-acquire another room and it was upgraded for free. Overall, the price/performance ratio was very high and breakfast was included

There is no parking!!! You have to walk at least 3 km to find the nearest 24 hr parking!. All the closest parking is pay by the hour. In the last three years I have visited between 20 and 30 hotels in different European countries. Nowhere have I experienced such great service, care and nice approach as in Heliopark zum Hirsch. I highly recommend it and hope to be able to return one day.

With west facing rooms the view over the Rhein valley into the distant hills of France is outstanding. Not far from the beautiful Baden-Baden city, the local walks through slopes of vineyards are another bonus. Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant offers abundant choices. I stayed for one night at Hotel Restaurant Haus Rebland, which was an excellent experience. The very best service, and a room with all the right amenities, one needs for a pleasant stay. I had a delicious dinner, good choice of menu. I highly recommend Hotel Restaurant Haus Rebland.

Central placed! Hotel is a bit obsolete, but the room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Breakfast enough and tasty. The staff friendly and polite. Prices are decent considering the location. It was a pleasant stay.

Pat and I first visited Baden Baden during our honeymoon thirty years ago. We returned last month, April 2010, and stayed in the center of town at Hotel Haus Reichert. Built in 1843, this really neat hotel is a short walk from the casino, theater and spas. This is a family owned hotel and is perfectly situated to get all around the center of town on foot. The accommodations and amenities are top notch
