A lovely home in the middle of Dresden! Comfortable bed, nice facilities, cosy and tastefully interior, sweet and comfortable sofa, a functional kitchen, great location… etc. All in all, we had a wonderful stay! Thanks a lot to the team of „Aparthotel Am Schloss“! We‘ll be back!

Excellent location in the middle of historic city center, walking distance to all main attractions. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, the only reason for 4 stars for the rooms is somewhat old decorations style. The hotel has a spacious parking and room for bicycles.

This place has a great location. If you jumped from the window you’d land in one of the main squares of the old town! It is a fully equipped apartment-our unit had a washer. Comfortable and with a daytime only front desk staff to answer questions. The only caveat is that there is no AC So you must sleep with the windows open, as one does in Germany!

Getting there from the train station is very easy. Avoid this place during the summer. There's no air conditioning. The apartments are a furnace during the day - if you open the window you are subject to noises and cigarette smoke from the neighbours. You can ask for a small desk fan but it won't do the job. The block out blinds do not do much. Also a security concern - On the first floor a neighbour could easily come into your place during the night...

Perfect place for long stay, I've spent there 6 month on a business trip and it's very good. Placed in city center, new, every apartment has kitchen, stove, laundry machine, even a dishwasher! Such a AWESOME Place! Right outside you have downtown Dresden with the zwinger! There is also a tram stop, and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Service was amazing and the hotel rooms were beautiful and looked very modern.

We stayed here for 2 months when first moving to Dresden and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are beautifully designed and have everything you need. The location is PERFECT and right near everything. I would highly recommend this for a weekend stay or a few months. The front desk is super helpful and the entire experience was delightful. Also the beds are very comfy which is always a plus!

The apartment looks nice and is quite modern. The location is extremely convenient. Comes equipped with most things you would need. However the couch and bed are both hard and very uncomfortable. This has regularly caused neck and back pain, as well as a poor night's rest.

We love it the appartement was clean, tidy and more important had all accessories you need to stay for a few days with family. The bakery and shops are just down the corner. The staff is amazing and really friendly, they make my stay in Dresden a pleasure. The centre is 15min away by car. Definitely will be staying over here again when coming to Dresden. Thank you

The Nudelpfanne was one of the best dishes I ever ate in my life! (ordered it without peppers, which wasn't a problem) We also had the Hexenhausteller, which was also really nice. Service was good.

We're fairly experienced travelers in Germany, and the Hexenhaus now ranks as our favorite all time Pension. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and sunny. The garden setting was relaxing. The breakfasts offered a wide, tasty selection--and were remarkably inexpensive. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the Pension itself was quite convenient to main roads into the city.

A really nice hotel with clean and big rooms. There was soap and many clean towels. There was a kitchen but unfortunately, it was locked away. Also the bathroom did not have a lock on the door. Decent place for decent price. Entrance is clear, parking premises are nearby (in the public street). Our apartment had no kitchen, nor any of it's appliances 😐 we would made ourselves some coffee, at least. Location is great, staff are expremely helpful. We arrived early because our train got in 2 hours early but we were still able to get our apartment. Visit to Dresden for Christmas. Enjoyed the markets, the local cultural sites were wonderful and the service everywhere was quite excellent. I would recommend this location and in particular the Hapimag facility to anyone.

It is located only 500 meters from the city centre. You can walk anywhere. Staff was very helpful. Room is good but needs a bit refurbishing.

The location of the hotel is very close to the substation, you can reach it either by walking in 10 minutes or by taking the tram in front of it in 5 minutes. The rooms are spotless, and the beer bar on the ground floor is very enjoyable.

The room is clean and confortable. The breakfast is good and quite wide selection available. The parking lots underground are very tight. There is a good quality shower gel and liquid soap in the toilet, but there is no slippers in the room. Internet is fast and free. No laundry service available in the hotel.

Wi-Fi was extremely slow on the 5th floor and constantly drops to the point of being useless. It took the hotel 3 days to fix it. The staff is very helpful. There’s beer in the reception 24/7. It’s a little isolated and takes about 15mins to the old town and the cool bohemian neighborhood north.

It’s in the quiet outskirts of Dresden. There’s not much around the immediate vicinity, but there’s a bus stop right at the corner that will get you to city center quickly. I was in town to attend several concerts, and the bathtub was lovely to soak in after being on my feet all day.

The room was clean and refurnished, although we didn’t have fridge neither safety box in our room. But the quality was good. It was in center. For breakfast there was a line for coffee as it was crowded.

It was cozy and what I mean is it’s not a huge property. I did not like that the breakfast cost was not complimentary.

We did not get the room, which I ordered. It is not very comfortable, when you travel with 3 kids and you expect some service, for example kitchenete at the room. But at least we saved some money.

Breakfast was served from 7 until 11. Parking nearby without extra cost was possible. The receptionist gave us two cartons of water for free when we checked out.

The hotel is not near Dresden train station which is about 15 minutes walk to the hotel. It was not convenient to take the train to other city. Luckily, there is a bus going to the old town conveniently. The food is alright.

The room was spacious and there was ample free parking. It's a condo type, so there are highlights. There are a few plates, a coffee machine, and a coffee pot, but there's no pot or microwave, so it was difficult to heat up the hetbahn.

Occasionally, you may hear the chattering of late returned visitors in the square. You cannot make a cup of tea in your room. TV won't connect to the internet therefore the Chromecast was useless. Have stayed at this hotel many times. The location is excellent, easy to get to the city. The hotel facilities need to be updated. The service is in place. The food in the hotel's restaurant is good and the service is good. The rooms for guests with pets are a bit unsatisfactory and there is room for improvement.

Holiday Inn hotels in Europe basically don't make mistakes, but this hotel is very strange. I don't understand why I have to change rooms when I extend my stay the next day. We stayed here for one night in a lovely family room. The room was clean, and we slept well. Parking was available on the hotel grounds and several more outside.

An Amazing Stay! We had an incredible stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful (especially Alex who worked the front desk), and we loved having an amazing restaurant inside of the hotel. A huge highlight for the kids were the free drinks available and multi-color light options for our room. I couldn’t recommend this location more.

A no-brainer near the airport, it's ideal for construction workers, city breaks, or business trips. Good bus connections. Parking is a bit difficult, but manageable or available for a fee. A bit run-down, but clean and OK for the price.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Dresden. The reception staff, room and bar were fine. Had breakfast at the hotel which was ok but limited choice. It's a 30 minute tram ride into the centre of Dresden & the tram stop is 200 metres from the hotel, or it's a 20 minute taxi ride.

Everything was good except breakfest. The rooms are big and clean. There is a car parking place near the hotel. The reception working longer and you can check in later. But the range of the food is very poor 😔
