We had a lovely stay at Ibis Dresden! The location was great to so many restaurants and shops and malls! We had a great room as far as space wise, the view from our room was great! I feel like the rooms can be a little bit styled up and vibrant a little bit

During our breakfast we had ao many options to chose from! The staff was great! Parking can be a bit tricky but there are some parking garages in couple of minutes walking distance and you can just park with your car there

I enjoyed my stay. They respect the covid regulations. The breakfast is good. I had a room with broken pipes, but they notified, gave me a new room and a free drink in the bar.

The Dresden train station is like 5 minutes away! Very convenient location!

The clock tower nearby chimes loudly, but it’s got a certain charm—like a quirky wake-up call you can't snooze! And don’t even get me started on breakfast; it’s delicious and just what you need before diving into Dresden's treasures

Great large rooms and location. For the price, fantastic value. Allowed us all early checkin which was much appreciated. Only wish I could have spent more time here!

The other issue with that 'window' is that when someone needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the whole room (i. bedroom and bathrpom) gets lit up when the bathroom light is turned on

Staying at the Hotel NH Collection in Dresden was like being in the heart of everything! It's close to all the must-see landmarks, making sightseeing a breeze

Like all Motel Ones, you get a decent room for an affordable price. The location of the hotel is very good, close to all attractions, and they have parking places under the hotel. The bar is big and lively at night.

The location is great, within a 15 minute walk for anything in the Altstadt, the cobblestones are pretty hard on your knees though if you have problems in that area

My only suggestion would be the need to advise guests arriving on foot from the station that they can walk along the arcade running right through the middle of the Trade Centre, in order to reach the hotel, and do not need to walk all the way around the Trade Centre

We were over new year's eve 3 days in this Hotel and us felt at ease , on arrival we were warmly received and with all information about the Hotel but also about guided tours, cruises and the appropriate tickets and have organized the ladies at the reception also the same for us

The location is about 15 minutes away from city center which you can reach by tram or bus. For us it was fine because we know the city before this time we did not need to explore much

If you want to get in the lobby you need the room key. We had to stay outside and wait till someone came. The first day receptionist was very friendly. I can't say the same to the second day receptionist

The 3-course menu was served every night, only very pretty, but also incredibly good taste! The Restaurant Manager Uwe (?) on top of that was also super friendly, accommodating and special requests are always open

It is not in the town center but it is really easy to go by car or even by public transportation

In the center of sleeping a always keeps you on your toes and it is hard to switch off. By nearby Bus and train connections you afloat in the city, its activities and after a hard day back into the soft bed

The hotel was nice, we spent 2 nights there, very clean, polite staff. You can get breakfest in hotel too, but we decide to eat outside. away from center with car, there is good bus connection too

I had the pleasure of spending several in different Holiday Inn and I must really say that I liked the City South to be the best. For one or the other may not be very Central, but that is a big plus point

Very good transport links-bus stop right around the corner, from there 10 min to the city centre. We can recommend it fully-we will be back

The room was clean and refurnished, although we didn’t have fridge neither safety box in our room. But the quality was good. It was in center. For breakfast there was a line for coffee as it was crowded.

Lady at front desk is extremely friendly and we felt very welcomed when we arrived! The car parking is super easy too! Room was spotless and quite big. Would definitely stay here again!!

The cabinets were a little dusty. Some people complain about low lighting in the rooms, but in our room it was fine, sufficient, no complaints from us. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place!

You can even cook in the kitchen, when you ask for it. Isn't this amazing? The only thing I didn't like is how they made the bed. I need the whole duvet and not a half. Please leave the blanket outside

Usually TSH rooms are spacious, of a high standard with great bathroom facilities, good air conditioning in the rooms, excellent cleaning and proper sound isolation despite central locations

I’ve been staying at The Student Hotel (TSH) chain on several occasions during the past two years in Amsterdam, Florence, Barcelona and now Dresden, and I can honestly say that the Dresden hotel doesn’t do the chain justice

TSH Dresden lacked all of this. Air condition was hardly working at all with both our room and our floor being uncomfortably hot to put it mildly. The queen sized room was was quite crammed, with little room to manoeuvre

We requested the breakfast to be prepared 30 minutes earlier than when it is scheduled to (06:00 am instead of 06:30 am) because of an important cooperative operation we had with the German Military Air Force and the staff positively answered to our request

As it is at the Citi center , there was convenience for bus train malls etc. All the beautiful views in Dresden were just behind this hotel. There is nice church view from the room I stayed

Stayed at the hotel for a university study tour. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect place for getting quick access to the public transport lines, and not too far of a walk from the historic center.

Centrally located with friendly Service and a quality full Breakfast buffet. The in the room price included a ticket for all public transport throughout your stay is a wonderful additional advantage

Perfect location to Old Town within walking distance and the main attractions of Dresden

Underground (safe) parking, apartment at ACHAT Dresden we stayed was very nice with lots of space(!), microwave, refrigerator, next door to Lidl supermarket (gets you everything you need for breakfast/lunch/dinner), comfortabele, bus(line) 62 to centre bus stop nearby, walking distance to tourist bus takes 15-20 minutes crossing the bridge over traintracks to train station (also not too far away),...

Therefore, it was no Problem that there is no Restaurant. Juice,tea, homemade jam (especially good!) The Only Drawback. Centre 1 km, Bus departs from directly in front of the door

Walking distance from city center. They provide bicycles for 2eur/hour or 10eur/day. These bikes are very comfortable and a better choice than a taxi or a public transport

Calm, clean and not far from the city center. It is very recommended especially for families, their rooms or apartments are big enough and the team is very welcomming

Very good when traveling with car since parking in Dresden is hard. Easy to go to center city by bus.

The rooms are good and clean, don't stay on the first floor by the way. The breakfast is a complete one. You have electric scooter and bikes to rent in front of the hotel, train station near and shopping too

Our one night stay in central Dresden at A&O Hotel and Hostel gave us top value for the money. A real pleasure, much appreciated!

I spent one night here. The hostel was ideally located near the station and a short walk from the old town centre. The dorm was comfortable, with ensuite bathroom and toilet. In particular the staff were very helpful.

The receptionists were quite helpful. They even helped me book a cab early morning. My roommates were as well friendly. The hostel is quite close to the train station

Had a single room. Small but clean. Quiet and with shower incl. an hairdryer. Breakfast was the usual a&o quality. All fine.

Nevertheless, we would visit the hotel again as it is close to the city centre and the price (on Ebay Andes) was in order

Very nice Appartements. Ist is situatet perfectly central - directly at Neumarkt with the "Frauenkirche". I can strongly recommend it.

Unfortunately, my husband passed away in 2019, so I only have fond memories of an accommodation where no wishes were left unfulfilled!

Challenges were that most spoke only German (not english or french or spanish or czech which were languages we spoke) and weren't as thorough as we thought (it said daily cleaning which did not happen) and there were additional costs for water in the fridge which we didn't expect

Very courteous hotel staff, gladly 5*. Unfortunately, our room didn't have such a nice view of the outside - probably only the deluxe apartments have this. But otherwise very comfortable and homely

Small note: a few tea bags placed with instant coffee powder make every tea drinker happy and don't cost a fortune! ;-)

I e ad staying at the guesthouse for 2 weeks for business reasons, since it is in the university area. The place is far from downtown (30 min on foot) but the bus stop is close and public transport is frequent

An electric kettle would have been a great plus, however the staff is kind and helpful if you need plates/fork/knife etc. I would definitely recommend this place if you have business in the surroundings

Dogfriendly but the breakfast quality wasn't worth the money. I recommend to take your breakfast or dinner somewhere in the inner city. Calm and save location next to the University

The room is nice, the bed confortable and the bathroom clean. However, the table in the room was not cleaned during my stay

Of course there are a few small things here and there that are getting old or in need of repair, but this has little or no effect on the comfort and feel-good factor and, given that the focus is now naturally on the newly furnished hotel, it is understandable and is justifiable

Great small family hotel with a panoramic view of Dresden. Unfortunately only until the end of 2018. Then the company will expand and, at first glance, in a not so quiet, rural and romantic area in Bannewitz

Doesn't matter for now, though, in terms of the current rating. The hotel has cozy rooms with cozy furnishings. The furniture is hand-carved (four-poster beds and side cabinets) and the rest is passable too

Especially at Christmas time, many hotels in Dresden are no longer affordable or outrageously overpriced. Here you get nice rooms with a delicious breakfast at reasonable prices

We went for a three day trip to dresden and chose this hostel. Place is in walking distance to the city center. Everyone tourist place is reachable my foot. Rooms and washrooms very very clean
