The hotel must have a long history, with heavy copper keys, a nice environment, and a fountain.

The hotel is really good, with good kitchen, in a peaceful, nice neighborhood. Rooms are a bit old fashioned, you get a key and not a keycard at the reception, but they are also nice and clean. Only two things that I think would help make the experience even better: Charging stations in the garage and USB or power plug next to the bed for phone charging.

There are ants in the room on the first floor of the villa. The environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, the swimming fee is 5 euros per person, and the children are half price. Parking is charged. Don't be together like a stranger

I found the hotel quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and well trained, the breakfast was also very good. The spa area was welcoming and worth a visit. The city of Dresden can be reached by S-Bahn or bus, both the station and the bus stop are within walking distance. I slept very well and I left with a good impression.

I chose this hotel solely for its view, so I requested a river view in advance as a special request, but I was disappointed that they assigned me to a room on the road instead of the river. It has been quite a while since the hotel name changed from The Westin Dresden to BILDBERG. It was inconvenient because you had to walk for about 15 to 20 minutes from the tourist center and there were no shops or restaurants nearby. The room is small and the bathroom is large. The facilities overall are old. Breakfast was okay.

Overall, it wasn't bad. There were no particularly dirty areas, so it's good for people who want to stay cheap. A normal hotel.

The location is a little far from the central station, but I used the tram to get there. It's a nice, quiet place with no noise. Best of all, there was a bathtub, so I was able to take a long bath and relieve the fatigue of my travels. Another good point is that there is a shop inside the hotel. I was able to buy water, alcohol, snacks, etc. The front desk staff were also very kind. Highly rated.

It wasn't too far to walk from the central station, and the room size was just right for two suitcases to be spread out, but the water pressure was low and the shower head needed to be replaced.

Right in the Altstadt. Short walk to Frauenkirche, Neumarkt, Zwinger, Brühlsche Terrasse and the Elbe, and also to the trams and shopping to the south. The premium room  has a cupboard door share with the bathroom broom and toilet. When you draw the door to close it makes noise and the lights wake up the other person.  This is most disturbing experience . None of us slept well for three nights.

We changed the room with the Frauenkirche view to a bigger room 300(39 m2). However the bathroom door is shared with the cupboards. That disturb the other when one goes to toilet in the night. The door makes noise and lights from the bathroom wakes up the other. These for 3 nights we didn’t sleep well. The elegant Grand cafe close by is wonderful in the evening for drinks.

The location of the hotel is very central and you can walk to many of the city attractions. The rooms are alright but far from a four star hotel. The breakfast buffet is mediocre and the staff at the buffet were everything but friendly.

We stayed two nights in this lovely hotel and enjoyed each moment. The friendly service, very well equipped and clean rooms not to forget to mention a delious breakfast for a good start into the day framed the visit of this nice town. 10 mins from the Main Station, quite convenient. Staffs were friendly. The Pool and the gym are rather Small. 

Average The hotel was fine and the service at the check in seat was fine. However, the restaurant was closed when I arrived, which wasn’t ideal as I’d had a long day of travel.

In general, I see a discrepancy between expectations/price and reality. The hotel has been nicely renovated, but the rooms are very small. The interior is very quiet, but there is a lack of ambience (background music? ...). Service is not at 5-star level (e.g. we were never offered help with our luggage, not even when a member of staff happened to get into the same elevator). Location is great. But...

The hotel is new, nice and clean. It's a little far from Altstadt, you have to walk to the tram and take the tram (either 7 or 8) to the center. The room was almost double charged than usual because of the holiday. Simple hotel. Clean rooms. The breakfast is very good, although it is located in the adjacent hotel. You need to walk outside 20m between the two hotels. For a fee, you can use the sauna, fitness and the swimming pool in the adjacent hotel. Tram line 7/8 is about 8min walk. There is a bust stop just outside the hotel.

Hotel was well located within walking distance of main city centre attractions and train station. Had paid for an early check in which wasn't available in the end and was refunded. Room was well appointed but the bed was not the most comfortable (unusual in a Premier Inn).

In the middle of the old town, easy to reach all the touristic places.

Room was very dusty. Like not used in recent days. Corners of the room, desk under TV and the desk in the bathroom had some very old stains. Toilet seat had yellow stains from urine. If we were to stay there longer than one night it would not be acceptable.

The rooms are worn out. The carpets are old. The beds are only made briefly every two days, nothing else.

The hotel is located on a very busy street. Sleeping with the window open is not possible. The hotel is still far from the center of Dresden.

The park is wonderful. The room was clean. I didn't really know where the sauna and other extra things were. There is 3 building and you need to move outside between them. The breakfast was in an other building. Th breakfast was ok.

This place is amazing!! We left Holland to support Ukraine with food, clothing and medicin. After allmost e days of barelly sleeping we arrived here 5:30AM. We could sleep untill 12 and leave at one and still pay for only one night. This is the we needed. Budget hotel. It works for the price - however no A/C, subpar location, and 11 euros per person for breakfast kills it. Bar/restaraunt wasn't open the night we stayed. Parking costs 5 euro, and it is a locked garage - however parking on streets are free and apparently easy to find.

The hotel is very easy to reach from Neustadt bahnhof (just a 200-300 metres) and still an easy, walkable distance to the city center. My room was spacious and comfortable; well, I did miss a coffee/teamaker. The bed was very comfortable too. It wasn't noisy although my windows were facing the street The breakfast was lovely too!

The front of the hotel faces a very busy street. The rooms facing the parking place in backyard are shielded from the street noise and really quite. The guests are charged extra for the parking. The interior is beautiful. Rooms are spacious. Many restaurants are in about 5min waking distance.

A very pleasant stay! Comfortable room with super floor plan. The only drawback is the double bed with the mattress sliding and therefore the result is always a column in the middle .

Great value for money! 15-20 minutes to the Old Town. Good parking under the hotel €12, we parked in the street as it was weekend and free. Nice cosy bar with snacks available following our return from the Semperoper. Highly recommended!

It is very close to the Conservatory of Music. There is a tram station not far away to go to various attractions in the city center. The hotel breakfast is also very considerate

Actually at check in it was disaster. The lady had a chat either her friend was missing out everything, hot happy . Other guys later and in the morning were much welcome. Rooms are big but old fashion, and cold. Heating was starting snd working , but too noisy. Missed breakfast so will not comment. One of the not nice ones across Radisson group :(

The room is clean and confortable. The breakfast is good and quite wide selection available. The parking lots underground are very tight. There is a good quality shower gel and liquid soap in the toilet, but there is no slippers in the room. Internet is fast and free. No laundry service available in the hotel.

The hotel is a good choice if you want to stay relatively close to the city centre. The room is clean and quiet, the breakfast is amazing! I give 4 stars though because the WiFi is horrible and I couldn’t even work from my room due to the very slow network. I think it is not acceptable in 2024.

Wi-Fi was extremely slow on the 5th floor and constantly drops to the point of being useless. It took the hotel 3 days to fix it. The staff is very helpful. There’s beer in the reception 24/7. It’s a little isolated and takes about 15mins to the old town and the cool bohemian neighborhood north.

It’s in the quiet outskirts of Dresden. There’s not much around the immediate vicinity, but there’s a bus stop right at the corner that will get you to city center quickly. I was in town to attend several concerts, and the bathtub was lovely to soak in after being on my feet all day.

The room was clean and refurnished, although we didn’t have fridge neither safety box in our room. But the quality was good. It was in center. For breakfast there was a line for coffee as it was crowded.

It was cozy and what I mean is it’s not a huge property. I did not like that the breakfast cost was not complimentary.

Tiny room in the middle of the old town. Very convenient location facing the square with plenty of bars and restaurants. Occasionally, you may hear the chattering of late returned visitors in the square. You cannot make a cup of tea in your room. TV won't connect to the internet therefore the Chromecast was useless. Breakfast is decent though. The room was cleaned daily. Won't rate it as 5-star.

Have stayed at this hotel many times. The location is excellent, easy to get to the city. The hotel facilities need to be updated. The service is in place. The food in the hotel's restaurant is good and the service is good. The rooms for guests with pets are a bit unsatisfactory and there is room for improvement.

Holiday Inn hotels in Europe basically don't make mistakes, but this hotel is very strange. I don't understand why I have to change rooms when I extend my stay the next day. I communicated with the front desk for a long time and couldn't communicate at all. In the end, Ctrip helped solve the problem. We stayed here for one night in a lovely family room. The room was clean, and we slept well. Parking was available on the hotel grounds and several more outside.
