Kinda of confusing to find the location in the dark near a parking lot. Some of the German patrons were rude, and intolerant. Deserving of my 5 star rating! The view is absolutely phenomenal and in a city bursting with life! The rooms were well kept and very clean. Really did a great job keeping up to standards!

Great hotel on great location. Only thing I didn't like is that hotel parking for motorcycle you must pay for 22 € night what is too much and it's not written on hotel pages. I traveled all over the Germany and i didn't pay for motorcycle parking anywhere. This was the first time.

Clean bed, clean room, good breakfast, nice staff. In room 528 the extractor fan in the bathroom was noisy. And for some reason the cleaning lady knocks at 9 am with a question about cleaning, thereby waking up the guests.

Like all Motel Ones, you get a decent room for an affordable price. The location of the hotel is very good, close to all attractions, and they have parking places under the hotel. The bar is big and lively at night.

Great hotel for a short visit. The rooms are pretty basic, but clean and comfortable enough. A few more electrical outlets would not be amiss though. The location is great, within a 15 minute walk for anything in the Altstadt, the cobblestones are pretty hard on your knees though if you have problems in that area.

Nice, new hotel only 5 minutes from Zwinger by walking. Unfortunately located next to train way and therefor too noisy especially in night time.

The exterior is plain compared to the surrounds, but the inside is very nice. Walking distance to all the main sites (5-10 minutes from the museum).

Price/value is okay, so don't expect to much. Friendly stuff. Breakfast not really awesome (warm juice, not that much and good choice...). Parking costs 10€ per day in a parking garage next to the hotel. Rooms clean and good, but not completely silent and in my opinion the blanket was a bit thin for winter time.

Very clean and hospitable place. I found the bed a bit too hard for my liking, but then that's just me. The shower is awesome! No English language TV channels that I could find again not the end of the world. Yummy breakfast. Wifi was weak inside rooms. Good customer service. Is a nice hotel right in the middle of Dresden. Is a great place to be close to museums and all. However, the beds are small, definitely not the size of the ones in USA. The bathroom is also small, but is nice. I loved the complimentary breakfast and for that reason alone it was definitely worth staying here.

Nice facility with all the services you might need while traveling for a few days. Bar in a lobby open 24/7, with competitive prices to the city. Underground car parking and bikes which you can rent makes Motel One very convenient place to stay. Really recommend you to book the accomodation here.

This place was a great stay. The hotel itself, housekeeping, staff, and breakfast buffet were all wonderful. Just don’t buy water from the bar. It’s expensive even for a hotel.

The hotel is great in general. The bed we had was comfy but the room is too small for 2 persons. Breakfast is a bit expensive for what it is (just minimum bread, coffee, etc.)

Very nice, clean, trendy looking hotel. Well located near tram stops and not far from the Neustadt train station and the Carolaplatz. For the price, the quality was exceptional and the place very pretty. We had a poor view given the beautiful surroundings but you can't win every time.

A hotel that claims to be young and hip in start-up mode, but you immediately get the feeling that you're dealing with a big chain. It's still clean and decent if you're spending a night in Dresden, but if you want to visit the city for longer I'd look for a more authentic hotel.

The hotel was very good. It is our second stay here. Staff is friendly, beds very comfortable and it is clean. Breakfasts were typical for the hotel breakfast. The worst thing is the breakfast area is in lobby. There is no special area for guests eating.

The cleanness could be much better. There was dust in our bathroom on the tissue box, and under the sink where they put the towels. Also, on the carpets of the room, corridors, and shared ereas, you could see the dust and stains. There were many spider webs in all the lamps of breakfast erea. On all the doors, you could see the oily stains of hand prints, which you do not expect these from a 5-star...

I don't think the staff is happy there at all so sad! The coffe machine was broken no bread and the signage was absent. Parking too far and too awkward if you are a wheelchair user.

Really nice hotel, very friendly staff. Rooms are good: a lot of space, nice bathroom, beautiful view on the Altmarkt, so the location is great as well. Would certainly reccomend! You can park your car at the Qpark Altmarkt, the hotel has discount tickets for the parking garage. Realy nice hotel. The rooms are good and clean, don't stay on the first floor by the way. The breakfast is a complete one. You have electric scooter and bikes to rent in front of the hotel, train station near and shopping too. People are polite and kind. I recommend even for a long stay.

Calm, clean and not far from the city center. It is very recommended especially for families, their rooms or apartments are big enough and the team is very welcomming. But the restaurant and its breakfast was not worth it.!

Good hotel. Walking distance from city center. They provide bicycles for 2eur/hour or 10eur/day. These bikes are very comfortable and a better choice than a taxi or a public transport. Note: the rooms in the hotel cannot be locked from inside! (fire safety?)

The rooms for families are huge! Big, clean bathroom. They even have a kitchen. The downside is that it doesn't have enough hooks for towels and coats.

Room was very nice. Hotel is located on the public transport line, so getting around is very easy. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be that it is difficult to get up and down the stairs with your luggage. All in all a pleasant experience.

Actually at check in it was disaster. The lady had a chat either her friend was missing out everything, hot happy . Other guys later and in the morning were much welcome. Rooms are big but old fashion, and cold. Heating was starting snd working , but too noisy. Missed breakfast so will not comment. One of the not nice ones across Radisson group :(

The room is clean and confortable. The breakfast is good and quite wide selection available. The parking lots underground are very tight. There is a good quality shower gel and liquid soap in the toilet, but there is no slippers in the room. Internet is fast and free. No laundry service available in the hotel.

The hotel is a good choice if you want to stay relatively close to the city centre. The room is clean and quiet, the breakfast is amazing! I give 4 stars though because the WiFi is horrible and I couldn’t even work from my room due to the very slow network. I think it is not acceptable in 2024.

Wi-Fi was extremely slow on the 5th floor and constantly drops to the point of being useless. It took the hotel 3 days to fix it. The staff is very helpful. There’s beer in the reception 24/7. It’s a little isolated and takes about 15mins to the old town and the cool bohemian neighborhood north.

The park is wonderful. The room was clean. I didn't really know where the sauna and other extra things were. There is 3 building and you need to move outside between them. The breakfast was in an other building. Th breakfast was ok.

This place is amazing!! We left Holland to support Ukraine with food, clothing and medicin. After allmost e days of barelly sleeping we arrived here 5:30AM. Lovely place, it is nice inside and around it. Great price quality ratio. Breakfast was good. Every one was nice. Parking just in front of the entrance, but quite, lot of trees. There is even a little playgroup for the kids in the shadow of the park! Highly recommend.

Clean room, enough facility. The best location for sight seeing, though my trip was for business. Room rate was quite reasonable. Reception opens longer than some other apart-hotels.

Really GREAT. The first Hotel, in which NOT a single mold spot in the shower was also not in the corners :) Carpentry really was beautiful, the Service was friendly. Breakfast was always full and also edible. Everyone is, of course, used to different. :) Nevertheless, there is a star deduction due to the age-old Elevator.... :) And relax, you can stay here in any case.

We stayed here because it's close to the highway, but in the morning there was a huge traffic jam on it, so we had to drive through the city anyway...Our room was in a separate building, so we had to go out for breakfast, and the roads on that morning were icy... The place is quite outside of the old town of Dresden, but a wonderful location to start the visit. Many free parking lots, very nice rooms, friedly staff, good breakfast, silent area, a bar with draft beer, etc. I worked for two days in Dresden and it was like "coming home" in the evening...

A Top Hotel. Quiet location a few minutes from the city centre. The food is good and the portions are huge.

Hotel is located 20mins from old town. There is bus stop just outside the building as well as free parking. Hotel accepts dogs with additional fee 10€ per day. There are not many shops or bars/restaurants close to the hotel. Room was clear and beds are really comfortable, however there is a little too dark in both main room and bathroom.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and were happy with our choice. The hotel is circa 15 minutes from the centre of Dresden via street tram. The tram stop is a maximum 2 minutes walk from the hotel entrance. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied. The staff were both helpful and friendly. For our next trip to Dresden we will try to book this hotel again.

This hotel really provides great value at a competitive price, I can highly recommend a stay at Aviv. Seems it's a tiny hotel, but it offers spacious rooms with nice old solid wooden furniture, big properly equipped bathroom. "A touch of Bali"....so it is in the hotel flyer. The decor of the hotel is very geared for both the decoration and the furniture of the room. I e ad staying at the guesthouse for 2 weeks for business reasons, since it is in the university area. The place is far from downtown (30 min on foot) but the bus stop is close and public transport is frequent. The room is nice, the bed confortable and the bathroom clean. However, the table in the room was not cleaned during my stay. An electric kettle would have been a great plus, however the staff...

Clean, large and nice rooms. Low prices. Dogfriendly but the breakfast quality wasn't worth the money. I recommend to take your breakfast or dinner somewhere in the inner city. Calm and save location next to the University. I'll go here again!

First impressions are good, very easy to get to by car and ample off street private parking, perfectly situated tram stop right to the centre outside (no3 tram). The room is more than adequate. I'll update at a later stage after my stay.

Price - performance with rice rgutschein fits. Staff is friendly, room and bathroom clean.With the S-Bahn, bus stop directly in front of the Hotel one is fast in the city center. At about 30 degrees in the non air-conditioned rooms it is not relaxed, unfortunately, since all of 10 minutes keeps the train on the main arterial road.
