I enjoyed my stay. They respect the covid regulations. The breakfast is good. I had a room with broken pipes, but they notified, gave me a new room and a free drink in the bar.

Services and quality is rather lower than expected when compared to the price. Overall not bad but also not worth it. Breakfast was disappointing.

Great location not far away from the bus and railway stations as well as the old town. Small but very warm and cozy room. And... The best blanket in my life. 😊

The cleanness could be much better. There was dust in our bathroom on the tissue box, and under the sink where they put the towels. Also, on the carpets of the room, corridors, and shared ereas, you could see the dust and stains. There were many spider webs in all the lamps of breakfast erea. On all the doors, you could see the oily stains of hand prints, which you do not expect these from a 5-star...

The experience already started before the arrival. I got an e-mail, saying that if I check-in online, I can get a mobile key and don't have to go to the reception. So I downloaded the app, checked-in, but the mobile key never appeared. Upon arrival, the receptionist told me that it usually doesn't work. Reservation of a parking place was not possible and when we arrived, the hotel parking was full...

All in all an ok hotel to stay at, despite many flaws. Service was a mixed bag, check-in was not so nice, checkout was super nice. Service at the bar was very stressed and we waited about an hour to get our drinks. Rooms are kind of clean, but only superficially as you can see in my pictures. Great hotel on great location. Only thing I didn't like is that hotel parking for motorcycle you must pay for 22 € night what is too much and it's not written on hotel pages. I traveled all over the Germany and i didn't pay for motorcycle parking anywhere. This was the first time.

Liked: We really liked the fact that it was close to the city center, aprox. 15 minutes and we have reached Augustusbruecke. The parking price it is true that it is a little bit expensive for one night (22 euro/night), but you can go out and in if you need to use the car whenever you want. We did not have an issue with finding a place in the parking and there were a lot of parking places available...

Always kind staff and the rooms are up to the standard every time I visit. The number of cars parked in front speaks for itself!

Very friendly staff. The Hotel was super cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. The room is not very spacious, but it is comfortable. The bed and pillows are a little too soft. The Hotel is very near to the center and we could do everything on foot.

Like all Motel Ones, you get a decent room for an affordable price. The location of the hotel is very good, close to all attractions, and they have parking places under the hotel. The bar is big and lively at night.

Great hotel for a short visit. The rooms are pretty basic, but clean and comfortable enough. A few more electrical outlets would not be amiss though. The location is great, within a 15 minute walk for anything in the Altstadt, the cobblestones are pretty hard on your knees though if you have problems in that area.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights last year. It's location was fantastic, very central and within walking distance to most sights. My room was very quiet and I slept well. I would stay here again.

Very clean and hospitable place. I found the bed a bit too hard for my liking, but then that's just me. The shower is awesome! No English language TV channels that I could find again not the end of the world. Yummy breakfast. Wifi was weak inside rooms. Good customer service. As it is at the Citi center , there was convenience for bus train malls etc. All the beautiful views in Dresden were just behind this hotel. There is nice church view from the room I stayed. Is a nice hotel right in the middle of Dresden. Is a great place to be close to museums and all. However, the beds are small, definitely not the size of the ones in USA. The bathroom is also small, but is nice. I loved the complimentary breakfast and for that reason alone it was definitely worth staying here.

Nice facility with all the services you might need while traveling for a few days. Bar in a lobby open 24/7, with competitive prices to the city. Underground car parking and bikes which you can rent makes Motel One very convenient place to stay. Really recommend you to book the accomodation here.

This place was a great stay. The hotel itself, housekeeping, staff, and breakfast buffet were all wonderful. Just don’t buy water from the bar. It’s expensive even for a hotel.

The hotel is great in general. The bed we had was comfy but the room is too small for 2 persons. Breakfast is a bit expensive for what it is (just minimum bread, coffee, etc.)

Very nice, clean, trendy looking hotel. Well located near tram stops and not far from the Neustadt train station and the Carolaplatz. For the price, the quality was exceptional and the place very pretty. We had a poor view given the beautiful surroundings but you can't win every time.

Nice, new hotel only 5 minutes from Zwinger by walking. Unfortunately located next to train way and therefor too noisy especially in night time.

The exterior is plain compared to the surrounds, but the inside is very nice. Walking distance to all the main sites (5-10 minutes from the museum).

Price/value is okay, so don't expect to much. Friendly stuff. Breakfast not really awesome (warm juice, not that much and good choice...). Parking costs 10€ per day in a parking garage next to the hotel. Rooms clean and good, but not completely silent and in my opinion the blanket was a bit thin for winter time.

Calm, clean and not far from the city center. It is very recommended especially for families, their rooms or apartments are big enough and the team is very welcomming. But the restaurant and its breakfast was not worth it.!

Good hotel. Walking distance from city center. They provide bicycles for 2eur/hour or 10eur/day. These bikes are very comfortable and a better choice than a taxi or a public transport. Note: the rooms in the hotel cannot be locked from inside! (fire safety?)

Underground (safe) parking, apartment at ACHAT Dresden we stayed was very nice with lots of space(!), microwave, refrigerator, next door to Lidl supermarket (gets you everything you need for breakfast/lunch/dinner), comfortabele, bus(line) 62 to centre bus stop nearby, walking distance to tourist bus takes 15-20 minutes crossing the bridge over traintracks to train station (also not too far away),...

The rooms for families are huge! Big, clean bathroom. They even have a kitchen. The downside is that it doesn't have enough hooks for towels and coats.

I don't think the staff is happy there at all so sad! The coffe machine was broken no bread and the signage was absent. Parking too far and too awkward if you are a wheelchair user.

Really nice hotel, very friendly staff. Rooms are good: a lot of space, nice bathroom, beautiful view on the Altmarkt, so the location is great as well. Would certainly reccomend! You can park your car at the Qpark Altmarkt, the hotel has discount tickets for the parking garage. Breakfast is expensive (€16 per person), I would reccomend exploring Dresden and getting breakfast somewhere else.

The hotel is a good choice if you want to stay relatively close to the city centre. The room is clean and quiet, the breakfast is amazing! I give 4 stars though because the WiFi is horrible and I couldn’t even work from my room due to the very slow network. I think it is not acceptable in 2024.

Wi-Fi was extremely slow on the 5th floor and constantly drops to the point of being useless. It took the hotel 3 days to fix it. The staff is very helpful. There’s beer in the reception 24/7. It’s a little isolated and takes about 15mins to the old town and the cool bohemian neighborhood north.

The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was helpful by trying to contact housekeeping to see if our room was ready since we arrived before check-in time. The park is wonderful. The room was clean. I didn't really know where the sauna and other extra things were. There is 3 building and you need to move outside between them. The breakfast was in an other building. Th breakfast was ok.

This place is amazing!! We left Holland to support Ukraine with food, clothing and medicin. After allmost e days of barelly sleeping we arrived here 5:30AM. We could sleep untill 12 and leave at one and still pay for only one night. This is the we needed. Lovely place, it is nice inside and around it. Great price quality ratio. Breakfast was good. Every one was nice. Parking just in front of the entrance, but quite, lot of trees. There is even a little playgroup for the kids in the shadow of the park! Highly recommend.

Really GREAT. The first Hotel, in which NOT a single mold spot in the shower was also not in the corners :) Carpentry really was beautiful, the Service was friendly. Breakfast was always full and also edible. Everyone is, of course, used to different. :) Nevertheless, there is a star deduction due to the age-old Elevator.... :) And relax, you can stay here in any case.

Everything was very clean, in a quiet location, but still centrally located. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop or tram stop. It is also not further to the next supermarket. Very satisfied, lovely room, bright, big. Every day cleaning. Calm area. Close to public transport. Those. we got what we wanted. The only negative-paid Wi-Fi, but it is fixable .. In walking distance of a large store Lidl. Vayfay, it turned out, not paid, I just had to go to the reception with Google translator and explain. But I did not find Russian TV channels.

An affordable hotel in Dresden. The rooms have a 90's look, feel and smell. Rooms are equipped with a small kitchen and they have free wifi. The hotel has a good breakfast. Hotel rooms are for pretty reasonable prices if you are looking for cosy overnight in wider center of the city of Dresden. The rooms are in 90's style. The substantial pro is the fact that my room has been equiped with small kitchen including microwave and refrigerator. It is necessary to use a car or public transportation to reach the citycenter.

Nice Hotel, rooms fit for purpose, good Parking facilities and very nice staff! In addition, clean. Stayed for a night there and were able to complain to the empty soap dispenser nothing. The place is quite outside of the old town of Dresden, but a wonderful location to start the visit. Many free parking lots, very nice rooms, friedly staff, good breakfast, silent area, a bar with draft beer, etc. I worked for two days in Dresden and it was like "coming home" in the evening...

A Top Hotel. Quiet location a few minutes from the city centre. The food is good and the portions are huge.

Hotel is located 20mins from old town. There is bus stop just outside the building as well as free parking. Hotel accepts dogs with additional fee 10€ per day. There are not many shops or bars/restaurants close to the hotel. Room was clear and beds are really comfortable, however there is a little too dark in both main room and bathroom.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and were happy with our choice. The hotel is circa 15 minutes from the centre of Dresden via street tram. The tram stop is a maximum 2 minutes walk from the hotel entrance. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied. The staff were both helpful and friendly. For our next trip to Dresden we will try to book this hotel again.

I e ad staying at the guesthouse for 2 weeks for business reasons, since it is in the university area. The place is far from downtown (30 min on foot) but the bus stop is close and public transport is frequent. The room is nice, the bed confortable and the bathroom clean. However, the table in the room was not cleaned during my stay. An electric kettle would have been a great plus, however the staff...

Clean, large and nice rooms. Low prices. Dogfriendly but the breakfast quality wasn't worth the money. I recommend to take your breakfast or dinner somewhere in the inner city. Calm and save location next to the University. I'll go here again!

First impressions are good, very easy to get to by car and ample off street private parking, perfectly situated tram stop right to the centre outside (no3 tram). The room is more than adequate. I'll update at a later stage after my stay.

Price - performance with rice rgutschein fits. Staff is friendly, room and bathroom clean.With the S-Bahn, bus stop directly in front of the Hotel one is fast in the city center. At about 30 degrees in the non air-conditioned rooms it is not relaxed, unfortunately, since all of 10 minutes keeps the train on the main arterial road.

We have eaten at the Landhotel dinner and can only stress how excellent the food was. From the Appetizer to the Dessert everything was fresh, super tasty and also visually perfect. The Service was also very great. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We were there in April 2016 in this Hotel and we were completely satisfied. Super friendly staff, rooms clean and great location. But the absolute most outstanding thing about this Hotel was the food.
