The hotel offers a great location—very easy to access and close to key attractions, which was a big plus. The room was decent for a budget stay, clean enough for comfort. However, the hospitality at reception was quite average, and the staff didn’t seem very proactive or eager to assist. We had a lovely stay at Ibis Dresden! The location was great to so many restaurants and shops and malls! We had a great room as far as space wise, the view from our room was great! Central location. It is branded as budget, but feels like one. Corridors give a rundown feeling. Towels are super thin. No kettle nor coffee or tea in the room.

The hotel is centrally located, close to both sightseeing attractions and shopping. It’s easy to stop in front of the hotel by car to unload your luggage, which was very convenient. Hotel was well located within walking distance of main city centre attractions and train station. Had paid for an early check in which wasn't available in the end and was refunded. Room was well appointed but the bed was not the most comfortable (unusual in a Premier Inn).

We had a good night's rest at this hotel. It has a great location and new rooms with a good floor plan. This hotel was within 100 m of the Kreuzkirche Dresden so we were able to start our exploration of Dresden as soon as we got parked. The location is great and it the biggest plus. The hotel room is no frills basic, no fridge and was not able to make it cooler in the room, seems like maybe the fan was not working? Opening the window did not help. But overall a decent place to stay in a great location.

Expecting a great time and a nice stay per other reviews, we were quite disappointed. Our room was hot inside. The hvac control set at 18 and full fan did nothing more than set at Off. so no air flow or air conditioning. The was no tissue other than strong tp. Had fun staying here as it is very close to city centre, the famous Christmas market. The restaurants nearby are amazing as well. Totally recommending this hotel.

Really nice hotel ! Went to watch a competition at the Stadium. Great beds, friendly staff, clean room and a nice breakfast. Nothing to fancy but if you are looking for a nice hotel and have a great sleep, I can only recommend !

It was a bit far from the main tourist attractions. It was a bit far from the Dresden tourist center, and public transportation (No. 81 or No. 478) near the hotel did not come often, so it was difficult to manage time efficiently. From the next day, I checked the bus schedule and moved according to the time, but it was a bit inconvenient to take the bus to the main tourist attractions and then transfer...

I don't think the staff is happy there at all so sad! The coffe machine was broken no bread and the signage was absent. Parking too far and too awkward if you are a wheelchair user.

Really nice hotel, very friendly staff. Rooms are good: a lot of space, nice bathroom, beautiful view on the Altmarkt, so the location is great as well. Would certainly reccomend! You can park your car at the Qpark Altmarkt, the hotel has discount tickets for the parking garage. Breakfast is expensive (€16 per person), I would reccomend exploring Dresden and getting breakfast somewhere else.

The park is wonderful. The room was clean. I didn't really know where the sauna and other extra things were. There is 3 building and you need to move outside between them. The breakfast was in an other building. Th breakfast was ok.

This place is amazing!! We left Holland to support Ukraine with food, clothing and medicin. After allmost e days of barelly sleeping we arrived here 5:30AM. We could sleep untill 12 and leave at one and still pay for only one night. This is the we needed. Thanks to the lady (who spoke very good English as well) for helping us when we had nowhere else to go

It’s really nice guest house. It situated in TU campus with 9 minutes walk to Theoretical Physics building and 20 minutes walk to Dresden Central Station. It has WiFi and Refrigerator facilities.

The breakfast is not so good and there’s not so much to choose from. And you pay 13.5 euro for it. You can definitely get much better breakfast for cheaper price outside in bakeries. The shower in the room was broken during our stay and the temperature changes from one moment to another. I almost got burnt by the early morning shower.

Hotel is located 20mins from old town. There is bus stop just outside the building as well as free parking. Hotel accepts dogs with additional fee 10€ per day. There are not many shops or bars/restaurants close to the hotel. Room was clear and beds are really comfortable, however there is a little too dark in both main room and bathroom.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and were happy with our choice. The hotel is circa 15 minutes from the centre of Dresden via street tram. The tram stop is a maximum 2 minutes walk from the hotel entrance. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied. The staff were both helpful and friendly. For our next trip to Dresden we will try to book this hotel again.

This hotel really provides great value at a competitive price, I can highly recommend a stay at Aviv. The food is good. We were invited [family celebration on October 22nd] and can therefore not really assess the value for money. But what must be emphasized is the service, which was extremely friendly, fast, patient and very accommodating to the not always easy crowd of guests.

The estate is very beautiful to look at and offers a nice Location to eat, Drink and relax. The staff is a little weird, though. In the case of the demand of food due to lactose intolerance, you responded, rather annoyed. The flexibility is not so, apparently, all too high.

Very friendly staff. The Hotel was super cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. The room is not very spacious, but it is comfortable. The bed and pillows are a little too soft. The Hotel is very near to the center and we could do everything on foot.

Great hotel for a short visit. The rooms are pretty basic, but clean and comfortable enough. A few more electrical outlets would not be amiss though. The location is great, within a 15 minute walk for anything in the Altstadt, the cobblestones are pretty hard on your knees though if you have problems in that area.

Great hotel on great location. Only thing I didn't like is that hotel parking for motorcycle you must pay for 22 € night what is too much and it's not written on hotel pages. I traveled all over the Germany and i didn't pay for motorcycle parking anywhere. This was the first time.

Clean bed, clean room, good breakfast, nice staff. In room 528 the extractor fan in the bathroom was noisy. And for some reason the cleaning lady knocks at 9 am with a question about cleaning, thereby waking up the guests.

Nice facility with all the services you might need while traveling for a few days. Bar in a lobby open 24/7, with competitive prices to the city. Underground car parking and bikes which you can rent makes Motel One very convenient place to stay. Really recommend you to book the accomodation here.

Very nice, clean, trendy looking hotel. Well located near tram stops and not far from the Neustadt train station and the Carolaplatz. For the price, the quality was exceptional and the place very pretty. We had a poor view given the beautiful surroundings but you can't win every time.

Good hotel. Walking distance from city center. They provide bicycles for 2eur/hour or 10eur/day. These bikes are very comfortable and a better choice than a taxi or a public transport. Note: the rooms in the hotel cannot be locked from inside! (fire safety?)

A hotel that claims to be young and hip in start-up mode, but you immediately get the feeling that you're dealing with a big chain. It's still clean and decent if you're spending a night in Dresden, but if you want to visit the city for longer I'd look for a more authentic hotel.

The hotel was very good. It is our second stay here. Staff is friendly, beds very comfortable and it is clean. Breakfasts were typical for the hotel breakfast. The worst thing is the breakfast area is in lobby. There is no special area for guests eating.

The cleanness could be much better. There was dust in our bathroom on the tissue box, and under the sink where they put the towels. Also, on the carpets of the room, corridors, and shared ereas, you could see the dust and stains. There were many spider webs in all the lamps of breakfast erea. Actually at check in it was disaster. The lady had a chat either her friend was missing out everything, hot happy . Other guys later and in the morning were much welcome. The room is clean and confortable. The breakfast is good and quite wide selection available. The parking lots underground are very tight. There is a good quality shower gel and liquid soap in the toilet, but there is no slippers in the room. Internet is fast and free. No laundry service available in the hotel.

Wi-Fi was extremely slow on the 5th floor and constantly drops to the point of being useless. It took the hotel 3 days to fix it. The staff is very helpful. There’s beer in the reception 24/7. It’s a little isolated and takes about 15mins to the old town and the cool bohemian neighborhood north.
