This is the best hotel ever. The rooms are amazing, with lots of space super comfy and a great bed and the bathroom. The staff at the reception very professional and helpful all the time. The breakfast in the room is very good.

This hotel was a quiet, comfortable stay at an incredibly close location to Dresden attractions and Christmas Markets. The hotel was slightly outdated, but still beautiful and cozy. The service here was also very kind and friendly. Would stay here again in the future.

The Hotel is well situated, clean and nice to stay for a city trip. The parking situation is fine but a little chaotic, however the staff will surely find a way to solve the situation to the customers needs. Great stay. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel but from what we could see the covid standards were respected.

Rooms missing some amenities like sheets on bed, two pillows per person, blanket in the room, etc. Breakfast is ok but no paper cups for coffee to go. Building is relatively new and mostly clean. Elevators don't have room key activated security. Room was hot regardless of thermostat setting. Location is close to the river and a short distance from historic downtown.

You can reach the hotel from Dresden central from multiple routes using a tram or a train and bus and it took less than half an hour. A big supermarket is close to the hotel so you can buy there. On the ground floor of the hotel, there's an Italian restaurant. In case you are tired or lazy you can eat there, which was good. The problem with rooms was they were not sound proof.

The room was clean and refurnished, although we didn’t have fridge neither safety box in our room. But the quality was good. It was in center. For breakfast there was a line for coffee as it was crowded.

Lady at front desk is extremely friendly and we felt very welcomed when we arrived! The car parking is super easy too! Room was spotless and quite big. Would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel was nice, we spent 2 nights there, very clean, polite staff. You can get breakfest in hotel too, but we decide to eat outside. Hotel is 5-10 min. away from center with car, there is good bus connection too. Hotel has its own parking garage (12€ per day) and there is free parking along the street.

I like the room a lot, especially the bed. We were really tired from the trip and I got very good sleep. The room is clean, morden and a bit quirky with some signs 🤣. Excellent location in the middle of historic city center, walking distance to all main attractions. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, the only reason for 4 stars for the rooms is somewhat old decorations style. The hotel has a spacious parking and room for bicycles.

This place has a great location. If you jumped from the window you’d land in one of the main squares of the old town! It is a fully equipped apartment-our unit had a washer. Comfortable and with a daytime only front desk staff to answer questions. The only caveat is that there is no AC So you must sleep with the windows open, as one does in Germany!

Stayed 5 nights here. A nice new hotel in a good location, and they offer great breakfast. The staffs are good, Augustus, Wilson and Sandra are the best. However, I think there are 2 staffs still need some more hospitality experience to be consistent with Marriott standard, and one of them is also unfriendly.

Great hotel not far from Altamarket. The staff are amazing! The hotel is brand new. Fun atmosphere. Right across the street from the train station. Train directly from Frankfurt Airport to Dresden. Unfortunately at the time of this posting nothing is open except for a few street vendors and the grocery market. Looking forward to coming back when everything is open.

Hotel is nice, clean en staff is friendly. However the climat control system in the room is beyond logic. Be careful using the Bathroom stuffs like dryer. I got electric shock and there was short-circuit and the dryer get burned. No electricity for sometime. I can only agree with all the reviews. That was our domicile during our many stays in Dresden. Unfortunately, my husband passed away in 2019, so I only have fond memories of an accommodation where no wishes were left unfulfilled!

The place was lovely - spacious and clean and staff very kind. Challenges were that most spoke only German (not english or french or spanish or czech which were languages we spoke) and weren't as thorough as we thought (it said daily cleaning which did not happen) and there were additional costs for water in the fridge which we didn't expect. But the location was fabulous!

Very courteous hotel staff, gladly 5*. Unfortunately, our room didn't have such a nice view of the outside - probably only the deluxe apartments have this. But otherwise very comfortable and homely.
