The Hotel is well situated, clean and nice to stay for a city trip. The parking situation is fine but a little chaotic, however the staff will surely find a way to solve the situation to the customers needs

Medium quality room, bed a bit too hard and we did not have the towel upon our arrival - unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel. Everybody wearing a mask in the hotel, except the reception guys!

All at the highest level from Breakfast and arrangement of rooms to Spa, Wellness, restaurants and meeting rooms. The service at the highest level, the prices too, but it's worth it. Conference here the best conditions

I enjoyed it. The breakfasts are great, location excellent. Our room window faced the street and not on the Elbe, the view was not very good, but noise isolation is excellent. Shampoo and soap with a pleasant smell.

I’m annoyed with this as I need to walk over 500 steps! just to get from my room to the lift. Haven’t have a chance to use the pool and gym

Free only in the lobby and in the gym. The gym has a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool

We then hung out at the spa after our long journey, had some cocktails at the executive lounge, and had a great dinner at their ‘German’ restaurant on the ground level (I use quotations as it is very touristy, but the food is VERY good and it’s convenient and what we needed)

Another crazy thing about all of this, it’s very affordable to stay here! Much cheaper than Berlin or Prague and the quality is so much better than you’ll get there for the same price

Whilst I was waiting for the key, the receptionist told me that the AC system in the hotel is over 17 years old and that the hotel owners who are based in Singapore wanted to have it replaced during lockdown but for some reason it wasn't possible

I called reception again and asked if we could move rooms but I was told that all the rooms were booked. The receptionist asked if I wanted to have a look at the room because it had no windows

Breakfast was very expensive and the one-way system that was in place made things very chaotic and unenjoyable. I might stay there again, but only after they've got their AC sorted out

Shower power was good in the boardroom bathroom. It would probably be good enough to clean Euros before they are paid into Frasers Hospitality investment trust

The view was interesting-great for people watching with the mirrored glass, and as there were no external windows and lots of vents it did seem a bit cooler

The clock tower nearby chimes loudly, but it’s got a certain charm—like a quirky wake-up call you can't snooze! And don’t even get me started on breakfast; it’s delicious and just what you need before diving into Dresden's treasures

I always stay in this hotel while in Dresden overnight. Its location is just perfect, directly in the city centre. The staff is very welcoming and hospitable, romms large, well-equiped and clean

The other issue with that 'window' is that when someone needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the whole room (i. bedroom and bathrpom) gets lit up when the bathroom light is turned on

In the center of sleeping a always keeps you on your toes and it is hard to switch off. By nearby Bus and train connections you afloat in the city, its activities and after a hard day back into the soft bed

The hotel was nice, we spent 2 nights there, very clean, polite staff. You can get breakfest in hotel too, but we decide to eat outside. away from center with car, there is good bus connection too

I had the pleasure of spending several in different Holiday Inn and I must really say that I liked the City South to be the best. For one or the other may not be very Central, but that is a big plus point

Lady at front desk is extremely friendly and we felt very welcomed when we arrived! The car parking is super easy too! Room was spotless and quite big. Would definitely stay here again!!

We requested the breakfast to be prepared 30 minutes earlier than when it is scheduled to (06:00 am instead of 06:30 am) because of an important cooperative operation we had with the German Military Air Force and the staff positively answered to our request

As it is at the Citi center , there was convenience for bus train malls etc. All the beautiful views in Dresden were just behind this hotel. There is nice church view from the room I stayed

Is a nice hotel right in the middle of Dresden. Is a great place to be close to museums and all. However, the beds are small, definitely not the size of the ones in USA. The bathroom is also small, but is nice

Whether you go for the famous art gallery "Zwinger",climb the bell tower of the Royal Residencia,visited the Dresden Opera,sitting in one of the many restaurants on the Terrace overlooking the Elbe river with its magnificent bridges,or just walking around the city at any time of the year is always a delight and a romantic mood

Dresden-the stunning beauty of the city!Having been here once wants to come back again and again. The historic center is almost completely rebuilt after the war,but it seems that it is steeped in antiquity

We have booked the Hotel for a long weekend. The booked room was no longer in arrival, but we were assigned a room in the higher category ( Executive Room ), which was, of course, very right

Great location near the old inner city. Small but comfy and modern rooms. Different pillows available. Staff is very nice. Wifi is available for free but appears to be slow.

And the suburbs of Dresden-is a separate issue!!!

You can pay for parking with credit card at the reception, parking spots available any time during the weekend. Room we had was spacious, same for the bathroom. There is nothing to complain about

Was really impressed with the art work and how it brought the space together. The reception was incredible and it is a couple fo minutes walk from city center. I would highly recommend.

Great spread with Thüringer sausages, freshly made scrambled egg, fresh fruit smoothie and FREE Sekt 🥂! Parking on the street is only 3€/24h! Rooms are big and well maintained

The hall is large and nice, but sound quality could be better. The staff are very professional and polite, but have a tendency to ignore you unless you make youself seen

As the name explains it is hotel to attend conferences in near by locations. The Akademihotel is near to airport. This hotel was good fit for us as I had 8 am flight. Breakfast service starts at 6

As well the restaurant needed repairing so it was closed too (the restaurant is next door in the (adjacent) Marriott Hotel. A snack was however available in the Best Western dining area and they've got drinks, too

The breakfast is very good, although it is located in the adjacent hotel. You need to walk outside 20m between the two hotels. For a fee, you can use the sauna, fitness and the swimming pool in the adjacent hotel

We had the chance to use the sauna and pool for our first evening and then they needed to repair something which is why it was closed the next day

Due to student neighborhood there's some party noise coming up from the park at night. Staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel and rooms are in an overall good conditions. Everything worked as it should

Were in the Dezember2016 in the Hotel once wanted to visit the Christmas market. The Hotel is located somewhat outside, but with train or Bus is very good and fast in the City

Tram 7 takes you to the city center, and operates all day all night. Parking: Hotel has its own secure parking garage. Staff and Service: The staff is very friendly, replied to mail queries in less time

But they tell you to park in the back and we could not find the back entrance so walked around to the front each time. Three of the five front desk staff we met, were young and quite rude
