Great value for money! 15-20 minutes to the Old Town. Good parking under the hotel €12, we parked in the street as it was weekend and free. Nice cosy bar with snacks available following our return from the Semperoper. Highly recommended!

It is located only 500 meters from the city centre. You can walk anywhere. Staff was very helpful. Room is good but needs a bit refurbishing.

The location of the hotel is very close to the substation, you can reach it either by walking in 10 minutes or by taking the tram in front of it in 5 minutes. The rooms are spotless, and the beer bar on the ground floor is very enjoyable.

This hotel is in a great location with excellent service, and the minibar was a great. A few details kept this from being a 5-star experience. The pillows were extremely flat, and the towels were basic not that good quality—more like what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. The hotel has a good location just at the old city. The rooms have nice view of the River and city. The decoration is a bit old fashioned. Breakfast is good. No air-condition and we had to sleep with open windows with a lot of noise coming from the bridge.

The room is clean and confortable. The breakfast is good and quite wide selection available. The parking lots underground are very tight. There is a good quality shower gel and liquid soap in the toilet, but there is no slippers in the room. Internet is fast and free. No laundry service available in the hotel.

Wi-Fi was extremely slow on the 5th floor and constantly drops to the point of being useless. It took the hotel 3 days to fix it. The staff is very helpful. There’s beer in the reception 24/7. It’s a little isolated and takes about 15mins to the old town and the cool bohemian neighborhood north.

It’s in the quiet outskirts of Dresden. There’s not much around the immediate vicinity, but there’s a bus stop right at the corner that will get you to city center quickly. I was in town to attend several concerts, and the bathtub was lovely to soak in after being on my feet all day.

The room was clean and refurnished, although we didn’t have fridge neither safety box in our room. But the quality was good. It was in center. For breakfast there was a line for coffee as it was crowded.

It was cozy and what I mean is it’s not a huge property. I did not like that the breakfast cost was not complimentary.

We did not get the room, which I ordered. It is not very comfortable, when you travel with 3 kids and you expect some service, for example kitchenete at the room. But at least we saved some money.

Breakfast was served from 7 until 11. Parking nearby without extra cost was possible. The receptionist gave us two cartons of water for free when we checked out.

The hotel is not near Dresden train station which is about 15 minutes walk to the hotel. It was not convenient to take the train to other city. Luckily, there is a bus going to the old town conveniently. The food is alright.

The room was spacious and there was ample free parking. It's a condo type, so there are highlights. There are a few plates, a coffee machine, and a coffee pot, but there's no pot or microwave, so it was difficult to heat up the hetbahn.

Tiny room in the middle of the old town. Very convenient location facing the square with plenty of bars and restaurants. Occasionally, you may hear the chattering of late returned visitors in the square. You cannot make a cup of tea in your room. TV won't connect to the internet therefore the Chromecast was useless. Breakfast is decent though. The room was cleaned daily. Won't rate it as 5-star.

Have stayed at this hotel many times. The location is excellent, easy to get to the city. The hotel facilities need to be updated. The service is in place. The food in the hotel's restaurant is good and the service is good. The rooms for guests with pets are a bit unsatisfactory and there is room for improvement.

Holiday Inn hotels in Europe basically don't make mistakes, but this hotel is very strange. I don't understand why I have to change rooms when I extend my stay the next day. I communicated with the front desk for a long time and couldn't communicate at all. In the end, Ctrip helped solve the problem. An Amazing Stay! We had an incredible stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful (especially Alex who worked the front desk), and we loved having an amazing restaurant inside of the hotel. A no-brainer near the airport, it's ideal for construction workers, city breaks, or business trips. Good bus connections. Parking is a bit difficult, but manageable or available for a fee. A bit run-down, but clean and OK for the price.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Dresden. The reception staff, room and bar were fine. Had breakfast at the hotel which was ok but limited choice. It's a 30 minute tram ride into the centre of Dresden & the tram stop is 200 metres from the hotel, or it's a 20 minute taxi ride.
