Arrived for a 2 night stay. The parking house "under" the hotel was super hard to find. There was no hot water in the shower and no bags for the laundry PLUS laundry service totally overpriced. The hotel is in a great location in the Altstadt clse to many museums, theaters, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was very accommodating with umbrellas to borrow when bad weather rolled in. The spa was very nice and recommended. We made our reservation last minute and massages we're all booked up, unfortunately.

I represent a Canadian company that stays at Suitess almost monthly. We have tried almost every hotel in Dresden over the last few years. Suitess is by far the best, roomy rooms, very clean. I can only agree with all the reviews. That was our domicile during our many stays in Dresden. Unfortunately, my husband passed away in 2019, so I only have fond memories of an accommodation where no wishes were left unfulfilled!

The place was lovely - spacious and clean and staff very kind. Challenges were that most spoke only German (not english or french or spanish or czech which were languages we spoke) and weren't as thorough as we thought (it said daily cleaning which did not happen) and there were additional costs for water in the fridge which we didn't expect. But the location was fabulous!

Very courteous hotel staff, gladly 5*. Unfortunately, our room didn't have such a nice view of the outside - probably only the deluxe apartments have this. But otherwise very comfortable and homely. We had some problems with the reservation from my company side, at maritim they've been extremely kind and available, and we fixed everything without any issue. The staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast was taken 30 minutes apart. This was due to Corona. I would suggest this as another post-pandemic rule. The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly. The twin beds on the other hand is pretty narrow and my son actually fell off a couple of times during the night waking me up in a fright lol.

My only suggestion would be the need to advise guests arriving on foot from the station that they can walk along the arcade running right through the middle of the Trade Centre, in order to reach the hotel, and do not need to walk all the way around the Trade Centre.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel but they also make it very accommodating for families. Our kids are still talking about the breakfast. And they did extra things to acknowledge a celebration my wife and I were having, which was a wonderful touch all the way around.

I like the room a lot, especially the bed. We were really tired from the trip and I got very good sleep. The room is clean, morden and a bit quirky with some signs 🤣. It is not in the town center but it is really easy to go by car or even by public transportation. The facilities of the hotel are great, with gym, sauna, a comfy and big room and good bed, it also come with some free drinks in the mini bar. The shower was not the best and must pay 12 euros a day to parking the car.

The hotel was nice, we spent 2 nights there, very clean, polite staff. You can get breakfest in hotel too, but we decide to eat outside. Hotel is 5-10 min. away from center with car, there is good bus connection too. Hotel has its own parking garage (12€ per day) and there is free parking along the street.

You can reach the hotel from Dresden central from multiple routes using a tram or a train and bus and it took less than half an hour. A big supermarket is close to the hotel so you can buy there. On the ground floor of the hotel, there's an Italian restaurant. In case you are tired or lazy you can eat there, which was good. The problem with rooms was they were not sound proof.

Nice hotel, convenient location. The staff are lovely. Very close to the stop of public trasport, which can take you to the main square. There is Parking, both indoor and outdoor.

We stayed here for one night last weekend. The hotel is ideally situated on the Neumarkt, just across the beautiful "Frauenkirche" and with a stonesthrow away from al the mayor landmarks Dresden has to offer. Elegant and chic hotel in an excellent location directly on Neumarkt and near the Frauenkirche. Very nice room to stay. The bar on ground floor is crowded but staff service was nice. Parking area is underground. It is difficult to find and inside is very narrow so that you need to be careful for driving.

We have the reservation for the breakfast. Their breakfast was good, and they had so many varieties. Juice Bar has so many options. They also have buttermilk, which is my favourite. Overall the hotel looks good but there are 2 thing that really disturbed us 1. the breakfast price was too high (after we took a look what breakfast include) 2. the major thing is the twin beds. it was uncomfortable and impossible to really sleep or expand towards the second bed because in the middle of the bed you can really feel the discharge and it was simply uncomfortable and impractical. AC temperature control locked. Why? I sleep bad in hot weather and opening window is not an option when trams and cars riding in front of the hotel. Overall nice and modern hotel, great breakfast and restaurant. Happy I had only one night though. Due to AC control is blocked I doubt I choose this hotel again next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, everything was top-notch. From the friendly staff to the comfortable room, I was thoroughly impressed. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast buffet which offered a wide selection of delicious options. I was especially pleased with the fresh fruit, the bread, the delicious jam, the lemon tea...The quality of the food was outstanding...

After a 1000km drive it was nice to finally arrive in Dresden. The hotel was very nice, and lived up to the other reviews and descriptions on the booking site. Service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Checked in at 8pm on a Friday, but was able to get a dinner table right away in the restaurant, where the meny was very well composed and quality, as well as service, was outstanding...

Great location near the old inner city. Small but comfy and modern rooms. Different pillows available. Staff is very nice. Wifi is available for free but appears to be slow.

We have booked the Hotel for a long weekend. The booked room was no longer in arrival, but we were assigned a room in the higher category ( Executive Room ), which was, of course, very right. Walk distance from the tourist attractions in the old town. Silent air condition. Can rent a comfy bike to cruise the city or take a longer ride to i.e. Pillnitz. You can pay for parking with credit card at the reception, parking spots available any time during the weekend. Room we had was spacious, same for the bathroom. There is nothing to complain about.

Was really impressed with the art work and how it brought the space together. The reception was incredible and it is a couple fo minutes walk from city center. I would highly recommend.

Great hotel in walking distance from all the highlights of Dresden. We got a super deal with breakfast included. Great spread with Thüringer sausages, freshly made scrambled egg, fresh fruit smoothie and FREE Sekt 🥂! Parking on the street is only 3€/24h! Rooms are big and well maintained.

Great hotel with an amazing breakfast! Room was spacious with a great bath. Attention to detail was here and well done. The location is perfect, in a nice quiet neighborhood with nice buildings and close to the old city centre too. Perfect hotel overall!

Really great place to stay, and St Nicolas visited on 6th! Very helpful staff, lovely breakfast. Very close to Christmas Markets, although there are many nearby restaurants, when the markets are on they can be booked up. Think about it before starting the day, the reception team would have helpful advice, they felt that they may have been able to help, but we’d already used the markets!

Warm, welcoming and professional staff. The hotel is historic and beautiful. Our room was memorable, well appointed, very clean, large and quiet. We appreciated the location in a quiet neighborhood with a good selection of restaurants nearby. It’s an easy walk into the main area of the city. Another visit to Dresden would mean another stay here—top choice.
