Stayed for 1 night, before heading back to the UK.
Only booked it on the day - was just looking for somewhere with a car park.
Free parking outside but I opted for the secure underground parking - a bit pricey at 25 euros.
Lovely room which looked like it had been refurbed recently.
Fantastic bar area - great selection of drinks.
Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night at this hotel. We checked in after 10 PM. We were greeted at reception by a rude, disgruntled receptionist. He didn't find our reservation on the list and started throwing papers around. He acted dissatisfied, as if we were uninvited guests at his home. This is completely rude and unprofessional customer service. We were assigned a room on the ground floor with windows facing the road. And at 6 AM, we were awakened by the noise of a truck right under our windows. We just wanted to rest and get some sleep. This hotel is a complete mistake. I don't recommend it even for a one-night stay.

Great hotel with a best buffet breakfast ever. The room we had, had a shower in the bedroom what means little privacy after you shower. A separate bathroom with toilet would have been better.
We stayed for 2 nights and we had to pay €25 a day for parking underneath the hotel, what in my opinion should have been free and a courtesy of the hotel.

We stopped off for one night heading home from a European Road trip.
The hotel is modern and stylish in a pleasant location, all staff were very helpful and friendly.
We ate in the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the breakfast was equally as good with a large selection of food to suit everyone.
Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a very nice location and has really great service. I especially write separately about the restaurant section. The service is at a high level and the staff is very friendly, fast and helpful. One name stands out here. I will come again for this person. JUSTIN. You deserve the best and I think you are the best. I can't wait to come again.

We could not be more complimentary about this hotel. I/we have been staying periodically over past few years, always on family visits.
It is conveniently situated between the train station and 'downtown'.
Rooms are stylish, functional and super clean, those situated in the back are particularly quiet, bright and airy; with excellent bedding, spacious (but slightly slippery) shower cubicle, efficient aeration, ample lighting variations. My son loves to use their well equipped gym.
After a long trip, it is always a good feeling walking through the lobby and be welcomed by the friendly Reception staff knowing they will do everything to make my stay a pleasant one.

Hotel was a large franchise but was not impressed with our room would prefer a separate bathroom not as part of the living areas. Restaurant staff unfriendly but friendly with German speaking guest. Apart from these two things it was comfortable and the was good.

Very nice and creatively divided rooms, good location, good parking places, very nice and friendly staff and very helpful. Everything is clean and tidy. Real non-smoking rooms

Pleasantly surprised by this chain of hotels that we didn't know about! Very clean room (sheets in the bathroom: nothing to say), cozy and warm decoration, small toiletries and a bottle of water in the room! All these little things that even more expensive hotels don't have! Excellent value for money! It would be nice to have a little more pastries and sweets for breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and clean. I would have given 5 stars, but I am very averse to this new trend of having bedroom and bathroom in a single space. Since I was traveling alone, I could adjust to it. I would have hated it if I were traveling with company. It's icky to not have the required degree of privacy for some daily activities.
