Convenient location, very nice room and bed.
Very unpleasant check-in process (20 people in line b/c of strict 3pm rule), only avg breakfast experience (limited options, no service, unattended buffet). Asked for a room on court side but given street (loud) side.

The location is very good, very near to Dom and Aachen center. Besides the room is very clean, here you can have a quiet and comfortable environment.

I had a terrible mold smell in my bathroom (could actually see from my window that the rooftops are green from the mold), and had asthma relapse due to the mold and perhaps the dust in the room.
The hotel looks new, however the cleaning is poor and everything is as cheep as it can get, even the bed sheets and the 1-layer toilet paper

My stay at B&B Hotel Aachen City was excellent. I was really surprised at how modern and clean it was. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast spread was basic but adequate. The location was very central and easy to get around everywhere. I would happily book another stay.

Perfect location, close to shops, restaurants, bus stations, museum, churches. The service was great 👍🏿. Family room well designed with very comfortable beds. Great view facing the street.

2nd time at the hotel to attend CHIO Aachen.
Good hotel, centrally located and short walk to get bus to Soers sport park. No frills but a great hotel to put your head down. Reception helpful.

My stay at B&B Hotels was a lovely surprise. Everything was very efficient, clean and met all of my needs. The room was regularly cleaned, adequate space and well equipped. The location was very central and easy to get around everywhere. I would happily book another stay.

I only stayed at the hotel for a very short night, but my experience was very comfortable. The staffs were very attentive and friendly. I had a little issue with the payment method, and they were willing to answer any of my concerns with the best supporting attitude. Would highly recommend this place to others, and shall return if I ever come back to Aachen because of the ideal location and service

Great few days in Aachen and the local area visiting Maastrict which we love.
Always use B&B hotels as they are a great budget alternative, good quality accommodation and ideal when travelling as a family.

Ideal location in city centre just inside the pedestrian area, so parking options have to be explored before arrival. Breakfast was excellent. Room very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only gripe is the fact there was nowhere to put your luggage, everything had to be stored on the floor.
